My husband had given me a gift certificate back in October to this spa, to goto after I recovered from my surgery. Well I had misplaced it, thankfully they had the info on the computer and I was still able to use it.
I got a deep tissue massage, it was amazing. I forget the girls name but what ever she did my back no longer is in pain.
I definitely will be going back for another massage

Made an appointment for an eyebrow wax at 5:30, they called me at 4:45 day of appointment and told me they overbooked and couldn’t take me anymore. Very bad customer service, wouldn’t honor my appointment time that I had booked in advance, clearly don’t care about my loyalty as a customer.

Very friendly staff with great customer service. Jodi gives the best pedi in town! New owner, Amie is a color genius and a great hair stylus — I have had several brow waxes and have had no issues. I have gone to other spas in town and they either made me feel like I was a bother or an outsider. The others are all flair no care. I have never had a bad experience at face to face. Pop in and see the gals. You won’t be disappointed

They double dip when getting waxed. I probably will not go back because of that but the customer service was amazing.

I had the best pedicure and facial ever. I know there is a new owner and she has made so many amazing changes to this place. I had had a pedicure here before a couple years ago and was very disappointed. A friend told me to try it again as it was under new ownership. Boy can you tell. The space is cleaner. The staff are happy and friendlier and my overall experience was great. I will definitely be back

This business is under new ownership as of June1, and boy am I glad that I went in.
My regular person wasn’t available to do my waxing, and so I called to see if they could accommodate me. Amy, the new owner is Wonderful, and she really knows what she is doing. I got my legs waxed and a pedicure, and my legs are really smooth. Her enthusiasm for her business is contagious, and she really knows what she is doing. I asked her if she took walk ins, and she said she did! This is great to hear, because my schedule makes it difficult to make appointments too far in advance. Please give her a shot, I think you will be pleased.

I went and had a facial a few weeks ago and I wanted to see how things went before writing a review. Overall, I was not impressed. Being new to town, I can expect to make these «poor» decisions. I got a nice facial and then got my lip and brows waxed– normally I don’t break out after a wax, but this time– it was bad. I was not pleased with the overall outcome of the wax.
The estetician didn’t seem to be very knowlegable. Overall the session was ackward. I won’t be back and it was pretty expensive. Although a good location and they do carry a good selection of products including Murad and Bare Escentuals.
