Good sandwiches but incredibly slowwwwwwwww. The bread is also dry and needs to be smothered in mayo. Oh hello. Are you still waiting for your sand which?

Really slow due to only having two people on staff… Should really be prepared for boulder markets and festivals. Frustrating

Ok, if you’ve never been to the Boulder Creek market, I would recommend the turkey sandwiches. HOWEVER, if you are in a hurry, DONOT even bother. It doesn’t matter if you call it in, ITWILLNOTBEREADY. I have no idea why it takes so long to make a sandwich with no customers in the store, but it does. And if you are jonesing for a coffee of any kind, DONOT order anything here. Walk you happy butt down to Starbucks on Pearl and get your craving taken care of. Boulder Creek Market has the absolute worst coffee(in particular their Mocha Latte) and is one of the worst offenders I’ve ever tasted. I couldn’t even stomach the first sip and had to trash it. Service is really so-so and very much depends on who serves you that day. It can be a hit or miss. So even though it’s like a 2 mins walk for me to eat here, I would not willingly do so unless it’s snowing heavily outside and I didn’t bring a jacket.

Best sandwiches in Boulder! It’s a bunch a fun, good hearted guys, and the bike delivery is fast. Get the spicy boar!

Ate here over 20 times, majority being delivery. The delivery minimum was 12 $ and I had never been told that a drink and bagel always was enough. My order was less than two dollars away from the required amount and he would not reason with me, I had got everything I wanted and told him if that didn’t work then I would just cancel the order. This is all on top of an hour and a half wait time… Terrible service, up until about two weeks ago they did a great job, seems like they fired a manager or something. Because the last couple times I went in the bagels where not up to par nor was the service. The last couple times deliveries where cold, late, went to the completely wrong location, where missing egg … Ect

Spinach salad. Large. Thing is real large. $ 6.95. Almost good for two lunches. Loaded up with bacon and cheese with this tomato basil vinaigrette that would probably taste good on roadkill. Customer service is super awesome, but can take a minute to get your goods at lunchtime.

Great place to get lunch! Quality produce, meat and bread and you can tell that care is taken to make sure that everything comes out great. If you can be passionate about something as seemingly mundane as making sandwiches, Jason, the owner is. Great prices and some really unique choices.

An absolutely great stop for sandwiches! My mom is gluten free and hadn’t eaten a sandwich out in over a decade. Their gluten free bread did the trick and their inventive sandwiches have kept me coming back, especially when you add frequent groupon offerings. The ostrich, buffalo and boar sandwiches are particularly good. It is pretty difficult for me to decide between spicy boar with hot sauce and provolone or ostrich with dijon and swiss or buffo with horseradish mayo. Even more tame sandwiches like smoked turkey with chipotle mayo and pepper jack or turkey, cream cheese and cranberry preserves. Prices are fairly decent for what you get and considering that it is just off Pearl. It is in a nice plaza off Pearl with great outdoor seating, near the creek as the name suggests. Great place to stop by if you want a quick lunch to carry out for a picnic.

Food is average, customer service is abysmal, and food is way overpriced. Hard to recommend when there’s some many other options around Boulder all within walking distance from this place.

OMG!!! I don’t understand how ANYONE can be enjoying this place. Its the ruddest place I’ve ever been too. The café’s manager is SUCH an asshole. If he thinks he is going to get away with this he is mistaking. I don’t apreciate this at all. I don’t know if he had a bad day or something but it is no reason to treat customers like dirt. I was in shock by the way this person talks to people. And if you can call yourself a man you sure act like a coward. Have no RIGHT to talk to a woman like that, LOSER. by the way this weirdo«manager» put down a woman with two children in front of everyone is completely inapropriate, such an ASSHOLE who has obviously never been taught good people skills. You need to treat everyone equally with a friendly attitude. I will never forget this experience at this so called café and will never come back. I have a lot of friends, and about 100 in Boulder area alone and will spread the word about how unfriendly this place is. Me, my 3 year old daughter and my baby were walking all the way from Boulder library to just to try a sandwich and a cambric tea, we were looking forward to it, I regret we went, I was dissapointed. After such a «pleasant» attitude I wanted to leave and never come back to this unfriendly place. I demand an apology. Heartless and selfsih store manager. WHen we tried ordering a cambrik tea I asked if we could have a cambrik tea with whole milk. , this«man» who clearly has a lack of communication skills talking with a very standoffish self loving tone points with his pen to a wall near him and says.: «choose one». «I’d like a cambrik jasmine tea» his response : with the rudest most irritated voice he exclaims : «do you see one? no.» (I’m thinking”:” okay, odd comment, but okay whatever…) I left. When I left I realized that I should talk to the store manager and ask why this man had to be so rude… 5 minutes later I came back and asked for the café manager. And he said he was the manager and yells at me: «PLEASELEAVE» with the most intimidating voice I’ve ever heard. I wasn’t planning on sstaying there in the first place and why would I want to but I said: «wow, you are the ruddest manager I’ve ever seen and then I started crying because I am a very emotional person and I don’t believe anyone should be treated this way especially by a store owner. WHile I cried and my hands started shacking this«Man» thought it was funny. Everyone there for some reason was just watching me. I then told this person that there is Karma and It WILL catch with him. I also glanced at a woman that was there and was watching all this. She asked her what she thought of all this. This man yells at me: «don’t talk to my customers» How does this make sense? Why is this person telling me what to do. We are in a free land and a land of free speech. I can talk to anyone who I wish to talk. And do NOT tell me what you do. Asshole!!! I was surprised because no one in their rigth mind would allow customers be treated that way. In fact the most successful businesses actually go out of their way to make sure a customer leaves satisfied. But I suspect this person has no idea what he is doing with this business. I don’t know if this person HATE women or has some kind of personal issue it is no reason to act this wya. You can treat people however you like, but they will never forget the way you made them feel. And if you treat 1 customer like dirt he will tell EVERYONE and don’t think you can hide it. Don’t think you own the world or entitled to it. This made me cry. Please everyone who is thinking about going here. Let everyone else know, I need your support. I am not writing this reweiew so I can have a revenge. I don’t care about this rude man, He punished himself by doing this already. There is Karma and whatever goes around, comes around. I ask of you not to invest your time and money in a place that is so insulting to women and children. Do not eat here. do not eat a place which is owned by a man with no ethical values. THe owner’s name is Jason Strange. Please spread my word. I just told what happened I don’t need anything from this idiotic man because he clearly has no respect for anyone and he will never apologize and I believe this store should not be open if it insults women with children and treats them like dirt!!! Such an asshole!

