Walked past this place and it looked like it was decently busy so maybe it was good. Stopped by to grab a to-go order so we would eat with everyone else in the big food court. Ordered the BMAF? I believe, and a basic burger with bacon. It was cooked all the way, just wished we had an option of how cooked we wanted it. It was a little dry though. The fries though were good though, got the truffle aioli sauce with it. Oh man… The wait though. Since it was a to go order I didn’t want to sit down. Stood there waiting for about 20 mins. It was crazy, and the cashier was pretty rude. Wasn’t too great of an experience but the food is alright.

Totally disorganized. It’s too much competition in the mall to have a mediocre product. The burgers were very greasy even my black bean burger, they sent out the food and totally forgot the drink order. There hope is that you don’t ask any question or have any extra request. I paid $ 47 for one veggie burger and two burgers, 1beer, and two shakes. From what I gather they have no intention of providing a good product just some substandard products label it with cliché all American name with burger fries and shake in the title and Americans will line up. So far it’s working.

Excellent burgers! Also loved the fries & reg size was large enough for the two of us. Picked the guacamole/ranch dipping sauce — excellent! My husbands burger was the one with the mac & cheese bits. The bits were sooo good, husband wants to see if they would offer them as a side. Also had the shake with pecans & pretzel bits — YUMMO. Best fast food place in the mall! If your looking for table service dinning, you can’t go wrong with the Twin City Grill on level 1.

Love a great burger and stopped in to see what Burger Burger was working with. For $ 11 and change I got the below. Keep in mind I got the cheapest burger, so if you’re looking for a full meal you could be spending more. — Basic Burger(single patty). Added lettuce and pickles which were both free. There are other items that can be added for free like mayo and tomato as well as those which will cost you $.75 like grilled onions, bbq sauce. Although the patty was thick, the burger just seemed small. The flavor was okay, but somehow the seasoning(which wasn’t excessive) still managed to overpower the natural flavor of the beef. –Fries were okay, but I probably wouldn’t get them again. The seasoning added was just way to distinct(garlic something???). I wish they would have just had regular non-seasoned fries(and perhaps even onion rings). For the fries, I got to choose a dipping sauce and I opted for bacon ketchup which was good(on the fries and burger). The regular size fries is more than filling and would even satisfy two normal sized people who aren’t starving. — Soda(yes I’m about to review the soda)…first not a fan of this machine. While I liked the many flavor options(like strawberry flavored Pepsi), its messy. Got to «unpress» the touchscreen to let the froth settle before continuing to fill one to many times. Also the Cherry flavored Pepsi tasted like coke(yuk). — If you choose to visit, here are things to note: 1) there’s ample seating if you with a large group 2) the serve alcohol and there’s even a bar area to the right of the register 3) everything is sold a-la-carte…no combos here 4) as advertised on the menu, you can substitute any beef patty with chicken for free 5) they also have salads if you’re trying to do the healthy thing 6) employees we’re polite, smiled a lot and inviting(not like when going to Mickey D’s or someplace similar) If you go hope you enjoy it, but you won’t be seeing me.

New Restaurant at MOA! I must admit – I did not try Burger Burger BUT I tried the cute Fry Fry shop next door(owned by the same person). If you’re walking through the mall and just need a fun snack, stop at this Fry place. They have delicious fry’s and a huge selection of sauces to try with the fry’s. It just takes a couple of minutes to whip up fresh fry’s and there is no extra cost for selecting a sauce. They also serve them in a cone like shape so you can walk with them as you shop! Great place!

Service was very friendly. Fantastic food. Burgers are all prepared well done, but are very juicy and tasty. Waitress Came around with shake samples which where all good and fun to give them feed back while waiting for our food. Everything our group ordered was very good and was in front of us within 15 minutes. Bartender made the experience a good one suggesting sauces and was knowledgable about the restaurant and what they are about. Make sure to stop in if your a burger connoisseur.

Wow, these burgers are impressive! You can tell they have quality ingredients. Next time I will pass on the fries only because the burgers are filling and the fries are pretty standard. We will definitely come back soon!

