Steak was amazing, Sweet Potato Suffle was amazing, the wine was amazing, what was not amazing was the price for a bottle of wine. This was the only restaurant I have ever been to where they price the bottle of wine at 4 * the price of a glass. It is usually between 2.5 to 3.5 times. And the cheapest bottle of wine they had was 44 dollars. I have been to many nice restaurants and usually there is a few bottles in the 30 – 40 dollar range. When I talked to a few other people I was told that other Ruth’s Chris have cheaper prices for their wine. Leading me to believe the wine prices are do to it being in a casino.

Absolutely amazing Dining experience! We had reservations at 5:30 and was immediately say upon our arrival. I believe our waiter’s name was Chris, but I may be mistaken. He had a side helper give us some water while we waited for our drink order. Our waiter recommended a Blueberry Lemon Drop Martini which is completely to die for! Great Lemon Drop flavor, with a blueberry punch. We started the meal with Lobster Bisque. We told our waiter we wanted to share(this wasn’t our first rodeo, the portion sizes are large enough to share almost anything). He went ahead and split the bisque into two small ramekins so we had our own serving. The fresh bread and fresh whipped butter was also brought out and the butter was like whipped air. I would love to know the recipe or the brand! The lobster bisque was the way to start our meal. Great flavor with different notes and luscious lobster pieces. For entrée I order the Petite Filet Mignon(8oz) Med Rare, and my husband had the New York Strip Medium. We shared the Au Gratin Potatoes as our sides. His steak was phenomenal, very tender for a strip with great flavor. We love that the steaks and plates are sizzling when they are brought to the table.(This also allows the steak to cook some more if needed). The Au Gratin Potatoes were very creamy, cheesy, with a hint of garlic. They are outstanding and our absolute favorite side here! My Filet was undercooked, even after the sizzling plate. I pointed it to our waiter who immediately apologized and took it back for a few minute under the broiler oven.(Very cold rare throughout). Filet are more difficult to prepare so no concerns on my side. A Manager brought out the fixed filet and it was perfect temperature at that point(with the few moments resting on the sizzling plate). He apologized as well. The customer service was absolutely outstanding. Every want and need was taken care of! We came here on our honeymoon and again for our anniversary. It did not disappoint and exceeded all expectations. We can’t wait to come back again!

We had reservations on a Sat night and were early, we only had to wait long enough to order a couple cocktails before being shown to our table. Our server was awesome, and so was our meal… Ribeyes and a couple sides. After learning about our engagement the manager and our server brought us a turtle cheesecake and a slice of regular cheesecake that was pretty delish. Kudos on such a friendly staff!

Last Tuesday my wife and I celebrated our birthdays at Ruth’s. My wife loves lobster and I love steak. So we ordered the largest lobster in the house and a big T-bone. Both were expensive and delicious. This was the third birthday we had celebrated there so we knew the cost and quality going in. It was worth the price.

I had one of the best Filets I have ever had! The staff was so nice and catered to my every need. Made me feel right at home and even know I was eating by myself I didn’t feel lonely! Thank you

Food is amazing. Me and my boyfriend always order the calamari sweet potato casserole and a ribeye steak. This place is my all time favorite steak place down here in MS. They have great service and delicious food

I went on a Monday night. The lettuce was old and my steak was overcooked and way over seasoned. A good piece of meat doesn’t need all that stuff on it. I ordered it rare and it was burned like charcoal. My daughter had to eat when I waited for them to remake it. The manager tried to fix it by bringing out a new steak and gave us a discount. The waiter was nice so I guess it was an OK visit.

Going downhill as a fine dining restaurant. Probably because of the casino location. Our server was good.

This is the 3rd time we’ve been to this location and it’s always very good. Tonight’s service from Brian was exceptional! The food was cooked perfectly and tasted great(we all got filets). We went with another couple for their anniversary and they were offered a free dessert(too full but ordered it anyway) so we shared the banana cream pie and it was fantastic! Not a traditional pie, it had sliced bananas on the top and a topping that tasted like crème brûlée. EXCELLENT! I would recommend getting a reservation on the weekend. We had one but others were waiting for a while on a Saturday night.

I have been a great fan of Ruths Chris for many years visiting maybe 30 times all over the country. This location is sub par and very poorly managed. I recommended this to my friends and spent the evening apologizing. Drinks from the bar were incorrectly prepared and had to be sent back. One steak way overdone, another had a large hunk of fat or nerve exposed as someone in the kitchen cut into it. Knowing this was a bad piece of meat and still serving it is inconceivable. Worst of all, not one word of apology, no comp desert or drink no manager even made an appearance. Complaints to corporate resulted in a call to my cell phone but the connection was so bad I was unable to get the return number or name. No follow up call ever came, which is what I would expect. Ruths has always been consistent and when a mistake is made they own up to it. Not here. Avoid at all costs. I will think long and hard about going back to another Ruths Chris and that is a shame.

