Their wings were the best in waldorf at one point, but now, their wings SUCK!!!

Love coming here late at night to grab a bite, the bar tender is super friendly, very nice, always making sure everything is fine.
Became addicted to wonton tacos!!!

Applebee is now charging customers 1.99 for that touch pad and they have a nasty cracker jack cheesecake which looks like crappie and a cheap idea

Absolutely, the WORST experience ever!!! I never even thought of considering to skip out on a check until tonight. The entire staff avoided my table like we had the plague. I was there with my father, 70yr old uncle and 3 children, ages 5,4 and 2. My 5 yr old waited 30 minutes for a glass of water, no one ever checked to see if we needed refills. I waited a half hour for French Onion soup and the server came out with it only after I asked for it. When the soup came out, I could tell immediately that it was just done and the cheese was melted in a microwave. We were there almost 2 hours and never even got our dinners, when every other table that came in after us were served and left. My kids never even got to order their dessert, since they were the only ones who did receive their meals. My uncle asked our server if something can be done about the cold air blowing right over our table and she laughed in his face and mocked him as she walked away from us. We finally, after another 45minutes past my uncle got another servers attention who sent the manager over. The manager apologized and said he would be right back he was going to check on our order and never came back. We saw him walking around the other side of the restaurant talking to other tables completely avoiding us. My children were tired at this point since it was nearing their bedtime when we finally spotted our server and told her we were leaving and to give our check to her manager. STAY AWAY!!! If there was an option for negative stars I would rank –100.

My husband and I go here often and always have great service. Hosts are always opening the doors and the waiters are very friendly and attentive.

It was great e experience. Had the Asian shrimp salad.

Don’t go there. Don’t do that to yourself. Don’t waste your money.
It’s not worth it for the mediocre mozzarella sticks, you can find better tasting apps somewhere else. And definitely at an eating space that has nicer and better service.
Cheap price.

I have been there 4 times. 3 with my boyfriend and 1 with my sister. Every time i went with my boyfriend the food was really good and very affordable and the servers were pretty fast and polite but we hate the desserts. We have tried the cheesecake shot (the strawberry jam was very runny!), the icecream fudge shot (it was alright but then again you can’t mess up ice cream!) and last but not least the Churros with Smore dip. They were horrible. Churros so greasy and bitter like stale donuts flavor and the dip was the worse thing ever. It was like just plain Herseys Sirup at the bottom and burnt Marshmallows on top. The last time i went with my sister we got the pretzel app which was not good at all, my wings were a little cold, her chicken tenders were very cold and the waiter brought us a dirty to go container. It was a little busy that night so our waiter was hard to find and i asked another waiter to bring us a clean one and waited for 8 minutes but then we got frustrated and just left.

If mediocre food and half ass service are your thing this may be the place for you! Emotionless servers, lukewarm food and just generally feeling like your a nuisance to the staff are just a few of the highlights at this location! My mother and I came here for lunch around 12:30 on a Sunday. She had a burger and I had the grilled chicken cesar salad, both were okay. We saw our waiter 2 times and I didn’t have water for most of the meal. Good luck, friends.

Waitress Danielle was nice enough. Menu selection was poor, Riblets not so good. Keep driving.

Be sure to ask YOUR SERVER for something because it seems like they get offended if you ask someone else. Ended up asking another server for something and she seemed indifferent and annoyed that I would ask her.
Overall the food was simply ok, nothing special or spectacular, but it is Applebees. I had the Orients Chicken Salad and the dressing was extrememly heacy to the point of unappetizing.
The Spinach and Artichoke dip was good, but the portion size has continued to get smaller. Asking for more chips seemed to not please the waitress.

Wow, all of the Applebee’s that I have been to lately have really gone down hill. Ordered the Oriental Chicken Salad — it came with way too much dressing. We had the spinach artichoke dip and we were waiting for our server to return to ask for more chips, but one of the girls that seat people happened to walk by first so we asked her and wow, you’d think we asked for the world. I’m not cool with people copping attitude. Our server was nice though. All in all, I was unimpressed and don’t need to come back.

