If you find yourself in the Happy Valley/Damascus/Boring area and hungry for lunch, do yourself a favor and stop at this unassuming food truck. It’s delicious, authentic Mexican food out here in the country. The woman who runs the joint is nice as can be and the food is great. It’s become a weekly visit for me.
