This little place is great. Had the Gra Pow Chicken. Good amount of heat and zest from the basil. Pretty large portion and very reasonable prices. Service was quick and pleasant. Will be back.

This is a great option for some Thai and variety in the Financial district. However, I strongly suggest you order ahead for pick up during lunch time as their kitchen is way too small and slow for the amount of orders they get. You might find yourself waiting for over 30 minutes and spending your lunch hour mostly waiting for your food. Also it’s a bit over priced.

Just got lunch there and it was gross. I thought I remember the food being better than I just ate. The«Crispy Pad Thai» was more like bad noodles with a faux sauce that was 90% vinegar! It was to say the least the worst I’ve ever had… Think again if you’re dreaming of yummy Thai food.

Delivery took nearly 2 hours! They said it was very busy night. Driver called twice, was confused with other deliveries. Meanwhile our food was touring Boston as he drove around with our food for 50 minutes. Food finally showed up cold and slimy, ladened with grease. Repeatedly had to call to fight for a refund. First they offered ½ off, then finally said ok to full refund because the delivery took so long. This place not only has terrible delivery service, poor quality food, but also terrible customer service.

Got lunch from here(Shrimp Red Curry). I asked for it to be spicy and they actually made it spicy so automatic 4 stars from me! The curry was flavourful and plentiful and the accompanying veggies tasted fresh, they also didn’t skimp on the shrimp so that’s also a plus. All in all, this is a pretty good Thai spot. I look forward to trying other dishes in the future.

We ordered carry out from YALP and went for pick up. They do deliver too. Not much room for eat in tho. Fabulous food. We had: Crab Ragoon, Crispy duck, sticky rice & mango, seafood Siam, fresh roll, spicy soup.

The Beef Gra Pow I ordered was absolutely amazing!!! It was one of the best dishes I have ever had. I am a huge fan of spicy food so it was okay spicy for me. It was very favor full and the spiciness does not over power the dish. If you come to Boston looking for some Thai food, you must try this dish!!!

The food was great very delicious, the delivery part was what made the place SUCK, the driver called me said he would not com to the door because he would not double park and bring the food up to my place, and he would not look for a parking sport we spent 15 minutes arguing until he decided to come. He was very rude and arrogant. The food by than was cold and not very tasteful!

The pad thai is good, but the regular isn’t spicy. Remember to ask for spicy if you like it spicy. The Gra Pow Noodles are amazing. Remind me of drunken noodles with skinnier noodles and just the right amount of heat. Lots of flavor. My friend has had the duck chili and enjoyed it. I had leftovers; he did not. We always call ahead. You can also order online. The later you wait, say 11:45 or noon, the longer it takes, such as 30 – 45 minutes. Minimal seating. It gets packed, mainly with people picking up takeout orders. They also deliver through GrubHub.

Love the food, restaurant is clean. I’ve been there a bunch of times because my job is very close but they pick and choose when they allow customers use the bathroom. For example one time they told me they didn’t have a bathroom and one time they did. Because of that I ask just because. I think they said they have a bathroom 2 out of 5 times.

Fabulous, inexpensive, and fast delivery! Very tasty Tom yum noodle soup had shrimp, scallop, calamari, and mussels! Fresh rolls also very good. The other night I got carryout of pad kee mao, also delicious, hot but not crazy spicy. Everything’s good, nice people, not expensive. Perfect!

i’ve ordered delivery from here on several occasions during a stay at the Envoy Hotel. The food is pretty simple and basic, but the delivery is fast(much faster than promised on Eat24) and the food is consistent. I have not eaten in the restaurant and would not expect some stellar, authentic experience, but if you just want a decent pad thai delivered to you in about 30 – 40 minutes, this is a solid choice.

I’m kind of surprised by some of the low ratings. I love these guys. I used to work in a building around the corner and down the street from them and I’d walk over there even though there was another Thai place right next to my building. The main reason is the customer service; they’re far more friendly and patient than what I’ve experienced at other Asian food joints. It’s a cute little place, you can eat at a small table or you can eat facing the window and watch people walk by. And the food is very fresh and full of flavor.

Used to love this place but when did they start putting curry in their crab rangoons? Not what I wanted or expected at all.

I have been coming to dine here for the last couple years, but recently getting served as if I was at a clam shack. The food here is amazing but to dine in is horrible as far as preparation and service. I mean if Im dining in at least give me a real plate and not paper so that the hot chicken wings do not infuse with the styrofoam as it melts right through Also if the employees are on break eating how about eating out of site of customers and do not leave your bowl in my eating area. Next time I order Ill make sure to get take out only. 5 stars for quality of food.

Good food. Average prices. SLOW delivery! Ordered at 12 noon on a rainy Wednesday with«45 – 60 minutes» delivery estimate. Only once ordered, my Eat24 App alerted that they were exceptionally busy. My food didn’t arrive until 1:30(90 minutes), leaving little time to eat before a 2 pm meeting. If I’m going to pay $ 2 delivery fee + 20% tip for a ladle of soup and a quick stir fry of veggies from a half mile away, you’d think I could receive the order within an HOUR!

I have only gotten delivery from Siam and I have very rarely been disappointed. My favorite is their green curry with shrimp and tofu and a side of brown rice, yum yum. The broth is super flavorful I can always been seen drinking it out of the bowl, no shame. Its a great balance of spice and is packed with the protein and veggies. The pad thai is also a classic but can be a hit or miss. If you don’t ask for it spicy it is generally flavorless and doesn’t look very appetizing. The tom yum soup is über spicy and is like a silky flavorful jalapeño running down your throat, as you can see I love spicy. Delivery takes about an 1 or so and I don’t work to far from here. Im not sure if its a lunch time rush(that happens at all hours of the day) or what but it does take a while for it to arrive.

«I’m sorry but we do not have tap water, only bottles of water for purchase.» –Siam Bistro Staff. Ok, really nbd though, I’ll buy a darn bottle of water, I’m not THAT cheap. So the service was pretty much what you’d expect, but the food was exactly what a 3 star rating embodies: «A-OK.» Try the duck soup, but trust me, you don’t need to get double noodles, I’m serious, I don’t care if you haven’t eaten in a week, don’t do it. Overall, it’s a solid dish, and super tasty with just the right kick of spice. Don’t bother with the calamari. Obviously from a frozen bag, fried, no flavor, served on a paper plate. Not worth it. So basically, it’s open on the weekend in the otherwise desolate Financial District, and the food is decent, so there it is.

This place is not that good and they take forever on your orders! Getting lunch here is really a struggle, even when ordering ahead online. Beyond that, the food isn’t even that great. I’ve tired to pad see ew and pad thai, and both times I was pretty disappointed. I asked to make it spicy, and for spice on the side; neither request accommodated. The pad see ew came in lots of liquid, its like the dish was supposed to be a soup… but its not. Just not very good altogether. With the servers being rude, wait time being long, and the food being below par… skip it. Go to U&D kitchen down the street instead.
