We love it here. The food is always amazing. We go about once a month to treat ourselves. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. Like the fact that the manager almost always comes around asking how everything is! Definitely recommend this place to everyone!

Worst service I have ever had at a restaurant. We were seated at about 7:15, the server was awkward about the wine when no one wanted a sample. He replied with«so nobody wants any wine?» After we had already said no. When he brought our drinks the tray tipped and spilled water on my husband, and the server blamed it on the tray. He brought some cloth napkins back, and water glasses. I was surprised that no manager stopped by to check in. The server apologized and said, glad I didn’t spill it on the baby, otherwise you might have got up and left. We laughed it off, but we should have got up and left because it only got worse. We ordered and waited for the breadsticks and salad, which took almost 20 minutes to come out. And then after waiting another 30 mins I finally had to ask for our meals to go because it was taking longer than we had time for. Again no manager. We paid at the table using the tablet thing, hoping it would make the process move faster, but we should have just left because it took almost another 20 minutes before we got our food, and we were not even given a bag to carry it out in. The server gave some excuse about the kitchen being backed up which couldn’t have been true since tables seated after us got their food before us. I do not plan on returning to this location.

I had dinner at this location tonight, the food and service was excellent as always. I had the chicken parmigiana which was great as always. Olive Garden is most consistently excellent at any of their locations and always fully recommended.

Normally I wouldn’t take the time to write reviews as most of my dining experiences are pretty decent, but my recent lunch at Olive Garden in Bozeman was so astounding that I absolutely had to write a review about it. Our waiter, Leaf, provided exceptional service that should no go unrewarded. He was quick to provide additional soup/salad/bread-sticks for the table, checked on us the appropriate number of times, and was overall just very efficient and anticipated our every need. He even noticed that no one at the table ate the peppers on the salad and purposefully left them off the second salad we had. Even if our food wasn’t delicious at a good value(just $ 27 for 3 people at lunch), Leaf would have still had us walking out with a smile on our faces. I will definitely be back for unlimited soup, salad, and bread-sticks and sincerely hope to have Leaf as our waiter again!

The food is delicious, and the menu options are great. The bread sticks are amazing. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars was because the staff seems dang-near afraid of not doing a good enough job. Our waitress seemed like she had been majorly coached on what to say, what to offer, how to bring stuff, etc. For instance, we arrived after the first half of our party, and she made it clear that she had already offered the wines to our parents before we had sat down, and it turns out, offering wines was on the weird little table survey at the end. I asked for a refill on my soft drink, and handed her the glass, and she said she’d go get me a clean glass. I assured her it was okay to just refill the one I had, since it seemed kind of a waste to use a totally new glass, but she said they have to do it that way. Uh, wasting water cleaning all those dishes, don’t you think? Also, there was a little tablet-like computer at the edge of our table and she had to use it during taking our order, which was distracting and odd. We also had to use it at the end of our meal to rate our experience there, and she was kinda pushy about giving her all 5’s(the highest rating, I’m assuming). It was awkward and uncomfortable. Her nervousness seemed to speak volumes about her management,(which I assumed from her pushiness for excellence was quite harsh). I felt bad for her and the rest of the wait staff. The pressure for them must be pretty consuming with every table having a tablet to rate them. Other then that, everything was great.

Great experience. Lots of smiling faces, loved the atmosphere. Our server was very friendly and had a great attitude. We got drinks right away and then salad and breadsticks quickly. As we were finishing that, our meal came out. I was impressed with how speedy everything came out. Server offered us more breadsticks twice and boxed up our food with a smile. We will be coming back soon!

