The cheese selection alone should sell you on this place. Then add the lovely wine selection, along with beautiful, tasty morsels like cheese stuffed peppers and candied nuts, make Perfectly Paired a fabulous choice for every event imaginable! It doesn’t stop there either– beautiful charcuterie boards and stay-in plates are both gorgeous and satisfying. With open windows, and chic, industrial style seating, it makes a great date spot or a snappy break from shopping in Fairhaven. Incredible location. Really impressed by the«pairing suggestions» printed on your receipt and the cheese tracking system. Very useful and customer oriented. Including a wine/cheese club, which I have seen but not personally tried. Delish. They have a yum happy hour too!

Sunny Friday afternoon, had a delicious, expensive glass of wine. Place was empty, people walked in & walked out, they are missing the amazing food & wine.

We two tried the $ 18 «everything plate» meat and cheese selection, and choices of the main items were good but not as generous is in the photos. Also a few peculiar items were included, such as a few salted almonds. Of course wines are not included, so we ended up paying a bit of money for what we were getting. Also, the space has many problems: The outside seating is awkward, and of course weather-dependent. The inside seating and tables(counters really) are inadequate. The bathroom connects directly with the eating space, with a door that swings open on its own if it’s not shut tight. The back wall is covered with a curtain that looks dusty. There is a back door, which is where the bath should be. The whole place could benefit from a skilled professional decorator who understands the best use of space, and who can improve the traffic patterns(both workers’ and customers’). We were there on a sunny Saturday afternoon, so they were fairly busy, but the confusion, delay, and scurrying behind the counter seemed to stem from insufficient and undertrained staff. The owner was there(mercifully) but she remarked that she usually is not there; that is not a good sign, for clearly she is irreplaceable and essential(as is usually the case in a small«family» eatery of this kind). In other words if an owner is not present regularly –and especially at peak times– the chances for long-term success are greatly reduced.

I picked a GF beer and a nice cider and let them select some meats and cheeses to go with it. It was so worth the experience! I can’t wait to go back! The selections were unique and on point! Everything tasted so amazing. I could’ve stayed all night.
