we(w/hubby, &2 kids) were there on the 11th about 7pm for dinner. the waitress started out with a nice attitude, but not friendly, when taking our order. one kid ordered a cheese burger & the other ordered a hot dog. they came out right away. the burger was way over cooked, charred. i ordered a bacon cheese burger. & hubby ordered a bacon blue cheese burger. when ours finally came out the kids were almost done with their food. when hubby’s & my food came out we BOTH got a blue cheese burger which is what hubby got BUT it was missing the bacon. let me say the blue cheese was just a milky-like sauce. very runny and NO chunks. when we told the lady she asked if eric wanted her to just bring some bacon out .lol. and she said she was gonna take mine back. and from there she was very short with us. not rude but would not even make eye contact. eric said he didnt care what she did but asked that she at least take his plater and put it under a warmer cause he wasnt going to eat till my food came out right so we can eat together. she later came back saying that she was gonna go check on it. thats when we said just forget about it. the kids were already done with their dinner. she walked away, mins came back with bill and just put it on the table and started to walk away and hubby said wait you can take this(credit card) with you. she says o’ ok. takes the bill/cc and walks away. didnt want to give us any more of her time. very disrespectful of her. didnt get any compensation off the bill. we paid and hubby and i ate at steak & shake… good food & great service .lol.

I think it depends on what season you come here for how much you will enjoy it. We came on a down time and at happy hour. My friend and I had quick, friendly service and we only had drinks. Mine was good, not too weak, and cheap at $ 3(vodka sour). My friend tried the ozark margarita and was not as much a fan — too salty. But overall, we were pleasantly surprised considering the other reviews. So if they don’t look busy, you aren’t in a hurry, and you want a place to sip a drink along the river while watching the fountain show and people then check them out.

Had reserved seating for fireworks. What a joke. $ 40 to stand outside. Plus pay for average burger and fries. Waxey O’Sheas 10,000 per cent better. This place will be out of business in 6 months.

Nice atmosphere and great view of river. Margaritas were weak and hotdogs good, but a little pricey.
