It’s not very good, and definitely not worth the price.

I have to confess I was very hesitant to place an order because of some of the reviews here, but I took the risk. This was a phone order from Texas to be delivered to my son’s dorm at MIT to celebrate his Birthday with friends. I’m giving this business a 5 star rating because of few factors: * The person on the phone was pleasant and courteous. * He assured me the delivery would be done at the time I needed it. * The delivery of the food(wings and chicken fingers, Special #2) was just a few minutes before the time expected. I will find out tomorrow about the quality and taste of the food … so a second review will follow. So far a great experience … Good Job Cappy’s!!!

One of my favorite places to go for buffalo wings! Customer service is great, food is fresh, and the location and hours are perfect. Not much parking if you plan on driving, but worth it though. The steak and cheese is one of my other favorites. Haven’t found anything that I’ve that I didn’t like yet.

If I could give less than a zero, I would. This pizza is awful. Yuck. Double Yuck. Save your bucks, order Domino’s instead.

Mmmm… pizza… so good… I was hesitant due to the horrible reviews in the past, but their pizza! Oh my goodness!!! They are so good and so big! My boyfriend and I tried the chicken bacon and the sweet chili chicken with pineapple and red onions. I personally liked the chicken bacon because it was soooo savory, but my bf likes it sweet. You should definitelu try this place out at least for a midnight snack or something!

Three stars simply for the great location and convenience. I usually get slices when I need something quick and they are good but certainly not great. My biggest issue with the pizza is the crust which is very bland. Slices are huge though so one slice does the trick unless I’m starving. Subs are also of larger portions which I love. Steak and cheese is average, they don’t put much steak in there so it’s a lot of bread. Chicken parm is one of my favorites but sometimes the chicken can be a little dry. Very filling. Staff is friendly and orders are fulfilled quickly. Open until 2am which is nice but if you are looking for a slice later than that there is Little Steve’s a few blocks away.

I’ve gotten food from Cappy’s too many times to count. My boyfriend used to live a block away so we would get breakfast from them at least twice a week. We mostly stuck to their meat, egg and cheese sandwiches, but I think we may’ve tried their pizza a few times? The sandwiches are made fresh and upon ordering you can actually watch the process of them cooking everything on the stovetop. They don’t take that long either, ten minutes at the most? I usually sub english muffins for the regular white bread for no extra charge which is nice. The sandwiches are bit overpriced for their size and quality, but they are good. Plus the service is always really nice.

Best pizza we had on our vacation to Boston and New York, just the right amount of sauce and cheese. Don’t let the place fool you, the pizza is really good and the price is right. The special is 2 slices of cheese pizza(the size of your head) and a drink for $ 6.00.

I have been ordering food from Cappy’s Pizza for close to a year now. Sometimes, I order from them twice a week. I have never been disappointed with their food or service. One of the best things I love about them is their quick delivery time and the fact I can order breakfast at anytime! Their portions for their subs/dinner plates/pasta plates are huge. I have ordered almost everything(minus seafood — allergy) from them. As long as I am working in the Back Bay area, Cappy’s will always be go to place!

I had an Ok experience for a few years. A few times hey got my order wrong and twice it gave me bad stomach pains. The final straw was when I saw the guy making the food pick his nose and make be a sandwich. I threw it out and never went back. NEVERVISITTHISPLACE

Placed a really big sandwich order for a hungry production crew tonight and was not disappointed. The guy who took my order on the phone was really nice, got the order exactly right and everything arrived before they promised it. Even gave us a discount because we placed such a big order. The whole crew raved about their subs. and they were MASSIVE. only complaint was that we wanted more pickles :)

My first time at this establishment. My palate was thoroughly pleased with the awesome pizza and tasty onion rings. My search for Boston’s best pizza is over… this is truly it!!! The Greek pizza was out of this world with just the right amount of tasty feta, spinach and a generous serving of kalamata olives. Delicious! The onion rings were crisp and cooked to perfection. The staff are super friendly and helpful. I have truly found a new favorite!

