What’s not to love? Great food and great
service. I love pulling up and seeing Lorena and Chiquita! They always have a smile for me. It’s really a really simple concept but a smile goes a long way. My only complaint is the line is always super long making it not really fast food!

After waiting 30mins just to park cause line was long to get inside, we order our food at 2pm come on food cold, then we finally eat to have a worker stand over us while we talk and eat then sweep the floor next us with dirt flying smh. I asked the manager are the employees allowed to sweep that close we are almost done he says yes they have to keep it clean I find his tone and attitude was unacceptable and we we’re only ones eating so y clean by us… hey I will NEVER EAT CHICK-​FIL-​A AGAIN…

Extremely slow service at the drive through. I have never been to a Chic-​Fil-​A and received bad service. This was an exception and I was quite surprised. The three workers that I interfaced with were all rude in spite of me being very polite.

As with most Chick Fil A’s this one consistently excels in customer service. Last time I dined inside they offered me fresh ground cracked pepper on my salad.

The worst service & I won’t be coming back… I arrived around 10:15 — 10:20 expecting breakfast. They have one register open, no type of organized management. Get to the register for them to tell me «We ain’t got no more breakfast» in those exact words. Last time I was here I received Luke warm fries and service was slow.
This place needs new management before I decide to return. Good thing Panera Bread is across the street & Organized

What can I say about good ol Chick-Fil-A…I have always received good service at this location and any other location I’ve visited. Rarely can I say this but they have yet to get one order incorrect or serve a bad meal and I have been here on and off for years. They are very personable to be such a small establishment so to speak versus the big restaurants.
I really like how they take your name when you order and call you to pick up your food once it’s ready and/​or locate your table accordingly and bring it to if you are dining in. My favorite meal is simple… the chicken sandwich with waffle fries and a half and half (lemonade and ice tea). My fries are always hot, crispy and yummy as well as my sandwich.
The milkshakes are great and so is the lemonade! They have drinks that offer seasonally which are pretty good as well.
If you like sweet and sour sauce you will love there! Polynesian Sauce and if you are a mustard kind of person you can get that too!
Customer service is always exceptional here. They put there staff through rigorous weeks of training before placing them on the floor, kitchen or register and it truly pays off!
Make note that they are open 6 days out of the week and closed EVERY SINGLE SUNDAY.
Majority of there locations have dual drive thru lines which tend to move pretty quickly. Beware that during the peak of breakfast and lunch hours it can get hectic but they are pretty good with moving things along swiftly.

I mean, the food is full of artificial flavors and colors, BUT if you just want to enjoy a nice salty fried chicken sandwich, this is your place. Hot juicy chicken breast and crunchy breading, a few crunchy slices of pickle… add a little Chick-​fil-​A sauce and you’re golden. Or splurge and get the deluxe sandwich with tomatoes and lettuce.
Normally, I wouldn’t give 4 stars unless something impressed me, and something did: these people are FAST. There’s a sign at the drive thru that says to please have your payment ready, and that’s no joke. We zoomed in and out in two shakes of a chicken’s feathers. Between ordering at the menu board, having an employee take our money, and driving off with food, I could have held my breath without getting worried. And there were people in front of us. It was that fast. So this location doesn’t have better food, per se, but we’ve been here several times and zoomed through each time. And that’s worth something.

The quality of the food here is great and yummy. Some of the employees aren’t the best and they seem to say «my pleasure» in an annoyed way sometimes. My family and church group goes here every other Saturday night so we know this place like second nature. There’s an employee there that always knows to join tables for us when we arrive. I forgot his name but he is a senior African American man that is always cleaning tables or taking out the trash. He always asks us for refills and never seems to be annoyed by us and our large group. We love him and he is the sweetest man ever. He definitely deserves recognition for all he does and he positively embraces the chick-​fil-​a brand.

