Took our 395 graco into these people and told them that it continues to cycle and wont pick up paint. They replaced all kinds of parts that didn’t need replacing, gave us the machine back, charged us $ 550 on a machine that we paid $ 1200 new. First time we ran the sprayer after their big repair job, the sprayer did the exact thing that we sent it in to be fixed for. So basically they didn’t fix a thing. Called them up and told them that it wasn’t fixed at all and they said to bring it back in and they would look at it. I asked if it would be free to repair since they didn’t fix a thing and they said it would be another charge. We never took it back, nor will i ever go back to these crooks. We bought the part off ebay for $ 50 and it now works fine.
DO NOT EVER BRING YOUR SPRAYER TO THESE CROOKS!!!

Twice as expensive as any other sprayer repair company in the bay area.
I guess they know that B&T went out of business…
I finally went to a south san francisco, and got my Graco airless repaired there for
much less…
