I’D GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD
My son needed new glasses and they take our new vision insurance. We had a prescription all he had to do was pick out some frames and place the order. We had to wait for 45 MINUTES for them to place his order. Then we were told it would take 10 days for the order to be completed. NO one had called to let me know if they were in so I called back 10 days later and the voicemail message said they were CLOSED FOR THE NEXT 2 WEEKS. Why couldn’t they have told me that when I placed my order! WE ARE NEVER GOING BACK
