Don’t ever order from this place. I should of learned from the first time I ordered from here the food was cold and soggy and had hair on my pizza. Tonight we gave them a second chance so we ordered at 728 and 910 they show up at my door mind you there only 3min away from me. The bag was so soggy it was breaking thru This place sucks wish I could give it negative stars

Worse place to order food from. Owners/manager argues for making wrong and terrible food. Burned pizza and fries. Apparently they don’t see that before packing food. Extremely rude and worse service. Not ordering ever again. Should be no star for this place.

Surprised to see such poor reviews. By and large I have had great encounters here. Mind you, I’ve only ordered pizza. I do think it’s worth giving it a shot as they have been consistently good for me — too bad about so many negative reviews. Recommended.

This place used to be a around a 3. Now they can’t get orders right or the food is messy. And the worst part is the guy who answers the phone is hands down the rudest person in history. He constantly cuts you off and says to you while in mid sentence«Ya what else!» absolutely terrible…

Once in a while their stk and cheese is great. And the bbq stk tip is good to. The Sat few times I e been there they were so cheep with the product. My stk tip was empty and I got a trky sub with pickles and it had 1 pickle on one side and 2 on the other and the meat barely covered the bread. And the prices sucked.

I cannot believe Stephanie’s does not have more reviews and good ones especially. I am a regular pizza eater, and first time ever, over the weekend I ordered from them two days in a row. The veggie pizza has a tonne of great perfectly crunchy vegetables that are not soggy whatsoever. Their Pepperoni pizza is the best I have had ever. I had given up on pepperoni pizzas due to too many sad mediocre experiences. Stephanie’s made me appreciate the simplistic deliciousness of a classic pepperoni pizza. Granted they do not put up a show and feign niceties in terms of customer service, but they are not rude as some other reviewers pointed out. They are simply about the business transaction. Tell me your order and let’s be done with it. No time for small talk! Lol. In summary, would buy again and again. Cheers!

Looks like they could use some new reviews! I just moved to the area this past year and we love the food here. It is the perfect place to go when I’m waiting on laundry to finish next door. Love their pizza, specialty sandwiches, and salads.

Pizza on its own is par… at best. You get what you pay for I suppose. But then I have to think… what am I paying? Stephanie’s would have received 2 – 3 stars on the basis of its food alone. But I must give it a single star due to its service. When I’ve ordered from Stephanie’s it is always the same thing. A large pizza with double pepperoni. My order never changes. So why does the price always change? I have been charged $ 13, $ 15, $ 11, and most recently $ 17. The pizza is always consistent. Consistently ‘blah’. So why isn’t the price consistent? When I ask about it over the phone, the answer is always the same: «That’s what it comes out as when I put it in the computer». I can live with a sub-par pizza. At least it’s fast. But I can’t, and won’t, pay for sub-par service. I’m sorry Stephanie’s but I’ve paid my last $ 13 for a pizza. Or was it $ 11? $ 15? $ 17?

The chicken parm consisted of frozen little chicken pattys that you get @ Market Basket for like $ 2.00 a box and the two little patties looked really, really sad. Just horrible.

Blah just blah I ordered a pizza well done from them tonight, took 1.5 hours, and the pizza was bland, luke warm, crust was hard and chewy hard to eat. Will not be getting another one from them anytime soon

I have ordered from Stephanies multiple times, and all has been ok. So I decided to order something new BBQ tips with rice pilaf and salad. What I got was Ahso coated tips that were dry, white rice(not rice pilaf) that was rubbery and shredded lettuce with a slice of tomato. And all this for $ 10.99 plus tax and delivery. UGH So I called them figuring that they made a mistake… but when I got the so called owner of a customer service business Larry informed me that the order was correct and that I was not due a substitute or refund. To QUOTE«I do not care about you I sell 30 a day, Call the attorney general or the better business bureau»(I am a chef and have no idea how he can run a business or even stay open with this type of food and attitude?)

Nothing special about the place. I got a cheese burger club. The bread was old toasted wonder bread. The fries were OK though.

It’s losing its appeal. Slow delivery and rude people. Can’t get anything right. Pizza is ok at best. Such a shame.

Been twice and I think they have potential, but… My first visit I got the meatball sub. It was a takeout order and within 10 minutes I was back at work unwrapping what looked to be a delicious sandwich. It was tasty and I loved the roll it was put on, but the sandwich was stone cold. Did they take the meatballs out of the refrigerator? Would have been great if it was hot. My second visit I got one of their specialty subs. Didn’t have the corned beef so they put extra roast beef on the sandwich. Loaded with meat and tasty. Only drawback was the abount of coleslaw and russian dressing. Tip for the boys… if you make a loaded sandwich then load it with all ingredients. Will give them a couple more tastings and update my rating if they work out the kinks.