I went here twice while staying in Bozeman for a week for work. I have a gluten intolerance so I have to avoid gluten at all costs which sucks and can be very inconvenient. My favorite thing in the world used to be the Olive Garden breadsticks with alfredo sauce. I would always get that, salad, and their minestrone soup, but now I can’t have almost any of it! The soup has some noodles in it which have gluten which is a bummer, and the breadsticks, well… I’m sure you could figure it out. The second time we went I asked about gluten free options because I got the halibut the first night and did not like it a whole lot. The waitress told me they had a gluten free menu which I never would have known so that is something that would be helpful to mention or put on the menu so that celiacs and anyone else with food intolerances could know. The gluten free menu was small but they do offer gluten free rotini for pasta so I subbed the regular pasta with that on something from the regular menu because the gluten free menu was so limited I was not impressed. I wish they could find a way to make the breadsticks with coconut flour or even amaranth flour, arrowroot flour, barley flour, brown rice flour, chia flour, hemp flour, lupin flour, millet flour, potato flour, there is so many different options as far as that goes now of days! That is my serious request and if there was less appetizers that were so breaded I could have a shot at eating them. Spinach and artichoke with tortilla chips or simple things like that is even a helpful option and would probably offer a good variety to the demographic of gluten free people who feel like they have to avoid certain restaurants do to limited options.

I have been to Olive Garden on multiple occasions but this was the first time at this Bozeman, MT location. We were greeted kindly at the door but received an unfortunately inattentive and impolite waiter. We were treated rudely, abruptly, and unprofessionally. Typically, OG provides a sample of wine, free breadsticks with side plates, timely refills on drinks, etc. We were never offered samples, but the wine glasses just sat on the table(typically they are removed), we had to request breadsticks AFTER our appetizers were already served, and had to request side plates so as not to all be feeding out of one bin. This was just the beginning of a disappointing dinner, but I will spare continued complaints. Nevertheless, as always, I enjoyed the quality of food. Just had a poor experience.

So I went to Olive Garden today with my boyfriend. I absolutely love the Olive Garden. Today I wasn’t that impressed, the waiter was impatient, didn’t bring our breadsticks to us until we had to ask 45 mins into the meal and there was a hair in my pasta which wasn’t a big deal because stuff happens. Even though I wasn’t happy with the server I spoke with the manager and she was very helpful. I will definitely be returning because she made it a better experience.

I eat here often. Food is always good. Wait staff is hit and miss. There is slot of turn over and it shows. Try not to sit in the bar area, it seems like they break in the new people in the area.

My wife and a friend and I went here on a Monday at 6pm. There were plenty of seats and we were seated immediately. The temperature and décor was cozy. I had the Chicken scampi which was greasy but had good seasoning. They gave me all you can eat salad and bread sticks. I felt like they put way too much vinegar on the salad though. The bread sticks were ho hum. Waitress was friendly and routinely checked up on us which was nice. They give you a lot of food but the flavor wasn’t quite there. Not the cheapest place around…

Nice stop in for lunch, you can’t go wrong with salad and breadsticks for a good price. The waitresses were nice and place is clean you can’t ask for more than that for a chain restaurant. If you’re passing through Bozeman give it a shot for for lunch

Solid meh. Hello,. .. . it’s an Olive Garden. Needed a carbo fix the night before a big bike ride, so thought of this. It did deliver carbs. A mountain of oddly seasoned noodles, sauce from a 55 gallon drum, and mediocre service. Oh. .. ., that was all redundant,. .. I did say it was an Olive Garden, right?

For a busy location, this Olive Garden does a great job! There is almost always a wait, but it’s new to the area so that was expected. Have been there twice and would definitely return. Both times I was there our servers were excellent and we had a party of 6 – 9 people. Their food has generous portions and if you have a problem with anything and tell your server they will make it right. If nothing else is appealing, I recommend their soup, salad and breadsticks. It’s a fair price at $ 10.99 and you can eat to your hearts content. Great place to go for a family meal or with a group.

Chain«Italian» eats at its best. From what I’ve heard from an OG waitress in the family, their kitchen is meticulously clean, gloves are worn and food allergies are highly respected. Long lines of people are always waiting at the door here. Make sure you have time to wait, maybe even consider bringing a snack with you if you’re super hungry. Nothing is spectacular about the food, but it will fill your tummy for sure! Kudos to the servers for running around like chickens with their heads cut off — no one standing around, other than the hosts/at the door. Things that could make it better: — Cut down on wait time — The host/hostess should ALWAYS open the door for their customers.
