This little café is a lovely, delicious surprise for Bellingham! The menu is creative, healthy, and caters to all dietary considerations. They serve an amazing cold brew coffee that they add a splash of sweet, thick cream to… Take that out to the sunny courtyard and you feel truly special! Really the food is fabulous, and only truly genius places think to add Curiosity Cola to their drink choices. Service is amazing. Find this place, it is connected to the museum, tiny and easy to pass by, but you WILL want to experience this little gem!

I like it! Unexpected, quality, paleo lunch @twofiftyflora Bison meatloaf, (minus the gluten free bread) with Date ketchup? –well, okay! –Now I want some of this stuff at home!
Very surprising, healthy menu options under ten dollars in a bright & charming location under the roof of the Whatcom Museum, which I haven’t attended as of yet.
Victrola Coffee Roasters –How can I say no to that?