1st of all have to agree with Kerri. Whoever answers the phone seemed irritated. My calling to place an order seemed to bother them. Right away I had a bad feeling about this place. We have ordered from them maybe 3 or 4 times so it wasn’t just one night. We tried the pizza previously. Its OK, not great. Years ago(likely the previous owners) we had a steak and cheese and it was horrible. This night we ordered some of their so-called gourmet wings. They offer 9 different sauces. We ordered 20 wings and when I started to ask to divide the order among 3 sauces I was interrupted and told they only split sauces among 10 wings only. I have no idea why. Maybe counting out wings is a problem for them. We got 10 hot and 10 honey BBQ. The hot(buffalo) sauce was water. No chance at all of getting it to ‘coat’ the wing. A huge flaw. The honey BBQ was slightly thicker but still it too ran right off the wing. So no matter what flavor you choose expect the wing to have only a hint of flavor. Oh, and one of the wings didn’t get any sauce at all. They must have missed it when they poured the sauce onto the pile. Wings are one of my favorite foods so I was very disappointed. We also ordered some jalapeño poppers. Same thing. The tomato sauce they provided for the poppers was tomato juice. Another disappointment. For pizza, not bad but not great either. Not worth the lousy customer service and so far none of their sides or worth ordering at all. I don’t see us ordering from them again. There’s a lot of better choices.

As a former chef, I must say for my first time ordering will be my last. A simple grilled chicken sub not properly made, greasy and tasted like the everything that was cooked on the grill. Just give it up This place does not deserve a star.

This is our favorite take out place. I have never been to the establishment, in fact, I’m not even sure where it is, but their delivery is great! It’s always quick, even if you call close to 5PM. The delivery guys are great and extremely friendly(even when 2 toddlers are screaming in the background). Their salads are fresh and the pita bread is delicious. Their pizza is fantastic and always piping hot, which is great for delivery.

Tonight is the third time I’ve recieved an undercooked pizza – and by undercooked, I mean that I pulled the cheese off, pressed on the dough, and raw dough stuck to my finger. Disgusting! In their defense, I was stupid to expect that they’d catch on and fix the situation, plus I never called to complain and explain the situation, but come on – is it too much to ask for that my food is actually cooked? It’s not as if they got a topping wrong or overcharged me or something – seemed borderline comical to call and kindly ask them not to serve raw food. Avoid!

I was excited when I received a coupon for a free pizza after moving to the area. It seemed like a great way to garner new customers and win them over with your great pizza. Then, I remembered: you get what you pay for. The pizza was just plain BLAH. Of course, when I received my year anniversary coupon, I didn’t hesitate to grab another free pie to see if things were any different — and, well, it was free. This time, I added my own pepperoni at home(since at that point I was settled in and was actually using my oven), but I still wasn’t impressed. If you want good pizza in Billerica, go to Sal’s.

Yikes! Now CLOSED! Since this restaurant was last reviewed it has come under new ownership. The new owners seem to care very much about their business as it is very clean, there is no need to worry about seeing something that you don’t want to. I have been a resident of this area and have driven by this place many, many times. Recently, I have discovered that Stephanie’s serves West African food(specifically Nigerian food) in addition to the menu that Stephanie’s customers are accustomed to. I was very excited to come across a supplemental menu of theirs in another establishment that I frequent in the Lowell area. That same evening, I went there to eat. Upon entering the restaurant I found the original menu’s detailing the pizza, subs, salads and additional items on display. I was a little confused but when I asked the manager if I was in the right place, his face light up immediately and he handed me the supplemental menu that he had been using to advertise the new additions to the menu. Now, I wasn’t raised on African food but I was exposed to it at an early age so I am not totally unfamiliar to it. More recently I have been spoiled by my Nigerian Mother-in-Law and vetran chef, who cooks and packs food for me to bring home each time is visit her. Unfortunately, my Mother-in-Law lives 300 miles away. Until Stephanie’s added West African food to their menu, the sole African restaurant that I knew of in Massachusetts was in HydePark and was only open half of the year. I will leave someone with extensive knowledge about West African food to give it a thorough critique. If you like West African food, give it a try. Lets face it, no cooking is as good as Mom’s but Stephanie’s surely does come close. Where else can you call for delivery and get West African Food? If you are interested in trying West African food give Stephanie’s a try. If you don’t like anything on the menu, you wont have to go far to get a slice of Pizza or a sub instead!
