Asked our waitress advice on spicyness 3 of us ended up with wings we are unable to eat. Had to finally ask for just fries for our son. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who can’t handle spicy stuff!

I had a great visit to Buffalo Wild Wings. It was just after noon, I sat at the bar and the bartender-​server was Morgan. Morgan did a fantastic job throughout my visit. See was non stop busy but never missed a on staying on top of my food and beverage needs. The food and of course brew was excellent both in presentation and quality.
Another employee, Carissa also did a great job serving another gentleman sitting nearby who seemed to be needing special treatment.
I’ve visited this location several times and in my opinion the experiences just get better. Good employees, good management. Thanks!

It’s a hit or miss kind of place. I’m loyal here so I’ll always keep going unless things go really bad. Wings, beer, sports, what’s not to like? Service is usually very friendly but can either be on time or plainly just slow. The wings can be just right or just sloppy. If you had sloppy service, try again another time to see if it improves. Hit or miss.

This BW was the worst one I’ve ever been to. My wings had feathers on them (extremely noticeable) !!! And this was so not ok and was really gross !!! I really wanted to leave $ 0 tip for the waitress since she even did not say sorry and this was very rude and unprofessional. I wish I could rate wish 0 stars. Every time I see this restaurants only one word comes to my mind; Ugh !!

Wow! I was in there recently and had the worst food I’ve ever eaten… in my life! And I’ve been in jail. I can’t believe the audacity this place has to say the food is ‘fresh’ I bet 99% of there food is frozen and deep fried. It’s all about quantity over quality, I wish I would’ve thought of this idea for a scam of a restaurant. Upon arrival there’s nobody there to greet you, the ‘employees’ we’re all huddled in the corner giggling and texting and they
had no intention of seating us, they seemed more put out that we even arrived. They need to realize that if it wasn’t for the customers, they would have no money to run! I’m sure this ‘great’ management crew has no intentions on changing these details, as long as they keep putting asses in the seats for major sporting events the bills will be paid. Hooray for March madness! $$$$$$$

Really good wings! But everything else pretty much sucks. Everything is always really dry. The service is average. Not a great place to eat at if you want anything other than wings.

A little slow on the table (not at the bar) service (I see a lot of comments here about slow service), but not that unusual, considering the crowd coming to watch their multiple TV screens at times. I love their wide choice of sauces for the hot wings. I even love their dry rub wings. Last visit we had the Jamin Jala, Buffalo and Chipotle BBQ sauces. Liked them all. I have been to several other «wings» places across the USA and this place certainly is competitive, at least. My family had «wing night» recently and made three different flavors and I came to even more appreciate the BWW wings and the sit down and get ‘em. :-) We will return.

Our server was really nice. However both times I’ve been here it’s like eating in a preschool. It’s disgustingly dirty. Like, there was an eaten chicken wing laying next to the door when you walk in that no one was in the process of cleaning up. Also, both times there was hardly any sauce at all on my wings or my buffalo chicken wrap.

I’m no racist, but Bdubs has got competitive food and a great atmosphere! The beer selection is adequate and there’s a ton of wing sauce options. Try the blazing sauce if you’re brave!

Travis is the best! Buffalo wild wings is one of my favorites! It’s no five star dining but it gets the job done. Our server Travis, always had a smile on his face and makes you feel welcomed! I frequent here for late night rates after work!

They serve food and booze until midnight on the weekdays. I work late and sometimes like a beer with my dinner. This is the main selling point for me. I only ever get the wings and they are consistent with other BW3s. Nothing fancy, but definitely not bad. Service has always been sufficient or more than sufficient. Plus if you’re a sports fan there are about 1000 TVs in that place.

The service here is really great. Very busy but the wings are worth it. I don’t even like wings, AND they have a huge amount of sauces. Yum. I also like that they have over 30 flat screens. But the best part is i only had to wait 10 minutes for my food

Terrible service. We waited over 45 minutes for a simple order of 40 wings! About 30 minutes after we ordered, our waitress said our order would be out. Then about 10 minutes later a manger came to our table to check in with us. Apparently, he did nothing because we waited for an additional 10 minutes before we finally left. Our wings never came! It was not busy at all while we were there and there is no reason our order should have taken that long. If I could leave a zero star rating, I would.

Buffalo Wild Wings is known for of course, their wings and beer. Great spot to watch a sports game. I’ve been here multiple times and the service is always mediocre, never with a smile or pleasant attitude. The wait is longer than most and the for that combined with the poor service, good food just won’t make up for a less than good experience.

I can’t rate the food because we haven’t got any yet. I’m here with a business colleague, we stopped in to grab a bite after flying into Bozeman. We ordered about 25 mins ago and have only been served drinks so far :-(When they finally brought my order 31 mins, it was wrong!!! I ate it anyway, really disappointed!
