Decided to come celebrate my «treat meal» at Chickfila only to have the Worst Chickfila experience I’ve ever had! My «Spicy Chicken Sandwich» had absolutely NO BREADING on it at all on one side. No crisp bare just chicken, like how does that even happen? If I wanted just plain chicken I would have ordered grilled, but obviously that not why I ordered the FRIED SPICY CHICKEN SANDWICH. :(I threw it in the trash.
But wait, there’s more!
I then thought «well at least I have my cookie». Their cookies are usually nice and soft, warm and gooey. Reached in the bag, my cookie was So hard! Wasn’t warmed up. Also trash.
There’s nothing worst than a bad cheat meal. WTF.

Literally the nicest, cleanest, friendliest fast-​food place in America. I almost feel embarrassed to refer to it as a fast-​food place. I’d give more than 5 stars if I could. I love chick fil a in general, but this location in particular really outshines all others.

I drive up and he’s so sweet! «I know you from TV!» Gave details he was so excited and so nice to me.
First time in a restaurant where I wasn’t given special treatment like freebies, and I respected that immensely! He is a good employee.
I appreciate the comps but I never expect them

so disappointed… chick fil a is usually one of my favorite spots for breakfast but was super disappointed this morning. I ordered chicken minis meal and was handed a box of crushed hash Browns that didn’t taste right and 3 chicken minis with hard and stale tasting bread. also the employee taking my order was quite rude to me & I didn’t appreciate that. I would expect better from chick fil a & I will not be returning if service and food does not improve.

I absolutely love Chick-​fil-​A and this location is great. Easy access off the 57 freeway at Imperial Highway. When it is really busy in the drive thru the attendants are outside taking orders to speed things up. The staff always has a friendly attitude as well. I can hardly wait to come back for another delicious and nutritious meal

Everything was delicious. I’m amazed that a place can have excellence good and service.

This is one of my favorite places to pick up food and the food is so good. The lemonade is the best in hot days!
Frustrating part is breakfast is so slow.
You can be the only car in line and it still takes forever. I prefer to come here more than other places for breakfast, but sometimes have to go elsewhere because I know it so slow.

Great service! The staff is seriously so friendly and nice. It’s insane. The food is really good. I have never been inside. Only in the drive thru. But I will keep coming back here. Fast, convenient, friendly, and great food.

Everyone loves chick fil a but this location in particular has the best service I’ve ever had the pleasure of receiving at a fast food restaurant.

Amazing quality chicken sandwiches! Consistent in their taste and quality over the many years! Their customer service seems to be getting better and better as the years progress!

My favorite fast food serving ice cream available in the states!!! No doubt the best! It’s somehow made really well that doesn’t melt as easily as other food chain places ! I prefer this way more than McDonald’s! I know that hard to believe but it’s true!!!

This place is always so friendly and I never have to wait long for my food which is nice. There fries are the best and the club sandwiches are really good too. The workers are courteous and attentive and there’s free refills!

Food as always was delicious. And the cashier, Denise, was super great and nice. Probably the best Chick Fil A in Southern California!

I’ve been here multiple times and I’ve never been disappointed. The service here is excellent and they strive to make sure that you’re taken care of. I usually get the Spicy Chicken Deluxe sandwich with fries and a sweet tea. The sauces are excellent and you definitely can’t go wrong with any of them. Barbeque, ranch, honey mustard, honey bbq, CHICK FIL A SAUCE! definitely a must try! Thanks for reminding me there are nice people in the world chick fil-​a. You’re awesome!

Another disappointment
After my last 2 star review, the owner reached out to me and offered to feed my coworkers and me and asked his marketing person to contact me, however after I finally decided to just have them comp 10 people instead of 100, the marketing person stopped responding to my emails. I appreciated the owners quick response to my 2 star review and extending his free food offer to my entire department, but I guess the marketing person really didn’t take me too seriously, and just made me wondered the sincerity in all of this gesture.
I am keeping my review at 2 stars, unfortunately can’t help but feeling disappointed again.

Why do I love this place so much??? Because their service is awesome! I’m fairly new to Chick-​fil-​a, I don’t know why, I’ve just never tried it. But now that I have… I’m so glad I did. They seriously have like 50,000 workers at one time… they’re all so nice & tell me to have an amazing day! Maybe I’m a bit too appreciative of great service, but great service at a fast food restaurant? Who can leave that unnoticed? Not I!
Ok food. LOVE. Their crispy chicken nuggets & original chicken sandwich are my regulars. But their array of sauces are what makes me smile! I love the polynesian sauce & honey mustard, but w/​the kids… we get one of each and create a sauce line. Each delicious crisscut fry gets a different flavor in each bite. Sad that they’re closed on Sundays. That always seems to be the day that I think to have it, then remember they’re closed… BOO. Oh well, go get your religious on.

I am livid! My boyfriend and I went to grab some breakfast this morning and I was so disappointed. I ordered a chicken breakfast burrito and guess what it didn’t come with? CHICKEN!
I am so upset! I took a few bites and only got egg. Then my boyfriend and I thought, «maybe it’s in the bottom half.» I opened it up and found there was no chicken at all!
HOW?!

The drive-​thru line was super long here but they work fast here! Great service, great food! Didn’t eat inside just go thru drive-​thru here every time. One of my fave locations I prefer.

I must say, no matter which Chick-​fil-​A you go to, you always get the BEST experiences you can imagine. From the quality of the food, their customer service to the Cleanliness of their restaurants. This review will be based on the Brea location, since I come here at least once a month.
I usually get the original chicken sandwich combo and it is most definitely the best chicken sandwich in the universe. The texture and the taste is always so perfect.
Their service is always world class, I don’t know who or how they train their people but seriously, this is how customer service should be delivered everywhere. These employees are solid, kudos to the way they trained their employees.
Of course I don’t expect anything less than immaculate when it comes to their cleanliness. Even the restroom is amazingly clean each time I go in. Which is very rare at a food serving place. Not sure why, but it is almost always the case.
The price may appear a little pricier than some other fast food places. However, with the experiences you get in return, it makes Chick-​fil-​A way more inexpensive. Price is not even an issue at that point.
Tips: The condiments, napkins, spoons, forks, knifes, etc are all self serve. I love that, because it makes it more convenient than having to ask for everything. Also, they closed on Sundays.

You guys seriously are the friendliest and most courteous and professional team. Always putting smiles and nice gestures all day here. Erika was great today.
Greeted me warmly and brought my food promptly.
But one thing I can say is that you guys have it easier here in Brea lol. I work down in Torrance where the socio-​economic status is a little lower and when you have that you tend to have less educated and more rude customers. Nevertheless I love coming here and eating. I know I will always enjoy my visits here. Thanks again guys!

My go to chick fil a spot!
Convenient location, however can get busy during peek times, usually after 5pm.
The drive thru line can get long, so look out for employees that walk car to car to take your order. Like in n out. but the employees are nice and always with a smile!
The dinning area inside is usually clean and have the condiments fully stocked. The outside patio area is also cool to eat, but be aware you’ll be hearing the drive thru line customers order, but no real biggie.
Food is AMAZING! Love the original chicken sandwich, the chicken club and lately my favorite is the chicken wrap, #10. Waffle fries are a plus! But what the kicker is the FROZEN LEMONADE… A MUST TRY! :) you’ll be addicted!
Pricing is higher than other fast foods, but i believe you pay for what you get.
Don’t forget that you do have to ask for your condiments. ketchup, mayo, etc.
