Décor was awesome and fun. service was excellent and our server was excellent. Food was good. A bit pricey but good nonetheless. Would definitely visit again when in the area.

I was expecting more from this place. Maybe it is because it is all you can eat wing buffet night. I thought that would be a good way to sample all the wings and all the different sauces. Not overly impressed. I find that chains like these aren’t as good as the smaller Mom & Pop joints or taverns.

This place is always really cool and classy. It doesn’t hurt that i am a guy and just love to watch all the football games or other sporting events on the multitude of TV’s they have all over the place. This place is nice to come and eat lunch or supper, but the best way to really enjoy is to come in on wing night where it is one price for all you can eat or on the weekends when there are sporting events. You come in with a group and it is like having everybody over with out setting anything up and without the mess, and it is cheaper for you.

Wings are good, and the beer is cold! The bar tender is Kat and she is very friendly and is on top of her game! Will be back in the very near future!

We visited this location on a Saturday night, after spending the day at Knoebels. It was an ideal place since we were staying at the Econo Lodge two minutes away. The restaurant was geared toward a mechanic and NASCAR atmosphere with a few arcade games. The four of us were seated toward the bar area of the restaurant, near the kitchen opening. Right away, I noticed food laying on the floor in the back. Mike the waiter was very tentative and quickly gave our drinks. Our food came out in a very short time, as ordered. My single order chicken wings were literally dripping with grease, and formed a small puddle on my plate. My friends’ sandwiches and chicken tenders were good. I brought it the attention of Mike who apologized and took it off the bill. Mike also offered anything else to eat instead. No manager came over to talk with us about the incident. Later on at night, I did not feel very well after I ate four of the wings. When Mike gave the bill, I found it to be a bit pricey for our food, when it was not anything too difficult to make. Better quality food for the same price could be had elsewhere. I contemplated giving a 3-star review based off of Mike’s excellent service, but the quality of their wings were left to be desired. On their menu, they boast about how they won all different contests for their wings, but just seemed like false advertising. Also considering I did not feel well after my visit, I find 2 stars to be appropriate.

This is one of those places that«looks» good, but isn’t. It was over priced($ 62.00 for 2 adults and 2 children to have lunch). The food was bland, stale(except for the boneless wings) and simple. The atmosphere is very dark and the whole restaurant smells musty. I gave an extra star because our waitress was kind and helpful and there are games for the kids.

Service was good. Food was great. Prices were fair. Kids loved their tenders in the race car box. Bathrooms had a disgusting spell that I couldn’t distinguish because I didn’t want to breathe. Floor was slippery too, almost like at a mechanic shop, ironically.

The wings were average. There was little spice to the wings though were advertised as spicy. The service was really good. Good atmosphere.

This is one of those smaller chains that I would consider a step up from TGI Friday’s and the rest of the similar chains. The décor is really cool and looks like your in a clean auto garage. Located right of I-80 it isnt hard to find you can see it from the highway. The place is pretty big and can handle most any size group The food I have been here a few times and I always get the wings. They have probably 30 different sauces ranging from 90 on Scoville scale to 500,000. Needless to say they have wings for types of people even more then BDubb’s and yes they are better than Buffalo Wild Wings. I went to the Thai ‘R’ Cracker and the Louisiana Lickers(which are their most popular). The wings were not huge but not small I would save average size. They were cooked well and the sauces were top notch. If you want really good wings with a variety of flavors second to none this is the place I would go. It is better than any other chain bar none!

If a restaurant has«Steak» in their name, you would expect a decent selections of steaks. In their 9 page menu, there’s two steaks to choose from, TWO! Wings are their claim to fame, but when every other place does wings now, theirs should really stand out. They were overly dry, hardly any meat on them and tough. It might be me, but I don’t really care that you have 25+ wing sauces, some of which are so spicy that it will give you heart burn for the next week, if you’re chicken is horrible, it’s not worth eating. Most of the menu is inspired by Mexican spices and ingredients. This is a restaurant suffering from a poorly executed identity crisis.

This place isn’t bad. I think its a bit pricey though for the amount of food you get. This was the third time i have been here. Never had a problem with service or food. Boneless wings are my favorite here.

Décor was a little campy. Service a little slow. For somewhere named Quaker STEAK you think they would have a larger selection of steaks(they had 2). With that name you would also think the steak would be remarkable… it is remarkable… but remarkably bland. The wings, however, are well worth the trip. They have probably 30 different sauces ranging from 90 on scoville scale to 500,000(yes 500,000!!!). I got the Buckeye Barbeque(5,000 on scale)-they were sweet and tangy with a «bite/burn» after about 40 seconds. Potato soup was ok and side salad was pretty lack luster.(Dinner salad is huge though!) Our waitress was nice and attentive. It was not very loud. I would go back… just for wings.

