Above all I have still kept coming here… still same deal, coffee is horrible and even the manager is horrible. She needs to learn to talk to her employees. Treats them like crap at times. Treats them they don’t know what they’re doing MIND you today she took care of me and she overcharged me first, then couldn’t figure how to reimburse me… you should know this stuff.

When I checked in to this DD recently I noticed that I’ve checked in 48 times so far. Forty-​eight freaking times! I can’t believe that… it’s only been that few ’cause honestly I think I’ve come in to this place at least twice as much. Aside from the fact that they are walking distance from my casa, they’re also open 24⁄7. Or at least the pick-​up window is open at night. The store is really small and I hate the way the entrance is close to where you place an order so nobody really knows where the line to order starts and where it ends. It’s just a mob of people jostling to get in and out. Aside from that they’re coffee is always fresh and the donuts aren’t stale. I keep coming back with no sign of me stopping soon.

I’ve been ordering ahead of time by phone 3min before I leave my house so by the time I get there it’s all ready. That’s a tip I can give especially big orders like box o joe or rush hour

This place! Really bad. The workers try to rush and they make bad mistakes. They say next next but you can see over the coffee machines to see who your talking to. Order is never right. I would rather wait and get it right then to be out quick with another persons coffee. Sometimes they rush so much they forget to collect the money.

I’ve been coming to this dd for the past two years and have decided to finally write a review. Overall this dd gets my drink right each time.
The manager is rude to the employees but overly nice to customers, even after she just yelled at an employee. The workers are pleasant and always helpful. If I am in the area I will stop in, but won’t go out of my way to get here.

coffee tasted old and they used bad milk
the bagel was stale and the cream cheese tasted spoiled as well

Had stale donuts one morning. This made me literally want to dunk my Dunkin’ donut in coffee, a concept I despise. On a separate occasion, they were running 99 cent specials on the muffins, so I sense this location has some issues getting rid of its inventory. The blueberry muffin tasted fresh, however.
One thing they are good about is keeping the line moving. One particular cashier (the same one every time I go) is already taking my order before she’s even done cashing out the customer ahead of me.
No drive-​thru.