Burger Burger State of Mind I’m definitely out of the Brooklyn and now I’m down in Rosemount. Right next to some good neighbors where we can be Greystone hood forever. Ha! Jay-Z’s got nothing on my mad skills! But in all seriousness, while he’s being pulled back to his McDonald’s and attempting pastry’s with the Simmons’, I’ma’ be up in Bloooomington, checkin’ out a new burger joint. That new place, which has only been open for a month, is Burger Burger. Located on the newly designed 3rd floor — south food district at the Mall of America and priding themselves in fresh ingredients in order to make only quality burgers. How fresh? Check out their beef processing room while you wait in line to order! Quality indeed and after only a short month of being open, we’ve managed to stop here 3 times already. Why? It’s good, food courts are gross and no other restaurant is worth eating at. Especially if you want a burger! Some unique burger options to choose from, a classic option, as well as a chicken, turkey and bison burger. First trip, I was checking out a burger made with a combination of chorizo and ground beef with some yummy spice, aioli and spicy cheese(appears to have been removed according to their website menu). If it is indeed gone, I wouldn’t be devastated as it was ok, but not a top pick for me. The next trip, I was checking out the B.A.M.F. burger, which stands for — Big And Meaty Fun! All beef patty, sharp cheddar, all the fixins’ along with mayo crispy french fry ends and bacon. Everything you need in a burger to make it delicious including your fries. B.A.M.F! The most recent stop to Burger Burger, I was checking out the Mac Daddy after it was suggested I do so by one of the servers during a previous visit. Beef patty with white American cheese, pepper jack mac n’ cheese bites, lettuce, onion and house bbq sauce. Again, another tasty treat for my tummy to enjoy! My wife, for each visit, went with their Gobble Gobble. a fresh ground turkey burger that was one of the better turkey burgers in the Twin Cities. According to their website, this too has been removed and if so, you’ve just lost one of your favorite customers. There is no other burger worth eating while at the mall and I hope the website is just behind on being updated, but if it is indeed up-to-date, they’ve made a terrible decision. I did some research about the ownership and Burger Burger is owned by the same group who owns places like Crave, Union Roof Top, Zio and other mediocre restaurants. So if it’s true, I wouldn’t be surprised by the poor decision to remove the turkey burger. Let’s hope I’m wrong! All in all, this is a good addition to the food scene at the mall with so many choices, but not enough quality. There’s only a very small handful of restaurants worth eating at while shopping or playing and as long as the turkey burger is still available, Burger Burger is one of them. What are the others? Both hotel restaurants — That’s it! Oh, and maybe Hooters, you can’t go wrong with a good wing and some cold brews… Jay-Z even likes Hooters, he sings about having the bust out! ;) The staff are also very friendly and helpful which is a plus for any restaurant.

Good quality beef and great fries. I tried the Magic Mushroom and enjoyed it. As others have stated they are a little on the small side but worth it for better quality. Mine was a little greasy probably due to the oil involved in the sauté mushrooms. The French fry dips are a nice touch. I would definitely go back.

After a long day cruising mall of America, we where looking for a spot to crash and get some energy and… carbs…as we walked the food section we notice this huge window where two guys where grinding fresh chunks of beef into… Burger meat… than we read the sign. fresh made fries… meat…all done fresh on the spot. so we, set on the bar, ordered some cocktails… and the Mac daddy burgers… AWESOME! fresh, rest service, very clean and super affordable… WINNER;)

Husband got John Wayne burger, bacon was missing and they offered to remake, he just opted for the bacon, which he liked. I had mushroom burger, pretty tasty! The fries are grubbin, pair them with one of their many sauces. We were all diggin on the cherry Mountain Dew. We will be back

I’m currently a cook at a successful downtown café in Minneapolis. My girlfriend wanted to come here. First off i like the set up of the restaurant itself, very modern and pleasant to look at. Secound coment not so great, burgers are well done premade patties witch makes them very very dry. Frys are also not anywhere near fresh. Third the price the hell is up with that and i rest my case.

My mom was craving burgers today so we decided to check this place out. It was packed upon entrance with a long line at the cashier and a crowded dining area. There’s also a bar area to the left that seemed less crowded if you wanted to grab a beer or two, but no TV’s or much of anything else to make it seem like a bar-y type of fast food restaurant. You order up front, then take a number, and grab your own table. It seemed that their dining space wasn’t large enough to accommodate their many guests, but their restaurant is overall quite big, so I don’t think there’s much else that can be done besides taking your burger to-go if it’s full and eating out in the main food court area. I also felt that they still had some kinks to work out with their service. They currently give you a number to place at your table, but when they bring you your food, they don’t take the number away. Rather, you’re supposed to leave it on top of the trash cans when you’re heading out but I find that this makes it more difficult for waiters to find the correct table, in addition, when I was there, they started running out of numbers to give to people at the cashiers, even though plenty of numbers that were already on tables had already received their food such as ours. I ordered a mushroom magic, and a large fries while my mom ordered a french kiss. The order of fries comes with your choice of dipping sauce and they have a pretty nifty list of sauces you can choose from. I read a few reviews before coming here and saw a lot of people raving around the«burger burger sauce» but couldn’t find it on the menu and when I asked the cashier, she had no idea either so I just went with the sriracha mayo sauce(it also appears they may have made some recent changes to their menu, removing their gobble gobble and el guapo burger). One thing to note though, they only give you a small amount of dipping sauce for each order and any additional would cost you 75 cents(of course, ketchup and mustard is free). The burger and fries were okay. The burger is cooked past medium with not a single tint of pink or red left and isn’t made to order. I personally prefer medium or medium rare so this was a bit overdone for me. The bun was tasty and cooked so it has a little crunch to it which was really tasty. The mushrooms weren’t seasoned much and didn’t taste like anything special or out of the range of common mushroom swiss burgers. The fries were also okay. They had light seasoning and some were crunchy, but nothing that particularly stood out. I also thought it was pretty pricey for what you were getting. The burgers were about $ 8, but they were really small in size! Overall, I thought it was worth it to try at least once but it wouldn’t be my first choice for fast food burgers again. I would say something that’s comparable in price, but a little better in taste would be Smashburger. In terms of food and service, it’s quite similar to My Burger.

