Jets Pizza

Generally love Jets and the service. Simple order tonight 2 basic pizzas and jets bread. Quoted 45 – 55 mins for delivery. Took 2 hours and 10 minutes for delivery and it was cold when it arrived. Poor service this go around and person who answered the phone just said sorry guess there was traffic.

We use to order from here quite frequently but the service has gone down hill. It’s sad because they are very close by and most of the food has been fine for fast food pizza and wings. However, they consistently charge us for extras yet don’t deliver them. It’s almost guaranteed that if I add a side of ranch or extra buffalo sauce that it won’t make it to my home. This might not seem like a big deal but it adds up over time. We have «let it go» so many times I lost count but when I start adding the .75 per sauce (we usually order 2) up pretty soon I have paid for a whole pizza that I never get to eat. When we have called they always blame it on the delivery guys and if we remind them to bring the sauces we are met with attitude. Well, tonight we ordered carry out and sure enough the extra sauce was missing but not the charge for them of course. We boycott for 3 months at a time and then give them a chance. They let us down every time.

Delicious best pizza ever. Once you go jets, you can’t go back. You should definitely try it. They also have very fast delivery.

Very cool bar! The food is great too. It also has a really cool little dine in area.

Basic cheese for the kids — can’t go wrong there.
BLT pizza for the adults! Tried it with hand-​tossed crust and it was good. I would be willing to bet that their other selections are tasty too.

This was a last resort and so glad we tried it! Cheese was gooey and perfect, crust had a slight buttery crisp (yum) and sauce was perfectly tangy yet sweet. Went back again the next day! The workers were beyond friendly too. Highly recommend for fast food pizza.

The square BBQ chicken pizza is a must. Do not forget to order a side of ranch– it is AMAZING!

One of our favorite places to eat. This is one of the few in this chain locally that had dine in. Service is fairly good, but it’s the pizza itself that sells it. Recommended: Best of Jets and Jet’s Ten.

Standard delivery pizza. Fast delivery and fair prices. I like the their thin crust. I have had the delivery 3 times and the drivers have all been very fast and courteous !

I agree with Alix. I think the food is great and in our location is the only option for delivery BUT they consistently mess up our delivery order. Twice we got the wrong pizza and frequently they miss extras like drinks and side sauces and then it never fails that the toppings are wrong or the size of the pizza is wrong. (So many variables and lots of room for error.) The big problem is that we live so far away that we can’t in good conscious send the driver back as I’m certain he doesn’t assemble the pizzas. I’ve written an email to the HQ via their website but they never responded so customer service makes this a three star location for me plus without a coupon it can get kind of pricey for pizza.

Jet’s is a good choice when you have people that just cannot agree on what kind of pizza is best. They offer both thin and thick crust and have a variety of choices AND they are probably one of the better choices if you are buying budget pizza. I don’t mean this as a bad thing but just basic pizza to grab and go. It is not a ladies night out sipping cocktail type of pizza. This is hearty, tasty, affordable and I have had nothing but positive experiences at this establishment.

Literally can’t go wrong at Jet’s. I’ve been to Jet’s all over the country (ok, just in Chicago and Nashville, but still) and the quality IS AMAZEBALLS. Don’t listen to any terrible reviews, they’re just jealous.

UPDATE: This Jet’s has expanded, and now offers lots of tables for dine-​in. My 13-​year-​old attended an end-​of-​school party there and he had a great time. Might want to keep them in mind for parties.

Great pizza for a good price

Okay, so I gave them 3 stars because the food is delicious (mostly just the pizza). My beef with Jets Pizza (mostly this location) is that their service is terrible. Every time we order take out or delivery, they screw up the order. If they deliver, they always forget the extra sauces (that we’ve already paid for). The other night, my husband and I ordered take out; he got a pizza and I got a salad. I told him to tell them to add onions to the salad. When we arrived to pick up the food, I waited in the car while my husband went in. I checked the food when he came back… First of all, they gave me the wrong dressing. He went back in and they said that it was all they had (why couldn’t they tell us that on the phone instead of just putting a random dressing in the bag??). Then, I looked at my salad and saw that there were no onions on it. I was livid. I just decided it wasn’t worth going in to complain and run the risk of them spitting in my salad.
I guess the only reason we go back to this location is because the pizza is decent and close to our house. Their service sucks though. From now on, I will be calling them out when they pull that crap with me.