Ordered delivery from here– fries were burnt and had clearly been sitting around and simply reheated for my order. My two burgers left something to be desired. I will not order from here again

Ordered a Chicken Caesar Wrap and it was the best I ever had! I usually order my food through Foodler so I decided to search for a Chicken Ceasar Wrap. I came across Cappy’s and decided to give it a try. I ordered one wrap and my husband got an Italian sub. Delivery took about 30 mins longer than expected. Maybe it had something to do with the rain. I did call to ask where the delivery driver was and they said he’ll be there shortly. They also apologized. Finally I get my food and it wasn’t soggy! I bite into the wrap and it was so perfect! I mean, the lettuce, dressing and chicken were all perfectly proportioned. Other places put too much of something or the wrap doesn’t stay together. The Italian sub on the other hand, it tasted like cheap meat and bad bread. That’s the only reason why I didn’t give 5 stars.

I’ll give them 5 stars for what they are; a college pizza joint. When you’re looking for it, they scratch that itch — perfectly. If you like steak, try the steaks tips(small is plenty) I usually order a garden salad and sort of mix the 2 together. Everyone on here acting like they are the gourmet chefs of the 2 star restaurant world needs to give it a rest — Cappy’s does alright. I’m a fan.

Avoid! Ordered a pizza and some others things. Order arrived minus the pizza. We had already paid for the whole order. Cappy’s refused to refund for the missing item or deliver it. Had to order from someone else. Cappy’s is a racket, not a legitimate business. Should be closed down by the authorities. Just crooks.

I ordered a breakfast sandwich and home fries. I do not like to cook and I could’ve made a far superior order than theirs. The sandwich lacked flavor and quality. As for the home fries, I noticed the cook — and I use that term loosely — remove them from styrofoam containers that must’ve been from the day(s) before. They were soggy and disgusting. His customer service skills were not up to par. It was almost like my asking for an order was asking too much; it is not a welcoming environment. But, hey, it was a little after 6:45 a.m., maybe he was tired. Still not an excuse, though. I will never waste my money here again. I’m so sorry tummy for putting you through that.

Quite possibly my favorite establishment in the Fenway/Northeastern area. To start, the staff is fantastic. They are super friendly no matter how busy they are, and remember customers’ names and favorite orders. The pizza is great when you want a big cheesy slice late at night or on a lazy Sunday. The steak sandwiches are huge and delicious(made fresh), and I seriously recommend the curly fries. Food comes out quickly, but if they are busy it is best to call ahead or place an order online for pickup. The drunken college kids fill the place up from about 11pm-close. Most importantly, their hidden gem, coined Cappy’s «world famous» froyo. Now ladies and gents, this froyo has earned that title(though I would love to work for whatever world organization gives out that award) and does not disappoint. You pick vanilla or chocolate and get to choose off their huge list of mix ins. They blend the toppings right in for you, and for less than $ 5 you have a huge pint of delicious, heavenly, life-changing dessert. I am convinced that they also put a highly addictive substance in to the mix, or maybe I just have poor self control. Last week, I was bed-ridden and sick, craving some of that frozen gold, so naturally, as a 20 something girl, I tweeted at Cappy’s. I let them know that I wasn’t feeling well and really wanted some froyo, and they hand delivered it to my apartment, free of charge, wishing me well. I consider myself a regular here, and will continue to spend all of my hard earned college cash on Cappy’s. They are like family to their customers and we are lucky to have them.

Stunningly awful pizza. Not in the greasy-good-after-drinking way. Bad in the undercooked-almost-raw dough, bland gummy way. Worse than Dominos at its worst. Worse than 7 – 11 pizza. Utterly. Terrible. My stomach isn’t happy with me right now. If they added and r and dropped the ‘s at the end, they sign would be about right…