We spent 3 days at The Hard Rock in Biloxi, Ms. We were really looking forward to this dining experience. The food was sub par. Drinks from bar was harsh. 32 at the IP was so much better. Both cost around $ 120 for two people. Our server at RC was very attentive and informative though. He was great! Timing was acceptable.

The waiter didn’t even notice we didn’t like the food. The steak was mediocre not up to ruths chris standards. Said I didn’t want a sweet cosmo. Came out sweet with no apology. Definitely would not recommend.

Absolutely stunning. For the last night on our honeymoon we stopped in and they were beyond accommodating to us! The service was above par and the food was more than outstanding! My husband had never been to a Ruth Chris before and this very lone experience will bring him back for more. We sat in the bar area and the waiter was beyond nice and superb! For the appetizers we ordered barbecue shrimp which seemed/tasted very fresh and a bowl of lobster bisque. For entrée we split the porterhouse for two and au gratin potatoes. We had more than enough to eat and the steak was so perfect. Literally you could cut the filet side with your fork. Everything was sizzling and delicious! When we come back, this will definitely be a stop for us! Thank you Ruth Chris for making our last honeymoon night beyond amazing!!!

I often eat at this Ruth’s Chris when I visit my mother in Mississippi. This one is located in the Hard Rock Hotel. We typically have asked for Brad and he is an excellent server. My mother is always pleased in his care for his tables. The food is consistent. I’ve always liked everything we’ve ordered in terms of soups, salads, appetizers, and sides. I typically stick with the filet mignon, and it never disappoints. I love the décor here in the front entrance — red lighting.

Firstly, the food was very good. It’s a Ruth’s Chris and it’s the same steaks and more you know and love if you’ve been to one before. As has been mentioned, it is located inside the Hard Rock casino. If you’re not staying there you park and walk through the smoky lobby and part of the casino to get to the restaurant. The dress code is pretty well casino casual. To give you an idea on price, my table of 3 had the Ruth’s Chris classic(starter, entrée, side, dessert) and one drink apiece and the bill came out to about $ 210 before gratuity. The service was good overall though not spectacular. At $ 75-$ 100 a plate, you expect spectacular. All in all, it was very good food, a good experience, and I’d eat there again if we’re staying at the Hard Rock and/or want a nice dinner in Biloxi.

First be aware that this Ruth’s Chris is in a Casino so don’t expect the always well dressed and manner crowd. What can you say… they have the best steaks around. We usually reserve this for celebrating an special event. If you are looking for a private experience request Ruth’s Room. One Note: We had a bad server that in no way held up to fine dinning standards as we were abandoned for an 8 top and she forgot about us. However, another waiter noticed the bad service and attempted to make up the difference with out stepping on the other servers toes. After a complaint to the manager we requested to change servers and the manager himself took over service and exceeded expectations in service and had the chef create special chef’s special desert. A small polite complaint salvaged a bad night out.

Well, first off I would like to apologize to every table with in ear shot of us. Us being a bachelor party of nine, mid-way through an alcohol fueled bender on the dirty coast. So yeah, I apologize to anyone on the first floor of the Hard Rock. But seriously, Ruth’s is located in a casino on the gulf coast, so what did you expect. I know the couple at table 3 could have gone the rest of their lives with out hearing about how the incredibly large breast size of someone’s first girlfriend set the standard much to early in life and subsequently influenced every relationship after that. The service was as to be expected, fantastic. Not once did a glass go dry. The steaks were perfectly cooked. My filet was outstanding. Like most 5 star establishments, expect a 2 hour meal. Some things you can not rush. They also were able to split the bill across the table even which cuts down on the confusion with large dining groups. Its a great place for special occasions but expect about $ 100 a person before gratuity

First, our server was excellent. She was very nice but also answered all of our questions. She made recommendations without being pushy and we felt that it was easy to turn down when she tried to sell more expensive items. The food came out in a reasonable amount of time. The cocktails were delicious, blueberry mojito and a blackberry manhattan, but they were not enough liquor to be $ 12. Caesar salad was huge and tasty! Our rib eyes were cooked to our liking. We ordered the same temp but his came out a little more done. I like the hot plate they serve it on. Steaks were juicy, flavorful, and exceptionally tender. We had potatoes au gratin and a southwestern style Mac and cheese(jalapeño flavor). The best au gratin I have ever had. And the Mac and cheese is worth me trying to duplicate at home. We will definitely return, although only for special occasions, because it is very pricey. A great experience, though.

Great atmosphere and service combined with awesome steak and wine made this a great night out dining at Ruth’s Chris. Our server made solid recommendations and was attentive to our needs. The steaks were cooked to our liking and very flavorful and tender. The starters(lobster bisque & house salad) and the sides(Mac n cheese & garlic mashed potatoes) were equally scrumptious. I’m glad we made the decision to have dinner at RC.
