McDonald’s

Todd, the manager tonight, felt it more important to argue with me when his cashier messed up my order and forgot an item than to keep a happy customer who used to visit this location at least twice a week. The item they missed was a second mozzarella sticks which had a value of $ 0.80 since it’s supposed to be 2 for $ 2… Instead, he wanted to charge me another full price.
Also, when I pointed out that the service was very poor this evening (no drink carrier offered for an order with 4 drinks, no total provided at the drive through sign, rude communication), Todd basically called me a liar and said that he did offer a drink carrier.
I will not be back to this location again. They’ve lost me as a customer at this location for good.

Truly one of the worst McDonald’s in the area. Always seem to get my order completely wrong and I consistently have to wait between 7 – 10 minutes for it. It’s a very busy intersection, and it probably gets a lot of traffic, but it is awful to go to this McDonald’s.

Zero stars if possible… we had a late night out so went to McDonald’s, which I can honestly say we don’t do much of. Anyways the food was dried out and cold. The workers, my goodness, super ghetto!!! Fancy? No this McDonald’s is NOT fancy LOL funniest review I’ve read

I rarely frequent fast food joints,
and this McDonald’s made me remember why!
I had JUST moved to Boardman, and had no pots or pans to cook with, I had to fill my gut and they were the only option for late night food on 224.
They were out of the first 3 things we ordered. So it boiled down to 4 Mcchickens of which I asked for extra lettuce on. None of them had lettuce, except for 1. Wtf?! I also *know* that any sized fountain drink at McDonald’s is $ 1. The MANAGER argued it was only the sweet tea for a buck, which is what we ended with.
The tea was unsweetened.
At this point I feel like he was TRYING to sabotage my only options for a good meal.
On the drive home I not only questioned how, someone who cared so little could make manager, let alone be allowed to run a restaurant by himself.
Appalling.

Wish I could give 0 stars. I’m not one to frequent McDonald’s very often. But I was in a rush and stopped for a bite to eat. It was breakfast time and I ordered a sausage mcgriddle, my fiancé got a ham bagel and a ham muffin, we both got shamrock shakes. The mcgriddle they have me was bacon. I know, I’m weird, but I absolutely hate bacon. My fiancé’s bagel was falling apart and they forgot the cheese. Then the shakes. How do you mess up a milkshake?! It didn’t look like they even tried to mix it. And it just tasted disgusting. The one thing that could get me to go to a McDonald’s, and they ruined that for me. The staff didn’t even seem to care.

Friendly staff that pours on the vanilla when you order a vanilla iced coffee when it is 60 in January… forgot to ask for sugar… super happy that I didn’t need it after all!
