Blaze Fast Fire’d Pizza

This is a great restaurant if you are in the area! The employees were friendly and helpful and the pizza was quick to receive. However, I don’t recommend it to anyone with a gluten allergy/​sensitivity. Since I am not allergic, the employee marked my order with «gluten free preference». I was skeptical about this, but I did not really see too much that would be cause for alarm. The pizza itself was pretty good. However, that evening I had a reaction and realized what had caused it. If you must eat here, ask them to use the «allergy» preparation even if you are not allergic. Hopefully I will have a better experience (myself) next time.