Was only in here for a few minutes. It was my first time at a chick fil a. The service was fast for as busy as it was (dinner time). The food, however, I was expecting more. People have put a lot of hype behind this food and it’s not that amazing.

cashier was very unfriendly, and had a bad attitude. It did not seem like the norm here because the rest of the staff was very friendly. Food tasted like it was sitting around for a while. Restaurant itself was very clean and service was fast. On a side note they had Christmas music playing in September…

Amazing service!!! The drive-​thru was jam packed during lunch and moved at a rapid pace! Best fast food in the area :) Try a milkshake :) They are super thick unlike other places

Friendly staff. Food is great. Love their chicken tenders with the chick fila sauce. Their waffle fries aren’t bad.
The parking lot is a bit inconvenient. Love their lemonade.

I am giving Chic Fil A 5 stars. Their food deserves it.
Let me start by saying that I have had a great experience with the staff. They are very pleasant as far as I’ve experienced and the restaurant is clean.
Chic Fil A is pretty darn great for a fast food place and because of it (and Chipotle) I don’t go NEAR McD and Burger K…(etc). Sometimes the drive through is long, but I’ve never had a SLOW experience. I’ve been to other places and had shorter lines that took longer!
THE MAIN problem for me is the few people that come in and skip the line as though they are in a high school cafeteria. I want Chic Fil A to regulate their lines better. Put up some dividers for each separate line (because they insist on it with that little red sign) The place can get too hectic at times and they really need it because some people lack common courtesy and think their time is more valuable than everyone else’s. Get some crowd control and you are golden.

Well, I’m usually Captain anti-​fast food… But I’ve heard so many followers testify to the glory of Chick Fil A, I was willing to give it a shot hoping for In and Out Burgerish experience.
The place was clean, the service was prompt and friendly, and the food, for being fast food was decent.
Is it awesome? I’m not going that far. It was a decent chicken sandwich with several chemical based sauce options to add on top. But it’s definitely a couple steps ahead of the typical WackDonalds or ButtKing fare.

When it comes to fast food, 5 stars. Not only is the food great but the customer service is WAYYY above any other fast food place there is. I have not ever gone through a drive through that gets the food right EVERY time other than Chick-​Fil-​A. I love the chick fil a sauce. My only complaint is that I wish they would bring back the mint oreo shake. Best ever.

OK, I don’t typically like to write reviews for chains or fast food places, but in this case I’ll make an exception. The quality of food in any Chick-​Fil-​A is pretty standard, so this review is based on service. This location is right around the corner from my office, so it’s a convenient stop for a quick lunch, which is the only reason I come here. The service is SO SLOW!!! At any given time of the day, you will find a line of about 15 cars in the drive-​thru, even when it’s NOT the lunch rush. And I always have to laugh when I see their sign that says «We’re as fast as you are, so please have your money ready». Really? In the time it takes to get through that drive-​thru, you could get out of your car, walk to the bank next door, withdraw some cash, and come back before the line has even moved. I’ve seen the line so long it wraps over into Starbucks’ parking lot. I’ve even gone so far as to call the store from my car and ask the manager what the problem is, but nothing changes. And going inside is no solution either… they’re just as slow in there. And the staff are hit or miss… some are very friendly, others don’t even bother to look at you.
So if I’m REALLY craving those little golden nuggets, and just can’t wait until I’m on my way home to stop at the Bowie location (which is MUCH better), I’ll suffer through the lines at this one. But if you’ve got a few extra minutes and can wait, go to Bowie… you’ll get much better service.

I MEAN ITS CHICK FILA… what do you expect… I love the half and half ice-​t/​lemonade

I’ve never been to a Chick-​Fil-​A and received bad service and this location is no different. As we all know, the drive thru lines at any and every CFA is always extremely long, but this location usually gets you in and out of the line as quickly as possible. Mannerable, speedy, efficient and friendly… what more could a girl ask for! Oh, I know… one of their delicious milkshakes! Mmmmmmm… Milkshakes!

One of the best Chic-​fil-​a franchises! The workers make sure your order is accurate and always hot!
