My daughter gets a kids meal that comes with a drink. She doesn’t like milk, juice or soda pop. She wants water with her meal but the tiny cup they give is never enough. We don’t eat at the restaurant because hubby and I get food from the food court so refills aren’t an option. Chick-Fila is at the other end of the mall. So we ask for a larger cup of WATER. Kid working says no so we had to PAYFOR A LARGERCUPOFWATER! Now surely a larger cup of water is cheaper than a drink box or plastic jug of milk. Stupid customer service decision. We’ll bring our own water next time. Very petty silly stupid business decision for any restaurant.

Just had the best fast food experience of my life. Already a big fan of chick fil a’s product from years ago, I was extremely impressed at how friendly and understanding the employee was in taking our somewhat confusing order. Once seated, two employees visited the table on separate occasions to make sure everything was ok, offering refills, dipping sauce, wet naps and mints! Outside of chipotle, I’m typically not a fast food or mall caf fan, but this crew is a bunch of winners!

I love this place. Free refills. They even bus your table here. It’s busy. There are many mall walkers that frequent here simply because it is the first place open in the morning. They serve breakfast and dinner and unlike other places in he mall, they do not have a limit on the amount you spend on your debit/credit card. The only bad thing about this place is the staff. They always seem like they are nearing the end of an acid trip: confused, happy, scared, and jittery. Maybe they are simply like this because of the 60 and over crowd they generally have to deal with.
