Starbucks

Isn’t there supposed to be more than one person behind the counter at a Starbucks? I love the brand, but the wait at this frannchise was too much for me. I gave up and left, feeling sorry for the lone barista.

After the HORRIBLE customer service experience I had recently, (actually lack there of,) it’s reassuring to know that customer service really is not dead after all! (Read my review for Family dollar and you’ll see exactly what I’m talking about…)
Every single Starbucks I’ve ever gone into has always been ‘clean as a whistle’ and this one was no exception! All the floors, windows, counters — everything in fact seems like it’s disinfected and cleaned on a routine enough of a basis. In just the time that I stood in line waiting for my order, I was impressed with how clean and neat some of their employees were. One employee was sweeping up while another one made sure the serving area remained clean/​wiped in between orders. For a fellow ‘germophobe’ like me (lol), that is a huge plus!
The service itself was also impressive. All, (and I mean ALL) of the employees there are very friendly and courteous. I was also impressed with how well all of them work together! All of them seemed to be having a great time while doing their jobs and as we all know, that does not always happen all the time. Especially in the food and service industry.
The coffee itself is always amazing, and addictive to (lol)! And made just the way I prefer, which as we all know with coffee orders is always going to be unique to each person’s tastes. Coming here has become such a standard part of my morning ritual at least a few days each week, and it’s a shame I can only give them 5 stars because their service and staff are both GREAT!

I stopped in here at lunch time for an iced coffee and a quick bite. The line moved quickly, the iced coffee was delicious. The cashier/​barista were both very helpful and friendly.
My only problem was the limited food options. I came in shortly before 1pm and there was nothing left in the cold display case area. I ended up getting an asiago soft pretzel. It was really good, but come on Starbucks, please help me out! Give me some lunch options that won’t leave me to starve to death by 4pm! A girl’s gotta eat!

Stopped in to grab a cold drink before heading to the reservoir. The people here are always so friendly and helpful! I actually can’t say I’ve ever had a bad experience at any Starbucks — kudos! The iced caramel macchiato is my go-​to drink in the summer and winter their pumpkin spiced drinks are scrumptious. I need to explore their secret menu more!

This Starbucks is literally 0.5 miles from my house, which makes it incredibly convenient and, as a result, incredibly expensive and habit-​forming for me.
However, I feel lucky to be so close to the best Starbucks I have ever visited. I have been in branches from Vermont to Texas to California, and none of them had the consistency and ambiance of this Starbucks.
Every single time I go in, at least two employees say hello and goodbye. Everything is prepared quickly but with great care and quality. I have never had so much as one latte too weak or strong, and have never left questioning my coffee shop decisions.
Five stars — for what it is, it is the best.

This is by far one of the best Starbucks I’ve been to in a long time. The employees are all friendly, helpful and incredibly efficient. No matter how long the line, I’ve never waited long at all. The store is always clean and there are plenty of places to sit. I only wish this Starbucks had a drive thru but this might cause it to be less efficient, who knows. So glad to have this Starbucks on my way into work!

The people who work here are great. I have been to Starbucks all around the nation and never met such nice people. Plus the coffee comes out good every time.

I’m addicted to the pumpkin latte breve. Creamy rich goodness after a night out on the town. Only negative thing i can say is that its super rich so indulge with caution. I thought i could do two but that was a real no no. maybe if you do a normal one without the cream u could do two. Lol i just love the pumpkin flavor!

This is hands down the best Starbucks in the greater Hartford area. The employees are happy people. It’s beyond clean, bright, warm and inviting, especially on the weekends. I love what Gillette Ridge has added to Bloomfield. I spent a whole Saturday here reading and with everyone who came in and out, the employees were cheerful and professional.

I flipping LOVE this Starbucks. Yes, it can be a pain to get in and out of here in the morning during commute hours but this location has the best and friendliest cashiers, barristas and managers. I stop here 3 – 4 times a week as I work right across the street and they know how to keep the lines moving while keeping a warm, friendly and inviting atmosphere.
As I stop here frequently, the morning staff has my order memorized and will ask if I want the «usual» or if I want to try something else. My drink has never been incorrect, I never get an attitude for wanting soy milk and it’s s great place to start my morning with a smile.

The staff at this store are some of the best in the country. After one week of living here they all had my wife and my drink memorized. They are awesome!