Great food, ribs were excellent. The theme is cool if you give it a chance and actually go in. Staff was very nice. Kid friendly and nice for sports fans with the large tvs.

We went with a large group including 9 kids. They did a good job tucking us into a corner and the waitress was very attentive. Have been here a bunch of times and the wings are pretty good. Food is just a little pricey for wings and fried apps. The lube tubes of beer seem like a good deal though and better than waiting for the waitress for every drink. Overall is a good place and quite kid-friendly.

Any time that I am in the area of a Quaker Steak and Lube I have to stop for wings and beer! It is a basic life requirement for me! Today’s visit had me trying a new flavor of wing sauce and boy was it ever awesome! I ventured out and tried the Arizona Ranch sauce. The sauce is a hot sauce base with a dry ranch flavoring mixed in. While I am a huge fan of ranch dressing mixed with hot sauce this actually worked for me. I was skeptical at first about a dry ranch powder mixed in but it really blended well. Anytime you visit a place like this you know that you are getting over the top décor and a very warm and casual experience. The waitress was friendly and even allowed me to sample the new sauce before I made my order which was great. One thing I really look for when writing a review is if the staff are smiling, every staff member that I saw had a smile on their face!

I grew up in an area with quite a few Quaker Steak & Lube’s around. I always preferred them to other wing chains such as Buffalo Wild Wings. We stopped here driving across PA from near the original in Sharon to NJ on quite a whirlwind trip. We were seated immediately, and our waitress was super friendly. The wings were delivered very quickly and were on par with the other locations I’ve been to. The waitress was very quick about refilling our iced teas as well. We didn’t want to get too crazy with our choices because we still had quite a long way to go, so we had nothing hotter than medium. My boyfriend and I each had two flavors, Haute Parm, Golden Garlic, Medium and Boom Boom. Of those, I had already tried them all but Boom Boom, which was new since I moved away from PA years ago. I actually loved the Boom Boom sauce, despite my reservations about it’s name. My boyfriend, the wing enthusiast, did really enjoy all the flavors. I knew what I was getting into – predictable good wings. better than other chains, maybe not quite as good as a small local place. The décor was standard racing themed. The layout was a little strange, and the bathroom was in a place where, our waitress said«It would just be easier if I took you there myself». But it was remarkably clean despite the dull-aged appearance of the rest of the place. It wasn’t dingy, but it looked like it could use some TLC. If you like wings, and you like racing themed restaurants, you’ll like the ‘Lube. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention you’ve gotta have the Louisiana Lickers even if we didn’t have them at this trip.

If you like TGI Fridays, Chili’s, and Applebee’s, then you are likely to enjoy Quaker Steak & Lube. I’d say this place is probably slightly better than your average commercialized gimmicky grub-pub, but generally I don’t care for those places. No disrespect to you if you enjoy that kind of thing, we all have different views. We shared a variety of foods including wings, onion rings, steak and shrimp. The best of that was the Louisiana Lickers wings with a cajun-garlic-BBQ mixed sauce. I enjoyed the unique flavor of the sauce. The onion rings were good, but cut so thick that when you take a bite, the onion slides out and you are left holding the crust in your hand. The sirloin steak was a dry and tasteless piece of beef and the fried shrimp that came with the combo was equally unimpressive. Our server at the bar was Sarah K., and she was nice and friendly, but the unenthusiastic group of three girls who were standing around watching the front entry were very unwelcoming.

This was near the hotel we were staying at and we were offered a 10% discount to boot. We called ahead as we had a group of 20 and they easily and happily accommodated us and even gave us separate checks. I went for the mild boneless wings and they were tasty. I did not like the cup of blue cheese that was similar to what you would get with a takeout salad — peel off the top style. I asked for more and they brought us a fresh side which chunks of cheese in it — much better. It was also their late night happy hour with a selection of 8 different apps to choose from including the magna fries loaded with bacon and cheese and chipotle BBQ quesadilla. I was also impressed that they cooked the quesidilla in a separate pan as the hubby is also allergic to red meat. I’m not sure what the drink specials were because I was the driver. The boys also got a large beer tower holding 7 or 8 beers and touting it’s own spout at $ 24.99 they had more than one so the bill added up quick. Our waitress was great and handled our motley crew like a pro. Definitely kitsch and stimulation overload but a fun way to kick off our 2012 family reunion.
