I went the other day-complained about the super long wait and my fave dish, the thai hot pot. Was comped and went in today ordered the hot pot it was perfect! Also had the pad Thai which was great. Would highly recommend, food is tasty and healthy. Try it out!

The food is ok, but DON’T COMEHEREIFYOUHAVEALLERGIES! You can notify them about food allergies and they say that they’ll take the proper precautions, but twice I’ve been to the hospital after being assured that my meal will be made without contamination from peanuts. They don’t take allergies seriously, and should not be claiming that they can accommodate for them.

This was my first time eating food from Noodles & Company. It will be my last. The food(Japanese Pan) was flavorless and extremely dry. I ordered it with chicken but they didn’t bother putting chicken in the dish. I however was charged for the chicken and I don’t feel it’s worth it to get a refund. Even the rehydrated mushrooms were too chewy to eat. I wasted my money so you don’t have too! Don’t bother eating at this restaurant, there are no redeeming qualities.

After working at this location myself for several months, I can promise I will NEVER be back. I had worked both the register and the food line — so I know how food should be prepared and the level of customer service this place used to have. I had a cold and was craving chicken noodle soup w/their cheesy garlic bread. Ordered online, so I could pick-up since I had to take my boyfriend to the airport to catch a flight. I went up to the register to pay and noticed my order was already all bagged up. When I worked there, we were trained to not fill up any containers with soup until the customer arrived so it was still hot. This sh*t was luke warm with two measly pieces of fatty chicken(I live 2 blocks away, so I know that the soup had been cold for awhile). When I got to my car to check the rest of my order, I opened up the garlic bread, and no joke — these things were burnt black and hard as hell. WTF?! I paid $ 12 for this crap! There were 3 other tables when I went in, so it’s not like they were crazy rushed that this could’ve escaped quality control. No, some d*ckhead behind the grill said f*ck it and served it to me anyway. And I saw the manager INTHERE when I picked up my order — why aren’t you training your staff? And I couldn’t even go back in to ask for a re-do since I had to rush to the airport. Unfortunately, I will never go back, I will tell anyone who asks that it’s terrible, and I seriously can’t imagine they will be in business much longer. You’ve lost a customer for life.

Yum! The food here is absolutely delicious & yummy & amazing. However it’s about 15.00 $ a person & I think that’s a little high for the smallish amount of food you get. The location isn’t the best either. But the food is really good.

Yes, things went downhill fast. For a fast casual place, I actually consider this to be fairly priced, at least for Bozeman. The meals are decent enough, never bad but they don’t really shine either. The staff has indeed deteriorated, predominantly at the register where the only thing impressive is their apathy. The place is always filthy, which is very disappointing considering the remodel was very well done. I’m guessing this is an absentee franchise owner. All problems could be fixed through better management.

Between a 3 and 4 based on price and the Margherita Flatbread which was the best thing on the table. When we got our other food I had to remind myself that the dishes were in the price range of fast food and not gourmet. The Pesto Cavatappi was tasty but needed more toppings and pesto. The Spaghetti and Meatballs was very tangy and had plenty of parm. The tossed greens were a little wilted but perfectly ok. A good meal for 2 with an appetizer at 22 $ but I could have done better with the exception of the flatbread. I will try Noodles and Co again.

Unfortunately, this place went downhill pretty fast after their grand opening staff and trainers left town. I’ve been back at least once a week since it opened and today was the last time I’ll be there for a while. A couple weeks back they messed up(as in cancelled somehow in their computer) a large work order we placed for a big meeting. They were great about jumping to it and making the meals when I got there, but it took an extra 35 minutes and myself and a co-worker missed the beginning half of the meeting and everyone’s lunch was cold as a result of it being brought in 45 minutes after it was planned into the meeting. I figured, mistakes happen, let’s chalk it up to a new restaurant learning curve. Today I brought a business contact for lunch after telling them how great the food and service here is. Big embarrassment. They brought out the wrong meal for her, not once, but twice. We ended up sharing my lunch since it took them 40 minutes to bring out the second meal and it was still wrong. Huge disappointment. No one checked in on us or really seemed to care that we were there for 40 minutes waiting on her meal and sharing mine. We left and don’t plan to be back any time soon. This place has so much potential, but the lack of training and awareness leaves you with a poor taste in your mouth. Hopefully they will go back to their beginning and revisit their previous training, they were much better when they first opened!