My husband and I stopped in to get lunch for hiking in RMNP. We both got sandwiches– mine was the veggie sandwich, his was Lara’s Turkey. Both came with tasty red pepper cream cheese. The sandwiches were wrapped well, but the paper didn’t travel well in our backpacks all day(not the sandwich shop’s fault,. just an observation). Sandwiches were very tasty, but they took quite a while to be prepared, even though we were the only customers there mid-morning. Staff was friendly and chatty.

Every time I come to Boulder, this is my first stop. The sandwiches are unbelievably delicious and consistent. I have never had something that I didnt like from here although my favorite is the market turkey. This is a true Boulder gem.

We stumbled upon this place last night after eating dinner. Please note that my review is based on atmosphere, friendliness of staff and their espresso. I will be going here again for lunch in the near future and plan to make this my place of choice when I’m in the mood for espresso. We met the owner last night and he was really friendly and made a great recommendation. Our breve was absolutely delicious — something we’re always looking for. Cant’ wait to go back again so that I can give an even more thorough review.

I was really excited to try this place because it has a couple pretty good reviews. They advertise being gluten-free friendly… However, the staff thought my gluten allergy was a «preference» and did not take the necessary precautions against cross contamination even though I asked them to multiple times. I ended up getting really sick, and I definitely will not be going back!

This 3 star review’s a pretty good one and is for their espresso and baked goods. Had business in their building for a couple of days and found myself jonesin’ for some morning java right as I passed by the BCM. Glad I stopped in. Good espresso drinks and excellent bagels at reasonable prices. Here’s a free hint, BCM: wanna quickly turn yourself into a 4 star place? Spend a few grand and upgrade your interior. Right now your sterile communal environment’s a huge turn-off.

I frikin’ love this place. And spend more money here than I care to advertise. Plus the dark haired hot dude always remembers my name. The sandwiches are large and will definitely fill your tum tum. And the chili(on the days they have chili) is awesome although the to go containers are a tad small. So why only 4 stars? I hate spending $ 10 for stuff between 2 slices of bread, however great. If sandwiches were $ 7, I would have been singing their praises from roof tops.

Oof. This place is just plain bad. My fiancé and I walked in and the menu immediately looked unappealing to me. I told him to order whatever he wanted and I would just take a couple of bites. He ordered half an Italian sandwich and a cup of broccoli cheddar soup. Well the sandwich had ham, lettuce, and salami on it(hold the balsamic), and ONE measly ripped up piece of cheese hiding at the bottom(see photo). No exaggeration, I could have made this at home for less than $ 2. Then we opened the lid on the cup of broccoli cheese soup we ordered. It was extremely white and watery looking. I didn’t see any broccoli. I took a bite and tasted potatoes. I looked closer and saw grayish chunks floating around. Oh, it was supposed to be clam chowder. Luckily I’m not my father who has severe allergic reactions to shell fish… My fiancé took it back to the counter, where the girl told him, «Oh we don’t even carry broccoli cheddar.» So wait, we can order a specific type of soup and they can give us whatever the hell they want? That’s like ordering a steak and receiving a radish instead. Anyway, the food sucked, and the staff are just barely there(in mind and body). Don’t spend $ 8 – 10 on a sandwich here. Go buy $ 10 worth of groceries and make a much better sandwich in your car. Two stars because the Naked Green Machine I bought wasn’t expired.
