Fairly pricey. So so pizza. We live the Salad bar because it has so many yummy topping options. Most important information, have patience when coming here because they are consistently slow. Redeem the Unilocal off of groove twists and enjoy.

Have never received great service here. Last trip they brought the appetizer well after the pizza. The tv’s weren’t on. Love the pizza and salad but $ 60 for 1 adult and 3 children. The staff is basically disinterested. Come on.

After waiting 5 minutes past the time they were to open the doors we waited another 5 minutes to order. The owner was busy trying to turn on the T.V.‘s while the cashier was busy arranging paper at the register. We ordered a pizza and two trips to the salad bar. We waited over 20 minutes for the salad bar to be ready! The cashier, who must be in charge of the salad bar as well, took. her. sweet. time. placing every item in the bar and then I had to ask for silverware to dish the food onto my plate. Finally, 32 minutes after entering this restaurant we got to eat!
Showing up early and having your restaurant 100% ready for business the minute you are to open, encouraging speedy service, and priorities are all things this business LACKS!
I was thinking of having them cater for a large group… NOT NOW!

A few weeks before they first closed down i got a chance to eat here. The place was filthy, the workers didn’t seem to care and the food was terrible.
Strawhat recently reopened and I’ve had a chance to eat there twice since the reopening. There have been huge improvements. The place is clean, the quality of the food is a ton better than before they closed down.
As I was writing this review, a family was complaining about how terrible their pizza was an asked for a refund (after eating pretty much all of it!) They were extremely rude. The manager though I was impressed with, she handled it so well. She was nice and did what she can to show that she was concerned, also did all she could to make them happy. This family wasn’t having it, but I was still impressed with her. I had to pull her aside and let her know that I loved the food, I truly did, but really over all I was impressed with the service.
I will definitely keep going back.

Pizza is nothing too fantastic, although the salad bar is above average for a pizza place. I liked how clean the restaurant was, but the staff was neither very helpful or friendly. Also, when going to the salad bar they took a very long time to restock forks and other items. An okay place to go before a movie but not much more.

I just wanted to post a warning to my friends in Billings. We went to the «Straw Hat Pizza» last night and had the absolute worst meal and dining experience in our adult life! For the first time ever, we asked to see a manager and aksed for our money to be refunded. I could go into multiple details but I won’t, other than to say «save your money». If you want a similar experience, buy a frozen pizza and then go and eat it at the downtown bus station.
I am giving it 1-​star just for the fact that the Diet Coke tasted good.

This place makes a great pie but the customer service horrible. It’s just like Chucky Cheese but with out the stupid rat or whatever it is.
The place has one door in one door out and guess what if you are the lucky people that get the table by the door you get to have people bump into you the entire time you are there.
Great food bad place.

i was pleasantly surprised by this place — i expected the usual underwhelming food that so pervades billings, but the salad bar was decent and the pizza was too. i went for lunch, and the lunch special was an especially good deal. i’ll be going back again. the ambience is pretty lame, and i feel sorry for the workers, with what must be the ugliest uniform in billings.
