My brother and I stopped in Saturday night at 9pm for a poo poo plater. As I took a bite of deep fried chicken, a long piece of hair was stuck in the batter as I pull it out it wasn’t mine it was white and 7 inches long. It was so shocking I had to tell the owner. He took that hair, left for 5 minutes. When he came back, I was told I don’t know where u got this hair from, but it didn’t come from my cooks, suggesting I brought hair in to get a free meal, not for nothing I never asked or expected anything but to take acknowledgement of the situation, the owner was rude! Accusing that I lied! That made no sense when I asked for no free meal just common curticy with acknowledgement of the hair stuck in batter wasn’t from me with black hair, my brother drives a Mercedes benze we had $ 20.00, I actually suggested that resturant, to leave embarrassed as my brother told the owner he has horrible mananagement customer service skills, he answered thank u!

This place has the best Chinese food. I compare every other Chinese restaurant to this place and am always left wanting. The décor is definitely dated inside, but that’s part of the charm. The food is always good, and the drinks are potent. Try the scorpion bowls but make sure someone else is driving you home. I still drive back to Billerica to eat here because no other Chinese restaurant compares.

Met some business contacts for after work drinks and appetizers. I was more impressed this time. Great egg rolls and egg foo. We just kept it simple but I’d like to dive a little deeper into the menu… nice old school spot… don’t be fooled by the exterior.

I’m from Quincy and I often go into Chinatown. I know my Chinese food. The food at Jade Pacific is really mediocre. Extremely greasy and Americanized. The only reason I give it an extra star is because the drinks are strong. I think you get your money’s worth! Also, the descriptions of the drinks are amusing as heck. They are(purposefully?) vague. Definitely give ‘em a read. Now, watch how many drinks you order, because you might get the munchies and wind up eating some of that bad Chinese food.

Run! If you eat here you’re crazy! Unless you are just drunk! As you drive by this place, you can see the kitchen door, all scummy looking and filthy from the street. The cooks stand out and smoke. I’m sure never washing hands! They drag trash out, clean chickens outside of door in the street. I ate in there once and the ladies restroom toilet was overflowing. I told host. He told guy in kitchen(I’m sure was a COOK!) who walked out of kitchen with a dirty plunger! Omg! Disgusting and unsanitary. Plunger not bagged up to and from restroom AND brought back to kitchen. This has to be a health code violation! If they do that in FRONT of you, what do they do when you’re not looking? It is the grimiest looking place ever! Run! Food mediocre at best. Unless you’re meeting someone to get drunk only and you don’t care to impress, then go ahead! Lol! Seems they are giving people filth and not sure why people are settling for less? So all drunkies need apply! Oh and hate to even give one star.

Have been coming here from Woburn for many years, food is consistently good, drinks are great and parking lot allows for easy parking. Same owners and staff have worked there and treats everyone well. We typically start out with tidbits for two while getting scorpion or mai tai’s. For the main course, try the mermaid shrimp, large generous portion of shrimp and veggies, Also as someone else mentioned, the crispy chicken is outstanding and portions are large. plain lo mein is tasty and filling. What keeps them from 5 stars? Well the dining room and lounge could use a bit time update, window tables are drafty in winter and main dining room can be very noisy if middle tables are occupied. Have not seen any building improvements ever. Step it up guys and get that fifth star!

The crispy chicken is my favorite dish. This is one of the best Chinese restaurants around as far as the food is concerned. if your heading there for drinks, bring a DD as they are STRONG! Best scorpion bowl I’ve had by far. The restaurant itself is outdated and doesn’t look like it would be a good take from the outside, but definitely a jewel in the rough.

I’ve had mixed experiences with Jade Pacific. The last time I ate dinner there, the food was poorly executed, even by Chinese fast food standards. More recently my wife got take out from there though was really pretty good though and the portions were really larger than I expected. The building is a bit of an eyesore. The side that faces the street would make you think it was a warehouse. There’s often some kitchen worker standing next to it smoking a cigarette. I guess that’s par for the course when it comes to Chinese fast food places though.

