Good food. Definitely not fast food so don’t come if you want it fast. It was tasty though. Loved that there was outside seating which was handy as we had our new puppy with us.

Best service nicest wait staff. Even when problems with orders do arise, they go out of their way to make it right and make their customers happy. Their sweet potato tots are out of this world. If you tell them you are Celiacs they will gladly accommodate you. Love going their and recommend it to my friends

We went to Bend Burger Co today, placed our order and didn’t get our food for 45 minutes. Burger was okay.

Good portions and very delicious. Hand cut fries are rad and they sell soft cones for only a dollar extra. Draft. Does take about 15 min for food.

Weird… all the bad reviews. I like this place I’ve been to both locations and it’s exactly what I expect everytime a yummy burger. not fancy just a greasy burger in the BEST sense. . #tryForYourself

Awesome burgers! Bun is light and flaky, beef is flavorful and condiments are fresh. The place was ¾ths full and we only waited about 5 – 8 minutes for our meal. The go-to burger place for me in Bend!

This place is the bees knees. The service was friendly, the atmosphere was cozy, the restaurant was very clean even amidst a full house, and the burgers were to die for. This local business is like coming home and offers everything a chain restaurant can’t: hospitality and local fresh cooked foods.

I like their burgers and the sweet potato tots are amazing. They could work on their shakes though, they don’t seem to mix them well enough and you get funky flavor layering.

While on a road trip with our small dog we pulled into Bend and needed to order something to go. After reading the reviews we decided to try BB. We called in our order in the parking lot and they said it would be about 40 minutes(yah that’s a long wait for a burger) but it was New Years day and crowded so I understand that. We sat in the parking lot and waited for the 40 minutes to pass and only to discover our food was cold, you could tell it had been done a while ago and they also forgot bacon in my husband’s burger and pickles on mine that we had added and paid for. Luckily our hotel room had a microwave so with a quick zap the food was at perfect temp. The burgers were good, what you expect from a drive in but those sweet potato tots… Omg we devoured them!!! I’m sure if we had eaten inside with fresh from the grill food with our extras it would’ve been a 5 star but overall a good burger if you’re wanting to try something local and classic and for the love of God get the tots!

Alot of mediocre reviews here with a few good ones mixed in so thought I’d give it a shot. Opted for the Philly cheese which is more of a steak sammy. Consists of tri tip that could be a hair thinner cut but was fairly good. Was a good size as well. Burger was aight. Enjoyed the bun and special sauce. Fries were hand cut style. They were meh and needed ketchup. Strawberry shake was awesome, had real strawberry bits in it. Chocolate however was very dissapointing. Had a strong chocolate syrup flavor.

Great food. Service is as expected for a burger place that doesn’t really«serve» you. Order from a counter, seat yourself, they bring the food out to you, bus your own table, etc. 5⁄5 stars though based on flavor alone. Excellent excellent excellent!

There are signs that say«Danger! This is not fast food». I would say that was accurate as it took quite some time for the majority of people in there to get their food. The good thing is that it doesn’t taste like fast food, but the interior is near identical to any mainstream hamburger joint. The counter was«managed» by two young women who appeared rather stressed as they«lost someone’s order», forgot part of our order and needed to communicate to each other about non-work related subjects. I enjoyed the burgers… Good sign for it being a burger company. The fries however, not impressed at all. Overall for price, wait for a bend bulletin coupon and give it a try.

Got four bacon cheeseburgers one hour before closing. Burgers where wonderful; staff not so nice. My phone order took forever as the young girls working the counter had very little product knowledge. Maybe just my experience, burgers where worth the effort.

We love the burgers here! And the BLT with a side of onion rings is enough for a couple of meals. The downtown location is pretty packed but worth the wait. We have been enjoying the new location over on 3rd street. Busy but always a way to find a seat. The staff there is cheerful and pleasant. Always coming by to check on our meal and water.

We have visited both Bend Burger locations, and found the old one, near Drake Park, convenient, if a little dirtier than their new location on 3rd street. The tables feel greasy, as was the burger I got(the Mirror Pond). However, it was tasty after you soaked up all the grease with a napkin, and the french fries are excellent. The burgers unfortunately aren’t very good as leftovers, since the grease soaks through into the bun. They do have a tiny burger special that you can order, and add cheese, bacon, etc. They still charge the full extra amount to add toppings, but it is nice that there is a smaller sized option. I wish that they would make alternate mini burger options, as they’re really the perfect size! The service, as others have noted, is pretty mediocre at the downtown location. It seems lackluster, like the employees don’t enjoy working there. We received friendlier, more efficient service at the 3rd street location, however, the downtown location has better people watching, and a large lot nearby that you can park in for free, for 2 hours.

Mr. Owner… how many bad reviews with declining ratings do you need to read before you actually do something about it?! I decided it’s one of two things. You suck at hiring great staff or the staff despises working for you and it shows. I’m giving this place 2 stars instead of 1 because the first time we came the burgers and service was decent. The second time we came, it was a complete disappointment. We were trying to eat on the cheap and saw a massive looking burger with fries called the«Bond Street Burger» for $ 5 bucks on their poster walking by. We ordered and sat down and waited and waited and waited and waited and waited. FINALLY, a girl walked over with(what looked like a slider) and says«here’s your mini burger.» My husband and I say«we didn’t order mini burgers» and she darts off(sliders in hand) without saying a word. SOOORUDE!!! We were both completely perplexed. I’m now picturing the big«Bond Street Burger» poster out front in my minds eye and it certainly didn’t look like a slider nor did the gal taking our order ever mention we were ordering a kiddie meal. For crying out loud… if that’s truly what you end up with give me a break… and talk about false advertising! We continued to wait thinking our burgers must be coming out soon but nobody ever came back. Tic Toc Tic Toc…10 more minutes and my husband walks up to the counter to see what’s up. It was then determined by staff the MINI burgers were indeed what we ordered and by now… mini cold burgers!!! Nice!!! I guess we could have sat there 30 more minutes waiting for the waitress to figure this all out. What a joke! We decided to just suck it up and eat our now ice cold 2 oz mini kiddo burgers because by then we were starving! The fries were so limp and filled with grease, so much so I had to squeeze them into my napkin prior to eating. The chocolate shake was one of the worst I’ve ever tasted. I would compare it to a shake you’d find at a typical drive-through. I couldn’t even drink mine, save your money! Halfway through our meal I had to practically beg for a cup of water… twice! If your staff isn’t interested in providing good customer service, get a big pitcher of water so we can serve ourselves. ADVISETOMANAGEMENT: If you’re not a great boss… be one! Get more help and hire staff that actually wants to work there! Train your staff to have manners and/or good customer service skills… or fire them! Take that deceiving Bend Burger poster down(that’s really a kiddie meal) or make it clear it’s only 2 oz when patrons are ordering! Get the food out within 15 minutes duh! P. S. Know that Bend offers some of the best burgers around… make me want to eat yours!
