Chili’s Grill & Bar

Went to Chilis for the All you can eat enchiladas. DON’T. Enchiladas were tasteless. Servi e was slow 15 minutes to get side of sour cream. Told the manager i ate half of the first order and half of second he said thanks for the imput. Here is sme imput want Mexican try Tres Amigos same parking l t in front of Sams.

Watched our food sit on prep line for 20+ minutes. We then watched our waitress touch and lift up all of the food to see if it was cold with her bare hands after handling money, cards, etc. When we advised the manager of the situation he became hostile with us and said I could either eat the food or he would throw it in my face. Customer sevice at its finest –I reported them to the health department and made a formal complaint with headquarters. This «manager» needs to be fired. (Short, overweight, african american man with amblyopia/​lazy eye) Never in my life have I been treated or spoken to the way he did last night. He told us to never «f*****g» come back– real professional. I have been a customer of Chilis for over 15 years.

Place has gone down hill great service but you would be better off going to Walmart and getting a 50 pounds of old Roy dog food

Almost every single time I order to go I have to pull teeth to get someone to ring me out. I can look the workers dead in the eye and they’ll walk right by me. Or if I go to the takeout section and someone is being rung out, they’ll just ignore me. Extremely tired of it. They don’t even have the excuse of it being busy because I’ve picked up when it was slow as well. I don’t expect someone to wait at the desk all day but at least put a bell down if you’re all going to be that inattentive.

You really can’t go wrong with Chili’s. The food is always tasty, the servers are nice, the environment is comfortable and the tablets you can use to order more food and pay are the greatest thing ever. Sometimes it gets really busy so not having to wait on the server so you can pay and leave is really refreshing. I was surpsied at the selection they give on the 2 for $ 20 menu. I was expecting it to be the dishes no one really likes but that’s not the case at all.

When I come to a place like this I expect to get in and out fairly quickly — not as fast as Jimmy John’s, but still… this place is SO SLOW! I went here with a party of 6 and we were there for about 2.5 hours. We all knew what we wanted to eat right away, so it’s not like we were delaying ourselves. One compliment I do have is that the waiter kept the chips & salsa full all the time. The floors were pretty sticky, and the table was a little yucky as well. I am glad that I brought a little placemat for my toddler, along with his own fork and spoon. I have also ordered carry out from here, and that was just horrible. They didn’t give us chips & salsa, ranch, napkins or utensils. I ended up going back in for the chips & salsa when I noticed it was missing and the chips were stale. I would not recommend this location unless you are in a pinch and desperately need a place to eat.

I tend to enjoy going to Chili’s for dinner. This location is typically busier than the one in Valrico, but it’s also right by the movies which makes it a good before movie activity. My new fave dish is the Chicken Enchiladas with Green Chile Sauce and rice/​beans. Half order of Texas Cheese Fries for appetizer.

The past few times i have been here the service was terrible with me sitting for 10 mins without even a greet. Floors have been sticky and gross with trash laying around. I was here today and left cause after i was seated no one came to my table.

Went in last night with my husband and youngest. We ordered a mini cheeseburger meal for our child and a mango chicken for him and soup and salad for myself.
The chicken was favor full and juicy and the southwest soup was delicious. My little one loved the cheeseburgers and our waiter was friendly and helpful. He even gave us chips and salsa on the house. Will definitely visit again soon.

Our server came Kiara was clearly @ the end of a long day & it showed, she sat down to take our order. Like in the booth with us. She attempted to memorize our order w/​o writing it down. However, she ended up coming back to have part of the order repeated.
We ordered the presidente margarita and cape cods w/​appetizers… My margarita arrived in the same type of glass as the cape cods. The appetizer (egg rolls) were a little overdone, but we said nothing. Our server did apologize for the drinks taking so long.
For my entrée I ordered the fajitas (chicken & shrimp) and my bf ordered the buffalo ranch chicken sandwich. The fajitas came out with the signature sizzle sound but lacked the steam and overall ambiance of usual. My lettuce, cheese, pico, and sour cream all came out heaped together in the corner of a greasy dinner plate. The meat appeared wet & soggy not very appealing. His sandwich also overdone, and with out the ranch dressing, we asked for it however she never brought it out. I could go on however I think my point was made. We did not complain and even left a generous 15% tip. However Chillis we are done thanks for making sure of that.

Crazy busy… our bartender, was friendly and eager to get the orders to everyone. Too bad I had a crappy date that ruined it for me

Food is good but it the wait time for food was EXTREMELY LONG! To get two kids’ slush and a water took about 10 minutes. It’s not even packed in here and it’s lunch time on a weekday… Ugh. The is horrible. We’ve been here 36 minutes and all we have is out drinks.

3:57am 28 Jan 2015, and I’m hugging the porcelain throne, ate at this chili’s last night and was unimpressed with the food and the service, luckily I didn’t (couldn’t) eat my entire meal (the steak wasn’t cooked properly, the tomatoes were bad, and the salad was old and soggy) but had I ate the whole meal I’m fairly certain that I would be over here at 4am talking to dinosaurs for much longer, ain’t food poisoning great? I certainly wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone, unless of course you enjoy horrible service and food that will make you sick.

Good food

Just tried to go there. Waited 10 minutes, not a soul on staff bothered to come to greet or seat us. We were clearly seen by at least two staff members. Took our money up the street and won’t be returning.

They have great deals and service is generally OK. I do like the devices on the table that allow you to reorder drinks and pay your bill. I think the device may be creating a false belief that they do not need to check on the tables. I have encountered and witnessed «attitude» from servers on more than one occasions and that is the reason I don’t make it a point to eat here. It is not all servers but enough that I would prefer not to chance it. I end up here simply because it is at times convenient or requested by a friend or client.

Had a great very nice experience. The restaurant was very loud considering it was lunch time, I was not surprised. We were sat next to a woman with 2 children yelling mom every 2 minutes. That was a little frustrating. The food itself was Excellent! My significant other requested not tomato and no seasoning on his fries and waitress and chef got it exactly right. He was so impressed he raved about it after. Overall we are very pleased.

I love this place… The service is a hit or miss. The food is awesome. I love the quesadilla explosion salad. South western egg rolls are very flavorful. We will be back soon.

Just your average Chili’s however, there is no outdoor patio and it’s smaller than most Chili’s (tucked into a strip mall). Was there on a Sunday afternoon and they had 2 for 1 drinks so I can’t complain about that! But yeah, it’s small, it’s chainey, it’s Chili’s.

I’ll keep this review short and sweet as We normally don’t visit this Chili’s because we had a gift card at the time normally don’t come. The food was not up to par my steak was frozen inside. The chips that we ordered seemed simple with salsa but the chips are very salty. That waitress was friendly but the hostess was not. Most of the staff seem bothered that customers were even there.
We probably won’t be back here :/
