I was on my way to Ross when I remembered I had coupons for BBB. I walked in and was completely confused by the selection of cookware, which is what I was looking for since we got a new gas stove.
Customer service was impeccable. Brian knew all about the science behind the cookware and was able to guide me to a product that fit my price point and my cooking style. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgable
This is not my first time with a fantastic experience here. I’ve been there when it is super busy and crazy quiet. Every time the selection of items and the valuable expertise of the employees is exactly what I love in a store.

Wow, I am impressed. I was searching for a very specific product and found that Bed Bath & Beyond carries it online. When I called their Federal Way location they confirmed it was an online only purchase, however, offered to take the order over the phone and waive the shipping fee. They even allowed for me to use my 20% off coupon over the phone. This phone call took place on a Sunday. By Wednesday I had a box sitting on my door step with my purchase. What a great deal! I have never had any complaints shopping in store with this location, now I’ll remember to order thru them for any online only products as well. Nicely Done!

I’m a Soda Stream drinker, and this location always seems to have the flavors I want in stock. I also like browsing the kitchen gadgets for something I might find useful in the kitchen. In my experience they go the extra mile with their customers making every attempt to accommodate me. If you don’t see something you think they should carry, ask, it might be they can order it for you.
Tip: They offer 20% off coupons quite regularly as well as $ 5 off a $ 15 purchase less frequently.
3 soda stream syrups @ 4.99 each (5.99 for energy flavor) less $ 5 if using the coupon = $ 10 add an exchange tank of CO2 (14.99) using a 20% off coupon = $ 12
If you have a soda stream machine, with less than $ 25 for syrup and CO2 you can have 36 – 45 liters of soda. 69.5 — 56 cents per liter. Unless you’re getting 2 liter bottles of soda for under $ 1 save some money and try a Soda Stream.

Ill never go back again. I was given a bedspread as a gift after less than 3 – 4 months it was completely coming apart as it was cheaply made or it wouldnt have happen.
I took it in to exchange and basically got the run around so I dumped it on ebay just to get rid of it.
Id give them no stars if it was a choice. We decided not to buy anything from here anymore.
