Paid $ 14 per lb for coffee to be ground. I can see that the bag tipped over during grinding and ¹⁄₃ of the coffee spilled out. Manager just closes bag and gives it to me. I ask for a new full bag and they give it to me. Watch out that you are getting what they charge top dollar for. They obviously need to step up to their mistakes — which do happen. Need better training. Don’t try to pull one over the customer!

Very clean and super busy which is good in the business sense. The young staff are nice and very pleasant always with a smile. There is this one older lady that stays at the cashier, she needs to either quit or work somewhere in the back because she is not friendly and does not make us welcomed in the place at all.
I am a long time costumer and love to start out my morning in a positive way, and she ruins it with her depressed face.
Other than that, great place!!!

This location is always crowded but that’s probably because it’s one of 2 Starbucks in the area. The staff is friendly but like I said, there’s always a wait. I prefer this location over the other because it seems cleaner. The staff is a little slow for my liking

Good customer service love their product however when you order an unsweetened ice tea lemonade I don’t want see minute maid lemonade or some other product being poured on my tea being passed off as sugar free… Some people out there are requesting unsweetened for reasons other than dieting.

Should be called «Would you like some coffee with that sugar? » Anyway, I found out why the soy latte was so sweet. They use vanilla flavored soy milk with 12 grams of sugar. Or, you can ask for the unflavored coconut milk with a mere 8 grams of sugar. Still yuck. I recently discovered Tazze Café in nearby Millwood, where they make a (soy) latte properly and all the edibles are made on the premises.

This Starbucks is great. It’s really, really clean, which is a huge deal for me in the general vicinity of NYC. The staff were extremely good… knowledgable and attentive and polite. And the crowd was varied… families, hip people stopping in after going to the health food store, older couples, teenagers studying.

A very nice place to enjoy your coffee on a balmy day like today. Considering that your coffee will warm you up no matter the weather. The service is great and the baristas are personable. It is a pleasure to see new faces and different locations.

Best Starbucks in the Westchester area. I’ve been to them all. When its busy it can get ugly depending on the staff but usually pretty good.

New Hyde Park, NY

Went in midday on our way up to Mt. Beacon. The Starbucks was clean, staff was super friendly and I got my drink no sooner than I had placed it.
I liked the layout with the bar stools but it looks like if it was busy in there it would be annoying to sit there.
My drink came out great (it was a pumpkin spice latte how could it not?) and gave me the energy I needed to literally climb a mountain.
The staff was conversational and cordial. The store was clean and we were on our way back on the road in no time.

It’s a Starbucks. If you need a fix & this one is nearby, then you wont care about reviews. But other than being the usual excellent Starbucks, this particular staff is awesome & very friendly. Its also nice how they joke & get along with each other while they work.

This Starbucks is probably my favorite out of all the ones me and my friends go to. The service is quick and the staff is very friendly always satisfying the costumer. I go every morning before school. It’s a great way to start off my day with the fast service and great staff. I would recommend to anyone!

I don’t know who the manager is buttttt pat to self you found good ppl (if you were the one to find them) I don’t know everyone’s name just Ollie because his name and accent stands out (a real doll that one) but all the employees are so adorbs and nice seriously each one (damn I wish I knew their names by heart) are just fast, friendly and always laughing w eachother. I love waiting at the bar for my drink and ease dropping on the jokes going back and forth I love this place and the staff (each one is so thoughtful)

This is my favorite Starbucks out of all of them. The staff is friendly and efficient. They know me and they make my drink before I even need to ask for it.
Oh, and parking is easy! It’s very conveniently located.
