If you know what you’re doing when you load your bowl up, the cooks cook it perfectly and the food is always delicious. Have been going here for the past 5 years, and have never had a bad experience. Friendly staff, awesome prices, lots of seating. Might need an update in atmosphere sometime soon, but that doesn’t stop us from going!

The food was okay, but i was mostly turned off by the heavy handed pricing scheme. If you know what you’re doing its a deal. I didn’t and got way overcharged. If it was all you can eat like most Mongolian grills, I would have been happy. Also, cook steamed out a lot of flavor.

If I could give less than one star, I would. We went here only because the restaurant we actually wanted to go to didn’t have lunch items on the weekends. Right when we went in, we almost left due to the dirtiness of the restaurant itself, and specifically the grill area (which was not cleaned off the entire time we were there, even between bowls full of ingredients that others may be allergic/intolerant of).
Then we thought, «Maybe the several Unilocal reviews are right and it will be ok.» No, not at all. The meat starts frozen, and ends up very, very chewy. The rice tastes like instant rice, and the noodles are chewy and tasteless.
I would NOT recommend this restaurant to anyone! Even though the prices are relatively low, the low end ingredients are just not worth the money.
The only thing that was slightly redeeming is the fact that the wait staff was very friendly and attentive.

Very low quality ingredients here. The restaurant itself is also very cheap and sketchy inside. The food tastes cheap and although you get a ton of it for what you pay it isn’t worth spending money on. I would rather not eat out at all for the slop you get here.

This is not the same as other big city chains… Restaurant was unclean (especially the carpet) and food was nothing special. Don’t waste your time and money, get some delicious noodles at RICE.

One of my top places to go for a cheap, healthy, and delicious meal. The option to mix and match meats, vegetables, and sauces is definitely the highlight here — and no matter the combination, it always ends up tasting great! Getting to see your meal being cooked right in front of you is also a huge plus.
The prices are very reasonable, and the service is almost always friendly and polite. HIGHLY recommended if you enjoy good food for a great price!

I have been going here since I was 16 and it’s always good. I wish they were more consistent with keeping some of the toppings around (like sunflower seeds and potatoes!) but I love that they added rice noodles! The cooks are always friendly too. One of my favorite quick, easy places for sure.

This place was kind of sketchy. Not very nice inside, but the food was good. I enjoy picking whatever you’d like.
The chicken soup was kind of weird and tasted like Campbell chicken noodle with an asian flair. not a fan!
May come back, but wish they’d spruce the place up

Not a bad meal, but I’ve been spoiled with good Mongolian for the last few years. Definite plus that you can load the meat yourself, and there is plenty to choose from. Serving the food back in the bowl with the sauce at the bottom is a little disappointing and makes the food mushy once you get down to it… if they served it on a plate and drained the sauce then I’d give them another star… simple little things make all the difference!

I love this place! Not only for the price but there are plenty of choices of food. It is all based on whatever u choose, with different kind of sauce available there.
However i think after adding the soy sauce or whatever it is, all the food taste the same. But for the price, its definitely worth it.

I have never had a bad meal at this restaurant. The staff is excellent and the food the same. It doesn’t matter if you eat in or take it with you the food is fantastic.

This place is excellent! Of course, if it isn’t; you have nobody but yourself to blame. Lots of choices and they grill it to perfection for you. The ingredients are fresh, the sauces are excellent, and they are very helpful with their suggestions.
If you haven’t been to this type of eatery before, you pick out all of your ingredients, and they cook it up on a «Wok» type of surface and serve it to you fresh off the cooktop. The cooking is part of the show and it’s good.
So try it and I think you will enjoy it! I even thought about giving this place a 5 star rating, it isn’t perfect, but very close except for the dining atmosphere, not special, but nor is it a problem.

Variety of choices from the flavor of the sauce to the vegetables and meats. Customize your noodles to your liking. Left overs are a must, so don’t be afraid to get a large bowl and fill it up! Fresh tasting, friendly service.
