Golden Phoenix West

This is my second favorite Chinese food place to go. I absolutely love the atmosphere and the fish right when you walk in the door. I wish the staff was warmer towards the customers and I also wish there were more options on he buffet. When you order off the menu, you are never disappointed. I do feel that the prices are a little spendy, but you get a good helping of food. My favorite part is that they deliver. Sometimes when I just want to stay home and relax all I have to do is order off the app and it’s on the way.
4 Hours Later…
Gosh dang it. So in my earlier review I talk about how I love this place. Well I had a terrible experience with a delivery I had placed just today ^^^. I was eating and I came across a nose hair in my noodles not once but twice. This was beyond gross and I will definitely think twice before I eat here again.

Great food. Authentic and with great service. We won’t go anywhere else for almond chicken. craving it again now just writing about it!

The buffet was all eaten up at 7:30 pm! Everything was dried up and stale. The snotty woman who works there kept saying they were bringing out new food but all she did was strut around in a horrid fur vest. It was kind of gross around food to wear that thing.
She clicked around in her high heels back and forth but never really DID anything.
The servers were really nice but the place is disorganized and needs a deep cleaning.
Pretty yucky all around
