I went to the children’s museum today and by lucky chance chose to eat at the Light Catcher Café. This Café is really a Bellingham gem! Their prices are very reasonable, their food above and beyond the standard café fare. I had a delicious grilled cheese sandwich with white cheddar, bacon, sliced apple, and sweet and sour mustard. It was awesome! I wish I lived in Bellingham to try all their other special sandwiches and soup not to mention the very good espresso. You don’t have to go to the museum to visit this café.(entrance from the sidewalk) This place’s food is totally worth the trip! I only wish I had a café like it near my home in Seattle. I salivate just thinking about their food!
