Decent, new location in Beverly Hills. For me, it’s a toss-up between corner bakery and Panera Bread, but after a recent visit here, Panera has moved up a little in the ranks. Street metered parking is always a hassle, but I was lucky enough to land a 20-minute spot right in front. As I arrived around noon, there was a short line for the lunch rush, but nothing compared to when I left where the line hit the door. Staff was friendly, making sure to ask if you had a Panera card and I was able to use my free pastry for the birthday month. Once you complete your order, you head left to pick it up, and this area led to more seating towards the back of the restaurant. There was a smaller communal table set up closer to the pick up area, along with a smaller bench for you to wait for your food. Meal was ready within minutes, and the service at both the cashier and pick up station was pleasant. Happy that Panera is in this area to give another option to locals for lunch that don’t want to(or in my case, can’t) imbibe in a $ 40+ lunch.

I got the«Modern Greek with Quinoa» salad which was delicious and light. I would highly recommend it. The tomato mozzarella flatbread was also great tasting. The ciabatta bread that came with it as a side was cold though, which surprised me because this is a place that hypes up its fresh bread. We asked for it to be toasted and the waiter gladly fixed the problem, so everything turned out fine.

Man oh man, I never been this upset writing a review before about food. Today at Panera Bread I ordered the turkey and smoked provolone panini sandwich. It was the worst sandwich I’ve ever had at any sandwich joint. Now I know that Panera Bread is a chain and they can care less about these Unilocal reviews. They will still get their customers. The thing that ticked me off the most is when I took a bite out of the sandwich it had a very very fishy taste. Imagine eating spoiled sushi, except the flavor is on that piece of bread. It’s like they did not wash the grill or whatever they cooked it on. Yeah the sandwich I ordered was a Turkey panini that tasted like fish. I almost barfed on several occasions. Fortunately the turkey inside was still decent as I pulled the turkey out basically making it a no carb meal. I swear if I had some sort of control over the restaurant, I would fire the cook immediately. Let me tell you, Panera Bread of Beverly Hills traumatized me and I probably won’t ever ever go there again. I can’t even give this place 0 stars. I just want to throw this review in the trash, light it on fire, and walk away.

Sure… I understand why people like this sit down chain restaurant… Because the pastries and baked goods look ONPOINT, and yes, they smell just as tasty… However, if you’re trying to order something of the healthier and allergen-friendly variety, be prepared to not get your FILL… Literally. I ordered the Greek Salad(full) with DOUBLECHICKEN and a side of avocado… But with no dressing or cheese. Well, initially they forgot my extra avocado, but they were gracious enough to bring me some… However I truly believe they forgot to add EXTRACHICKEN to my salad because there was literally 3 strips on the salad. And after comparing my DOUBLECHICKEN to my friend’s single portion, I came to the conclusion that this was in fact the case, but of course, was too hungry to bother asking for my extra chicken. Damn game of TELEPHONE in the kitchen at Panera… That being said, as I was walking out of the restaurant… I could feel my stomach rumbling, essentially saying: FEEDME. IMHUNGRY. Not a good sign but at all. In fact, MYFRIENDS(who went with me) felt the exact same way, which means this PANERATOTALLYSKIMPEDONPORTIONS… And it wasn’t just my ANIMALAPPETITEACTINGUP! I hate hate hate wasting money on food that doesn’t fill me up… No one could pay me enough to go back to this Panera… Honestly, even if someone else offered to pay for my meal, I’d tell them NOTTOBOTHER because it would be a straight up waste… Then I’d suggest going to the California Pita across the street or the Turkish restaurant near by(which did a great job of filling me up). Sorry, but I’m not sorry to write a negative review about Panera and their food, cause it really was nothing special… ALMOST reminded me of my experience at Denny’s(food wise that is— THESTAFFWEREVERYNICE and the venue was very clean– hence an extra star on my review).

Was not happy at all with the potato soup. It was cold and so un appetizing the potatoes were hard and had no flavor… I was expecting a nice warm soup. I usually get soup and sandwich… I guess will stick to that from now on.

This place is down the street from my place! Friendly staff and good bread, especially the bagels and cream cheese! Slight line to order, but again, welcomed by friendly staff.

I love this franchise and have had a lot of good experiences in other PB locations but this one is just killing me. Starting with the cashiers, I have been served by several of them but the experience is amazingly the same; an unhappy, maybe depressed not so eager person who either makes a mistake on your order or fails to mention something important or worse not asking certain details and just go ahead and order what she or he wants to. The food is supposed to be the same in all branches but I still thinks something is lacking in this one. Bakery items were not fresh when I tried.

Go here if you want to waste your lunch hour. Rapid Online ordering not rapid and they were out of croissants. It would have been nice if they called to tell me, but they didn’t until I kept asking where my order was after I got there since it had been 10 minutes after the order was supposed to be ready. It’s a chicken salad sandwich. Not difficult people.

A little pricey for food that is most likely warmed up frozen food, don’t you think? This is a franchise. For the price, I would say that this is something I would skip out on, unless I couldn’t think of anything else. I do like the mac and cheese, despite the fact that I would need to work out two days straight to burn it off. This location in particular gets a bit too packed for me, and yes they do have some unique items, but it is not the healthy, made from scratch place that people might think it is. Sorry but it is a no from me.

