I was brought here by a friend because they told me it was healthy. The menu looks good and the food is healthy. For a restaurant in the heart of Beverly Hills I was not very impressed. I got a wild arugula salad with grilled chicken. The chicken over cooked and was soo dry that I couldn’t chew it without dringing water.

I’ve been a Cabbage Patch fan for years, as I work right around the corner. However, I have not been motivated enough to write a review until now. Cabbage Patch, you nailed it with the lunch combo special. The perfect portion of protein with a healthy helping of two sides for between $ 7 – 11. $ 11 for salmon or steak! Today I had soy marinaded chicken with yams and slaw for $ 9. The price is right and the options are fresh and healthy. It is exactly what the surrounding work force needed. Thank you!

I really wanted to like this place a lot more. It’s good but I wasn’t blown away by it. The flavors seems to be a little boring and bland. I also got a mushroom soup, which was really good and very cheap for the size that they give you. I am a HUGE fan of Tender Greens and it’s really hard for me to find salads that rival it or an entire salad place that pushes it out of the top spot. My fave salads are(aside from Tender Greens) are: sunday night coleslaw at jar albacore chopped salad at lunchtime at gjelina kacumber salad at sambar little gems at bestia salad that comes with omelette at petit trois butter lettuce salad at bar bouchon

Great lunchtime spot. Pick your protein, and 2 sides. Great food for the money. 12 dollar lunch in Beverly Hills, friendly service, tasty food, can’t beat it. I had the salmon with a side of brown rice and a vegan purée.

Everything made FRESH on premises, quality ingredients… perfectly prepared, healthy, tasty, quick(but NOT fast food by any means) …and a GREAT value! Rick is awesome, the staff is always on point. The mayo-free slaw is INSANE! Inside or outside… one of the best lunch places on SoBev!

My mom and I are completely and utterly obsessed with this restaurant. It is our new go to after two highly successful visits! I had the chicken chopped and also the arugula tuna salads. Mom had the salmon and then the shrimp bowls on rice. OMG! A+++ quality ingredients and warm friendly staff. See you next week!

I ordered a bacon cheeseburger cooked medium and my lady ordered a lentil salad with dressing on the side and two cups of water. we received a burger cooked well with no bacon. I love cheeseburgers of all kind, so I ate it; it wasn’t horrible. my fries were cold but quality fries. the salad had dressing on it. she said it was decent though. when the food came to one of the few unsoiled tables we could find, I requested water again and an additional side of the aoli that came with my burger. I never saw either so I bought a water at the newsstand. I overheard one of the employees say they were understaffed as two people called out. the kitchen seemed adequately staffed so I don’t really know who to blame but i probably won’t be back.

I tried this place because someone waiting for the light at the corner had a HUGE carry out bag from the Cabbage Patch and I decided to get carry out. the place was slammed at 1:30pm. I ordered the falafel plate. they had run out of hummus. :/ wait time for that 1 order was 15 minutes. the falafel, thank goodness, were good, but not fantastic.

Parking is not easy unless you wanna do valet or park in the lot. Either way, you’re going to have to pay unless you park on the street after 9pm on weekdays & after 6pm on Sunday’s. This place is pretty small but it’s a great place to go if you’re in a rush. The salads are big portions and they’re easy to take home if you have leftovers. I got the arugula salad & added tofu as my protein. I really enjoyed the tofu, it had so much flavor & tasted great. The salad comes with a vinaigrette, but it was pretty thick. I kinda wanted something light but the taste was pretty good. The best thing was the tofu tho, I’ll just eat a plate of that :)

Whenever I’m near a Cabbage Patch location and craving something healthy, I come here. The prices are a tad high $ 14 for a turkey sandwich which I chose and comes with a side of slaw. Just the food is extremely fresh and you can taste it in each bite! I checked into Unilocal and got a free mint tea to go with my lunch.

Not fancy but delicious and impeccably fresh light food. Minimal seating. Recommend the chicken sandwich and the spinach salad. The fancy arugula salad is also very good. The lemonade is great. Next door to a parking garage.