Usually don’t eat here but Outback across the street left us waiting for forty minutes for a table (see my review for details).
So we came here. Seated immediately. Had drinks within 5 minutes. Mucho long Island iced tea was delicious. Ordered sweet potato fries from the goofy touch screen at the table, they arrived a couple minutes later. Came with two Chipotle-​like sauces and some kind of yogurt. OK, but the yogurt was weird. Still wondering what exactly that was. Got fish and chips with onion rings (I posted a pic). Fish was a bit undercooked and creamy but still good and very hot. Onion rings are some of the best I’ve had. Tartar was nice and not too sweet. Cole slaw was edible but was lacking in sauce. It also had cilantro which I do not like, and as s a courtesy should not expect to find it hidden in a dish that never had it. Either way it was nice and crispy and fresh. Came with lemon and vinegar which I liked. Having sea salt and peppercorn grinder at the table was a nice touch. Wife had the salmon, was very good and includes spinach, something I’d like to see more of on menus.
Place was clean, service and sound levels were good but we sat near the bar and the bartender talked (loudly) the entire time. Price felt a bit high. $ 47 for two entrees, some fries, 2 waters, and one mixed ‘drank.
3 stars because it was up to par. The price-to-«wow» ratio would need to be higher for any more stars than that. Maybe I’m old fashioned but once a dinner for two hits that $ 50 threshold I expect the higher end of fast casual meal spectrum.

I was not very impressed with this Applebee’s. The service was okay, she could have been a little more attentive. The host was trying to be personable, but just ended up being creepy. The food was okay. We went there for lunch. There were green peppers in the mac and cheese, which ruined it for me. It may have told you they were in there on the regular menu, but we ordered off the lunch menu. I probably wouldn’t go back to this location, especially with all the other food choices in the area.

Very disappointing. I ordered only an appetizer, and it was brought out 20 minutes later and cold. It was not busy either.

Applebee’s is one of the most favorite restaurants for Dinners out of Many others.
What Applebee’s has going for them are the half-​off appetizers, after 9pm. And the bar specials. It one of many reasons I come hear.
The food is always cooked good. And always enjoyed how fast the food comes out.
Yes most times service is great. It’s basically like a hit and miss depending on what days you go and the time. Always get packed after 6pm. So try getting hear by 4:30 and you will be good.
It’s great to come hear before heading over the casino it’s right there same almost parking lot.
Always expect coming out full. They always fill the plates.
Favorite for appetizers are boneless wings and mozzarella sticks
Favorite for entrée are the ribs with fries.

Everything was great food and service, we had sever Juan and he he did good job, we came to franklin milk and decided to go to chilly and then change mind to Apple bee, why chilli ?
Coz they have better food then Apple b
But was wrong, we had great food and service from Apple b, definitely come back

Food was fine for Applebee’s, service could have been better but what I’m really giving the 1-​star review for is the bathroom. N-​A-​S-​T-​Y!!! Of the three toilets in the women’s room, one was filled with piss and unflushable and the handicapped stall (which I had to use since the other, «regular» stall was occupied) had what appeared to be shit smeared on the front of the bowl. Which I unfortunately did not notice until after I had relieved myself of the beer and a half I had. Then there were the sinks. Of the two sinks, one had evidence left in it that someone’s meal had not agreed with them. I should have just held my pee until I got to Parx.

Was in the area for a business trip. Stayed at the hotel just right behind this Applebee’s location. You can pretty much walk there from the hotel.
Typical Applebee’s menu. You have your chicken, steak, pasta, BBQ, etc. It really depends what you’re craving. The pictures on the menu helps! It may not come out exactly like the picture, but it helps narrow down your choices if you can’t choose.
Good place for food and drinks if you’re in the area since most places are closed by 9PM or so.

Last I was here, we had the best bartender ever. He didn’t kick us out. Plus, we enjoyed half-​off appetizers (a normal special that’s 10 PM-​to-​close, daily).
You can’t beat that, especially if you were enjoying a drink-​a-​thon at the Parx Casino, right across the parking lot. Truth.
