Fast service and the staff was friendly. The prices were reasonable. The shakes were of good size and the amount of fries with the burgers were more than enough. Will visit again.

Very disappointed, waited about 15 minutes for the food, so how is it every thing was cold?! I do thank the manager for recooking every thing after it was brought to his attention. But even he could not answer the question, how can everything be cold? The hot meal was just average, burgers are frozen or pre processed.

Good food but it took 30 minutes for burgers. I went up and asked what was up and they said it was the veggie burgers they take longer to cook than regular burgers!!! Huh, it takes longer to cook vegetables, really!!! Boo. Hungry healthy kids should wait longer than others! Booooo!!! Cook faster darn it.

This place is more like a fast food establishment. We ordered burgers, cheese fries, and a shake. It was actually quite expensive for the quality though. Our bill was $ 42 and we only had 4 meals, 2 of them being for our sons, ages 7 and 8. It is definitely too expensive for the quality of the food and I don’t know if I will eat at one again.

I needed to update my review after today’s phenomenal experience! I ordered the chicken burger for the first time… the chicken club… it was PHENOMENAL! The chicken was cooked to perfection, the bacon was thick and crispy and oohhh so good, topped with a fresh and juicy tomato and crispy lettuce… on toasted, sourdough bread… just AMAZING! The sandwich was HUGE so my mother and I split the sandwich which was conveniently cut in half already… and we brought home my mom’s order of the «original» burger… which I guess we’ll split that for lunch tomorrow! The service was friendly, attentive and excellent too! I was given a bowl of ketchup to dip my yummy thick crispy amazing American fries. Again, a phenomenal experience. I LOVE Johnny Rockets! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

It was ok. The food was good, but unfortunately, it doesn’t make up for the slowness of the service. However, the people behind the counter were very pleasant.
I went today at around 1:00 PM and it was the most hectic thing I ever saw. I did the «take out for food court» option and it took about 10 minutes of standing in line to order. They gave me a buzzer for when my food was ready and that took about forever and a half to go off. Ok, it was actually only 25 minutes, but by the time my food was ready, my whole family was already done eating their meal!
Like I said above, the people were very pleasant and friendly. However, it was kind of a cluster-f**k behind the counter. About 10 people trying to get orders together, not including the cooks.

I’m super glad I came here instead of the other restaurants around MOA. The burgers here were super good — fresh and juicy.
We sat in the little booth and enjoyed playing with the little jukebox. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive, I could tell she really enjoyed her job. I ordered the Route 66 — basically a Swiss mushroom burger — with fries and onions rings. Boyfriend got the Houston, which had jalapeños and pepper jack cheese. Both were super delicious! Grilled perfectly even and charred, juicy and a good size burger for what you pay for. Being a 50’s diner, they had coke floats so we definitely could not pass that up! Everything was excellent with quick service and juicy, succulent burgers.

***This Johnny Rockets is located in Mall of America’s food court; I am not a big fan of their food and I think this location was a fairly accurate depiction of the quality that most of their locations serve; their chicken club was okay though slightly too much bread; some of the fries served were limp while their onion rings did not have a good color and were all batter and very little onion; their dark chocolate malt had a good flavor, but it could have been a little thicker; the biggest negative here is the service; while the staff works hard, their kitchen is too small for the big mall crowd, which results in long waits***

I had great service here and really enjoyed my food. I had wanted to try a Johnny Rockets since I saw the CEO on undercover boss! Also to note, the manager seemed really involved. He was checking in with customers and wiping tables. I always enjoy seeing that.