Last week I had the opportunity to go back in and give Cabbage Patch a try. Let me just say that any establishment that truly makes customer service a priority is always a win in my book. I’ve visited so many places that don’t go by that motto, so I appreciate those that do. Rick was more than accommodating during my visit. He made sure my meal was prepared on time, threw in a cookie and a drink and even offered to bring my meal out curbside. I had the salmon bowl this time. It was pretty good, although the salmon could’ve used a little more teriyaki. My meal had also cooled by the time I got to work to eat it, so next time I may dine-in so I can enjoy it when its fresh. If you order the salmon, I would suggest asking for a side of of teriyaki or just extra glaze when cooking it. My baked yams were of course amazing. I will visit again.

Trying to eat healthy? This is your place! A few of my absolute favorites here are the lentil soup, the yam wedges(OMG they’re incredible!!!), the lentil salad which has a creamy balsamic dressing, the salmon bowl, and the super skinny and amazing amazing French fries. They have very large portion sizes that get you super full which makes up for the kind of pricey side of this place. Everything they have on the menu is delicious. Definitely one of the best lunch places on Beverly Dr!

Super nice and clean place. I came here for a quick dinner, but I can see how it can be slammed during lunch. I didn’t really spend too much time looking at the menu and so when the Lentil Salad caught my eye, I just went for it. Got my number and picked the inside seat by the window looking out at Beverly Dr. The the dish arrived rather quick. It wasn’t anything to rave about, but the flavors were good, the lentils weren’t over cooked and still had a nice bite to them. There wasn’t much in terms of vegetables except for some over dressed spinach leaves topped with a really ripe avocado. Overall not bad, but I’m sure this isn’t their best dish. Quick friendly service with a nice simple menu.

Nice to sit outside and enjoy my tofu/salad bowl, mint green tea and nice breeze after 5 hours in AC room staring at the monitors. Good is great, service is great, they are very flexible with what you can substitute with(I’m kinda picky with vegetables: p)this is my first time here and I’m pretty sure I’ll be back for more

I feel like there must be something wrong with me seeing all of these rave reviews. I’m just not a big fan. I ordered the chicken kabob today for tax season lunch(one of my coworkers loves this place). I remembered from before that it was bland, so I ordered a side of balsamic vinaigrette. My lunch arrived but no vinaigrette. To be fair, I’m upgrading my review because the chicken is tender and seems fresh; the veggies are fresh and the flat bread seems homemade and is very good. However, still bland(the yogurt sauce has no flavor at all). The saving grace for me is the fact that we have some light Italian dressing in the fridge. That took the bland combination of foods and turned it into something good. It would have been better though, if it had the balsamic I ordered, that they forgot!

My friend and I came here on a Sunday afternoon around 1:00pm and it wasn’t packed at all. You walk in and order at the counter and sit down wherever you’d like. We ordered the Beef Gryo($ 11): comes with plum tomato, baby romaine, cucumber, sweet onion, yogurt sauce, and flat bread. This was a pretty filling dish considering you get 4 long slices of gryo. Lots of romaine and cucumbers… it practically was the whole plate. The gryo was very tender and I love their yogurt sauce! CP Bowl($ 8) Brown rice, shaved cucumber, sweet onion, julienned carrots, bean sprouts, toasted peanuts, scallions, fresh mint and basil with sesame lime dressing. My friend loves this bowl but she didnt eat the sprouts and carrots. This looks like a total veggie dish which looked way too healthy for my taste buds. She also added chicken in it to which was another $ 5. Fries($ 4.50) — These skinny fries come with ketchup and aioli. The fries were just normal. Nothing to spectacular, and this is coming from a person who LOVES fries! All in all, okay place. I probably wouldn’t come here again. I came here because it seemed healthy, which it was, and also, you get Iced Mint Tea for free when you check in. THe drink was to minty so I really did not care for it. Good thing it was free! Notes: –Free Iced Mint Tea with Unilocal Check-In
