This place made me feel so sick that I’m typing this as I sit on the toilet. When the employee remade my sandwich because I asked for no cheese on it they clearly used the same piece of bread that was still covered in cheese. Just forget it… whatever…

Disappointed with the online ordering feature. 5 minutes before the order was supposed to be picked up I received a call from Mike (who I believe is the manager) informing me that they were out of every item that we ordered. Because I was already on my way to pick it up (the order was placed 30 min prior) I decided to just go anyway and order different items when I arrived at the store. Upon reaching my home I discovered that my new order was incorrect!
Very unhappy with the whole experience.

Worst panera in the area hands down. It has a really small size, poor layout, lacks enough outlets and thats for starters. The Internet wifi is awful and is down frequently. The staff are slow and act like they are doing you a favor. You have staff waiting for rides sitting in booths with people wanting the prime seating just a ship without a captain to say the least. Save yourself the misery and drive a bit further to another location.

I ordered a rapid order online and it was messed up so I called to make sure it would be made correctly. Someone called me back and confirmed that the order was correct. He didn’t have to but did. It’s the little things that make me like going somewhere. The breakfast sandwich was amazing by the way.

My favorite Panera seems to be sliding a bit. Untrained cashier, dirty tables, flavorless tomato soup, skimpy portion of chicken salad on sandwich. I hope it’s just an off day.

Panera must train their employees exceptionally well, because they are always consistent. Their salads, soups and Panini sandwiches are generous and tasty. The Broccoli-Cheese Soup/Bread Bowl is my personal fav, but I also like the Frontego Chicken Panini®. My teenager loves the Tomato & Mozzarella Panini and either the Fuji Apple Chicken Salad or the Asian Sesame Salad. Who doesn’t want a happy teenager?

This Panera is always stop slow so I avoid it when I am here in town. The food is consistent as expected with Panera but always really slow and the line shows it.
