When I walked in to this restaurant I was way psyched for what I imagined would be a great American Chinese meal. There was soothing music, lots of plants, nice green carpets, they hadn’t gone overboard with the red paint on the walls(the walls WERE painted red but it was nice and subdued, not fire engine), very comfortable and clean looking booths, and some rather tasteful buddhas. I ordered the buffet, and it was the first time in my life I have ever NOT enjoyed a crab rangoon. I sampled the sweet and sour chicken, curry chicken, and general tso’s chicken, and all three were way overcooked and stale tasting, as if they had been under a heat lamp for 3 hours, which they probably had.