Japanese Pan is amazing. Udon noodles are unique and addicting. First time visiting? Definitely give this dish a try.

Taste is only ok. The noodle comes in super small portion. Way too overpriced. They use strong sauce to cover the imperfection of the food which is kinda sad.

BIG disappointment! WAY overpriced. Worst Pad Thai I have ever had. The noodles were dry and flavorless. The purple cabbage was questionable and probably shouldn’t have been served. The chicken is a processed meat product. The lime garnish was absolutely dry. No juice came out when I squeezed it. The egg was so rubbery I couldn’t even eat it. The Mac and cheese consisted of elbow noodles with shredded cheese melted on top, no sauce. Very dry. The side of «marinated steak» did not even come close to any«real meat»! I WILLNEVERSPENDMYMONEYINTHISESTABLISHMENTAGAIN!!!

I really enjoyed this restaurant. I know Bozeman has a lot of Noodle places to eat but this one had ample seating, very clean, awesome music, and prices were very reasonable. Our food was cooked fast. There were 5 of us and we all had different things. Nevertheless we ALL really enjoyed the food. This is place you gotta try out.

Dear Bozemanites, Okay, It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to know what a good eating experience is. We really have been dying to try the new Noodles & Company and well… we were awfully disappointed. Our total was less than $ 20 which was nice. My fiancé had the small Indonesian peanut«garbage» and I am currently trying to eat the Alfredo Montanore which tastes like it was microwaved and I’m honestly not certain this chicken is… chicken. Pros: –Beautiful interior –Friendly staff who delivers food to your table and routinely come back to check and make sure everything’s going smoothly –Reasonable prices –Family friendly –Quite a bit of seating Cons: –Kira E. posted on her review that she found a hair in her food. Oh hell no! –The music and the kitchen noise over powers any conversation you might want to have, including placing your order. –Cashier was either not trained well or just… I’m not sure but I had to repeat my order 3 times –Like is said in my intro, the food tasted and had the texture of microwaved nasty. –The portion sizes were… off…my fiancé had enough to feed a mouse and I had twice as much as him even though we both ordered smalls. –The only enjoyable thing to eat was the cheesy bread which they delivered after we were already half way through our meals. Overall: Not going back. Naked Noodle trumps this place any day.

Background: I have seen the Noodles and Co. franchise in many various YouTube videos and have been DYING to try it. My dad and I went tonight(opening week) and I got the regular sized Wisconsin Macaroni and Cheese and he got the Penne Rosa with grilled chicken. Our total was 18.95 with two drinks and our food. Pros: –Beautiful interior –Friendly staff who delivers food to your table and routinely come back to check and make sure everything’s going smoothly –Extremely fast service, especially for just opening! 5 minutes was all. –Varying menu with wholesome ingredients –Reasonable prices –Family friendly –lots of seating –Penne Rosa was amazing! Cons: –First thing I saw was a short black hair on top of my dish. I don’t freak out about that sort of thing so I just tossed that bite in the trash. However, a lady near me accidentally got the wrong meat on hers and they quickly cooked her a new meal and comped it so I’m sure if I would have«complained» it wouldn’t have been a problem –Macaroni and Cheese can easily be skipped. It’s dry flavorless and basic –Grilled Chicken was mediocre –Both dishes could use more seasoning which they conveniently provided next to the soda machine –Table was not thoroughly cleaned –Cashier was semi clueless Overall: I definitely will go back because I am fairly pleased with their service for just opening but I will NOT be ordering the same dish, instead I would really like to try the Pad Thai! Try it out and see what you think:)