I like Panera Bread and I go there a lot for lunch. Their Fuji apple salad is very good. I wanted to try some different salad today and got the kale Cesar salad thinking how could it go wrong, I like Cesar salad and I like kale. The salad I got was not bad, I like the cheese chips to add that crunch, but oh man they put the stem and all the hard part of the kale that normally people throw away(unless you are juicing then it doesn’t matter) and I would say half ruin the salad since those scraps doesn’t taste much and just hard to chew. Not gonna order this again. :-/

I love this Panera location! Great for large groups, singles and kids. There are lots of seating available with plugs if you are working with a laptop or other devices that requires charging. Their mobile app is super easy if you want to order ahead and pick up. You will get rewards if you use your Panera card a lot like I do! The staff is always friendly and no matter what time I show up I can get my food super fast. This location is clean and new. I am a regular.

Where is my cream cheese? Never visited any of their locations and decided to give it a try, because their bagels really looked delicious. So I made an online order of 12 bagels and 2 cream cheese tubes to pick it up in this location on my way home. I picked up my order drove home, opened their beautiful bag and realized that there is no cream cheese there! Although, on the receipt attached to the bag it says that if something is missing in there, to let them know so they would give me a free treat, but I didn’t feel like driving from Glendale to Beverly Hills for a free bagel and a tube of a cream cheese. Also I tried calling them but after 5 minutes of waiting on the line, decided to better write a review here.

I used to love Panera Bread but this might be the saddest, least appetizing bowl of Soba Noodles I’ve ever seen. Sorely disappointed.

Damn, the bread is really good. There hasn’t been a Panera in a convenient location in LA county except for the one in Santa Monica so excited for this. I haven’t tried their bagels in a while so I can’t speak towards that(and there’s Brooklyn water bagel and S Urbain street bagel really close by) but I’ve really missed Panera bread. It has that crunchy, thin, utterly crispy exterior and soft-as-a-pillow crumb. The asiago steak sandwich(formerly the asiago roast beef) is exactly as I remembered it. They also have craft soft drinks so I loaded up on the black cherry. So good. Izze’s is also available as a sofa fountain drink option. The service was as great as could be. I forget the name of the cashier but she was really friendly and answered any questions I had about the menu. She also let me know about a promo they had(a pastry item for 99¢ with a meal both with a drink) so I’m saving the pecan sticky bun for later. If your dining in, they give you a number and bring the food to you, a notable change from a few years ago. There’s also a scene letting people who are carrying out which orders the kitchen staff is working on. Almost have one start off for the soup I had(lemon chicken something) but I know what most of their soups are pretty good. It’s a great option if you’re in a hurry or don’t want to wait for the long lines and wait at Urth.

I placed an order to go today for turkey and avocado sandwiches on whole wheat. The staff was courteous and friendly. The décor is nice. When I got to my meeting and passed out the sandwiches, they had no turkey in them! Just bread and garnish. I was embarrassed. Everyone threw out the sandwiches and had no lunch. I went back to Panera after work and spoke to the manager. He was kind and gave me a refund. I would eat a quick lunch there, but I don’t recommend take out. Or maybe unwrap and carefully check each order before you leave.

I really liked the service at Panera. Ive never really gotten a full meal there, just a bagel once and another time just a full baguette, but my friend always gets meals that look really tasty! The only thing that i dont like is how only a couple of the pastries in the window actually look appetizing and the rest just look old and wrinkly. But i really like how big it is and all the different places you can sit. They have inside and outside but the inside is so big. The bathroom is upstairs.

Love Panera bread, this location is new in neighborhood, everything is clean and the prices are good, they opened this location 2 days ago, my kids love here, we used to go a lot in Panera when we used to live in Midwest and I always wished we had one in beverlyhills where I live now. The only thing that made me put 4 star instead of 5 is that bc their waitresses are not very fast and expert otherwise they would get 5 stars.

Sooo happy this location finally opened! I’ve been waiting patiently :-) The space is pretty cool… there’s a modern feel to the interior, plenty of registers to take orders, and indoor seating around the side and back. I submitted an online order and it was ready right when we got there 15 minutes later. I made a last minute decision to get a chocolate chip cookie, but unfortunately they were fresh out :-(Note that if you order online and want a $.99 cookie, make sure you include it in your order, as you have to pay full price for it if you walk in and try to add the cookie to your online order. Hope that makes sense! Anyways, there’s no question I’ll definitely be back here. It’s a great and tasty alternative to the typical $ 20 lunch salads you find here in the heart of Beverly Hills. They’ve got a great variety of items to choose from! Oh, and in these first weeks I’m sure they’re working out the kinks, so be patient :-)

COOLEST Panera Bread store I’ve ever experienced! I walked in and immediately fell in love with the space. It’s got a warm industrial-modern feel with high ceilings, rustic wood tables and exposed brick walls. I’m so excited that we now have a store in Beverly Hills. The Hot Turkey Panini w/a cup of Tomato soup is my all-time favorite. Today I tried the LENTILQUINOABOWLWITHCHICKEN and it was DELICIOUS. It had fresh kale and spinach, quinoa and lentils, antibiotic-free chicken, all in a flavorful soy-miso broth. You have to try it!!! Overall: There is such a unique vibe in the store that I’ve never experienced at any other Panera. Plus, the food is incredible. There’s free wifi, staff is attentive yet knows when to leave you alone. I see it as a great working space to go/hang out on the computer writing and relaxing. Loved it. Proud to be the first to share this awesome café with everyone on Unilocal. So glad I finally have a Panera in Beverly Hills, Beverly blvd is now complete!
