The cheese tots don’t suck, but the prices aren’t that great. More than that, this Jimmy’s appeared to be either under the control of an inept manager or not under any control at all. Exhibit A: The diffuse clouds of people who would ordinarily have been in a line. There was no attempt to encourage customers to form a line for ordering, or to step away from the register after ordering. That’s probably because customers of an «autonomous unit for mid-mall snacking», to quote Brodie, would expect to be served shortly after ordering. But the staff weren’t able to keep up with the demand, so people were waiting around for ten minutes until their order was called. Exhibit B: When we received our bucket of cheese tots, we asked where the forks were. «Oh, we’re out of forks.» Someone should have been on the phone to the manager, or to the owner, to say«Holy crap, boss, we have zero forks and we serve the messiest food on the planet, can you please run to any store and buy a few hundred plastic forks? Our customers are gonna be ticked off.» Case in point: you know when would have been a great time to mention that you were out of forks? When we ordered a freakin’ bucket of cheese tots!

Mmmm! Yummy! Im always in the hunt for something that reminds me of thrashers fries back home and these are a close runner up! I got a regular fri. They were cooked fresh right there as well which was super nice because they were hot when ready. They could have used a little more salt but thats just my preference. Overall they were really good and had many options for those that like more fancier fries.
