I love coffee bean better than Starbucks but today I regret so bad shopping at this location. There is an employee/​cashier that I couldn’t see her name tag that was very rude. She is short, dark skin, Hispanic and this morning she has at the counter next to the pastries. She seemed to be only nice to men wearing a suit and Caucasian customers. I am Hispanic and I’ve seen this treatment often. Watch out owners!
Never coming back at this place, will be working around the area but I guess I will become Starbucks customer around here.

Everything is as good as expected but the inside of the store is always at sub zero temperatures no matter the temperatures of the day. Makes it extremely uncomfortable to stay and enjoy your meal and drink.

I’ve been here a few times and had a varied array of drinks — cold teas, matcha, chai, coffee drinks, etc. They’re all great, and the customer service is over the top! Everyone that I have encountered has been so helpful and lovely and accommodating (and it’s been 3 or 4 different employees)! I never have to wait long, and there is always plenty of seating.
If I had to name one thing that isn’t their strong suit, but if worked on would make this place superb, it would be the cleanliness. the tables are always sticky and strewn with sugar/​paper/​coffee debris. They really are doing fantastic, I just think they get so much traffic being on Beverly drive that it’s completely understandable.
People are so nice though, I don’t mind, and it’s not something a handy-​wipe can’t make better. I always have one on me, so this place is perfect for me.

Great place to meet friends and community feel. I enjoy coming every day. A few really nice staff.

So stop by before work because my usual place gets too over crowded so I noticed the CB. Lucky parking was easy (cause it usually isn’t. It’s Beverly it’s never easy; hence one less star; yes over parking; I’m sorry) I ordered their rooibos chai iced latte with reg milk and it was actually good. I’m pretty particular with my chai I prefer it on the sweeter side than the spicy but even though this still had a little kick to it it was still great. If your Mexican it kinda tasted like a horchata with cinnamon (: and I order a bagel. My order came out quick because there weren’t lot of people. They have a great space in the inside just as they have a nice size patio on the outside so you can enjoy the nice weather.

The drip coffee is not that great. But the Lattes are amazing. The srvice is really good too!

They were very friendly in this location. There isn’t anything very different than other locations. The store was clean. The bathroom is through the exit door. They weren’t busy. They did take a lot longer than expected considering how slow the store was, maybe only 1 other customer. But they made my drink properly and they were nice.

Dirty handling of making drinks. When the mexican cashire/​supervisor overcharges a large for a regular order, she did not feel sorry and acted unfriendly.

My favorite go to for coffee. Always thought it was better than Starbucks ands not near as snotty. Even being in Beverly Hills it was great!

Relaxing… love this place. Thank Goodness it’s near by home. Yey… caffeine!
After a day like today… I need some coffee love.

Love the mini donuts trio — kept me going throughout the day! Great large table for studying — would definitely come back. If only parking around the area was cheaper!
I’m not a big fan on their drinks though … I’ve had much better chai elsewhere.

Compared to other coffee beans this one is extremely slow. The people are nice but they don’t seem to have a good flow. They always seem confused. I wish they would speed it up as this is on my way to work and I come here often.

After going from Coffee Bean to Coffee Bean for 5 years I have never been happier in my life. The staff at this location is unparalleled at every other Coffee Bean in town, I call in my Coffee how I like it every morning and they have it ready for me right when I walk in. I’ve had so many problems with employees messing up my Coffe or charging me incorrectly because of they way I order my drink, but those days are over. If you like your coffee uniquely catered to your needs this is the only place in town to go to. Parking is usually very easy to find in the morning as well.

Coffee Bean vs SBUX… aahhh a forever comp! Well, this is a great place to be if you can find a good parking spot and just want to chill. Now, if you want fast, snap snap then go across the street to sbux.
There are outdoor and indoor seating and the drink selections are great. Wonderful place to just chill and just DO NOTHING… which I love to do. If you just want to do nothing and have a relaxing time, come on by. You’ll like this place. However if you are on a go go… don’t bother because just to find a parking spot will kill ya… haha.

Your standard CB&TL with a smallish food selection. Everyone was very friendly and they had some decent after X-​mas sales (I scored a travel mug/​pound of coffee gift set for $ 10 — 50% off!).
Parking in this part of Bev Hills is always going to be difficult. That’s just a fact. It’s 10:57 AM as I write this and it’s hard to park in Beverly Hills. Both facts.
But if you find a parking spot, this CB&TL offers both indoor and outdoor seating and a nice little break from all that shopping you’re either doing or undoubtedly about to do.

I am obsessed with Coffee Bean, SO much better than Starbucks!
I love their ultimate mocha with crushed chocolate covered coffee beans, not chocolate chips like most other places do.
Service is great, coffee came out fast, cute location, clean and well maintained.
Prices are average, and the taste just can’t be beat!

In the inevitable Starbucks versus Coffee Bean battle, Coffee Bean takes the cake each and every time for me.
Stopped into this coffee bean for a meeting. Love their selection of teas and their drinks in general particularly the pure vanilla ice blended and the Malibu dream ice blended, but what I do not like about this particular Coffee Bean is the horrible parking situation and the terrible wifi. It was practically non-​existent. So if you have work to do that requires wifi, go elsewhere. The prices of their drinks are good. They do have a bathroom and service was decent.

The service:
The service here is fast and pleasant.
The atmosphere:
The location is centralized to many other business, which is good, but it is also a favorite for students which can make it a little too loud at times.
Bathrooms:
The bathroom situation is disgusting! First off, it’s located behind a door in the back which seemed odd, and second, it’s absolutely filthy! There was no toilet paper on the rolls when I used it and the ground looked like someone walked in with muddy boots. The sink had hair in it and the top of a razor… What the?!. That was very disappointing after seeing what the front of the store looked like.
Tip: Don’t use the restroom here.