Terrible ambiance, not so great service, gross bathrooms. My boyfriend and I sat at the bar for 15 mins before the people before us glasses got cleared away from the spot and anyone asked what we wanted to drink. The food is just mediocre Chinese food. Would not rush back.

Drinks are very good and strong as a group most of the people I got with say the maitais are great and scorpion bowls too. Very strong for a good price.. I personally enjoy the beef teriyaki chicken teriyaki and boneless. The other with much fsn fare egg Foo Yong also very popular. Michael is our regular waiter so as we file in he knows the drink orders when he sees us.

Not great in any sense… Not the worst I’ve had however. Go to Sweet Ginger in Burlington instead, see my review on them. My food last night was obviously rushed, the chicken fingers refried, and the spicy beef cold. Also saturated in grease. This may be because it was Christmas Eve, but this is not acceptable. A relative in Billerica ordered from here on a normal day, and it sucked also, or even worse. As I said, Sweet Ginger or Rick’s Café is recommended.

Great place to have quality Chinese food. The portions are large and delicious. I always get dinner ‘A’ and for lunch always number ‘22’. They have excellent Chinese tea that I drink an entire tea pot of it. I highly recommended it!

Great place! As far as Chinese /Asian food goes here, this place is top notch. Not to mention, it has Asian American as well as straight out authentic Chinese food. All the food I’ve ever had here is delicious. I definitely recommend the rangoons. They are chock full of crab(/Alaskan pollock.) which is a pleasant and to die for surprise. As for the service, it is always great and the waiters are fantastic and friendly which you don’t often find in Asian restaurants. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I’m giving it 5 stars for the drinks & their prices and –2 stars for the food. The food tastes okay after the drinks, but the next day, when you’re sober, uggh. When and why did pupu platters get so freaking expensive? This place wants $ 40 for one for four people? Crazy. What an unusual business strategy: cheap drinks, expensive & mediocre food.

PACIFICJADE… Mediocre food at best… typical American Chinese with loads of grease… Ate there amazingly enough twice… There are plenty more places to go… I would say RUN as if you take a look driving up to the door that leads to the kitchen… it is OUTSIDE on the MAIN road… filthy disgusting doorway with TRASH outside of it… you can see time to time when you drive by the cooks or kitchen crew out side this doorway SMOKING cigarettes… I do not know why the owner has not hidden this doorway from the eye of the public… it is absolutely repulsive to see when driving up… and if this is the way they present themselves in public view IMAGINE that the cooks do NOT wash their hands after smoking, and probably not after going to the restroom. I once told them up front while there eating that the restroom toilet was overflowing… YES, they sent someone from the KITCHEN with a dirty plunger to the restroom… he walked right out of the kitchen with the plunger(YES, the KITCHEN) and walked it across the carpet in the lobby to the restroom… I betcha he never washed his hands and then prepared food! I would give it NOSTARS if I could… try someone else… Unless of course you just want a strong cocktail and like to get drunk at chinese food restaurants and eat their food while you are buzzed… get sick the next day and really dont know if it is from the FOOD or the DRINKS!!! Good luck! May the force be with you!

I got some take out on New Years Eve. The place was packed. After eating the food, I assume people were there for the drinks. I will not eat here again. There are so many better Chineses food restaurants in the area I do not know why anyone would choose this one.

I’ll be honest, I used to hate Chinese food. But after moving down South, I find myself constantly craving it. This past weekend home I made sure I ate my weight in pork fried rice and all the other delicious food they offer. The chicken fingers have too much dough, not enough chicken… and I wish the rangoon had a little more cream cheese. Other than that… it’s perfect! They are not kidding around with the drinks. Don’t light a match around me after I drink a Planters Punch! ANDBONUS(since the people at Wu Loon are dumb and can’t figure it out) THEYKNOWHOWTOREAD A MILITARYID!

Hands down the best /strongest Mai Tai you’ll ever have. There is a balance to that if you can believe it. I’m also fairly sure they are the reason I stopped drinking! The food is decent. The décor is 70’s. The people who go here are all drunk townies, but that is honestly the appeal. Oh that and they’re the only place open in Billerica past 10PM.