I loved the Burger Burger sauce you can get with the fries, but there’s like a billion other sauces you can also have. And the fries were very good. There has been such a renaissance in fries lately, that when I have regular fries, I feel disappointed. And I had no complaints about the burger itself. I’m a stickler for reasonable prices on tap beer, and their prices seemed fairly standard, except for the Summit which was a bit overpriced. Being the largest producer of craft beer in the area, I have come to expect Summit to be a dollar less than the other craft brews. Very green, everything was green, literally and figuratively.

First off, I’d like to say that there is hardly any seating here. I was sitting elbow to elbow with other people LOL. The service here was a 3⁄5. I’m pretty sure a lot of them were still training/getting use to the environment. My order wasn’t correct, but the girl that brought it out seemed annoyed. I told her I’d take it anyways, since it’s already brought out. She responded, «good». Anyways, other than that the tables I were never cleaned in between people getting up and people sitting down. There is crumbs on the seats, tables, and floors. People had to use napkins and get the crumbs off before sitting down. I thought I was the only one doing it, but I saw a lot of other people doing it as well. I mean, I get that this place just opened… but come on! I saw 3 girls standing behind the cash register telling each other they’re bored. I usually don’t get on people with service like this, but it was really bad! The burgers here are super small! It’s the price of an average burger, but the size is not an average burger size! I could have ate two alone! The sauces they offered weren’t too amazing. I can’t complain too much about the burger. It did taste good!!! It was just too small! The fries weren’t anything amazing. All in all, this place was okay. I’m sure service will spice back up; since they just opened this place not so long ago. Just don’t be surprised by the burger size!

It’s pretty good a little pricey kind of falls between myburger and Red Cow. the burgers are closer to the quality of Red Cow but smaller yet there’s no servers and waiters/waitresses to tip so it’s cheaper in that respect but the burger is a differently smaller also cheaper price wise. but they are thick. more expensive than myburger but a little better ingredients and Quality. Eating there the walls and décor are kind of drab. not really impressed with the look of it. I think myburger is a much better looking store. Red Cowis much more upscale. burger burger is also cold and very noisy. The burger was pretty good pretty tasty nice and juicy like I said they’re smaller look at the pictures we’ve posted that’s my wife’s hands she does not have big hands and that burger looks small in her hands. But they are thick. The shakes look really good and big but they’re also very expensive. I posted the menu on the photos. You get your own soda from a touchscreen soda dispenser over on the side and your own refills which is nice. The fries are good but I think myburgers fries are better. At my burger you get fries with your burger for about six bucks. Also go for the large fries even if you were going to share on because it’s only a dollar more and with that dollar more you also get a side sauce choice for free they charge you $ 0.75 for each flavor side sauce. When you go to myburger they have all kinds of sauces and mayonnaise and stuff like that for free. My burger also has #SurlySunday, where you buy burger and fries for again only about six bucks and you can get a surly beer for only $ 1 more!!!

Long layover through MSN, so I decided to go to MoA and shop/grab a bite to eat. This restaurant smelled great, so I gave it a try. I was in a fishy mood, so I ordered the Moby Dick(salmon sandwich, sriracha sauce, cucumbers). The sandwich was amazing. It was probably the best salmon sandwich I’ve ever had. The only problem is that a few hours later I got a bad stomach ache. I’m going to give this restaurant the benefit of the doubt — maybe it was some other food that gave me a stomach ache. On the merit of food alone, I am a huge fan of this place and would go back again.

OMG delicious juicy burgers! I must say that there still needs to be training on staff since it’s fairly new, because the service is not great. When you finally get your food, the server gives you your burger but forgets to grab your number on the table. This makes it more confusing for the servers when they have to bring food to other customers. The interior: very cool! Everything looks green, fresh, and cool. I love how simple it looks and that there is a bar section to the right with TVs. They are advertising that they are a healthier, more conscious burger with no GMOs and always fresh daily. It kind of reminds me of a Chipotle for burgers. Not a bad idea! The taste: I tried the BAMF burger which had onions, lettuce, pickles, tomatoes, mayo, French fry ends and bacon. Oh my goodness it was so good! Extremely juicy when I bit into it because the juice started dropping and the flavors were perfection. It was a bit messy to eat because even the buns came out greasy, but it was still delicious! Recommend? YES. I would come back to try another burger here. Maybe even a signature drink!

Burgers were delicious! Great quality homemade, veggie burger. You can substitute the veggie patty for any of the other burger choices. Awesome fries and great sauces! Portion is perfect, not so big that you’ll leave feeling overstuffed! I tried El Guapo(super spicy) and hubbs tried French Kiss(perfect for onion lovers!).
