If you like cold ribs and under cooked chicken strips for your children, this is the place for you. Also, when you order the mix and match ribs, they give what THEY choose, not what YOU ordered. The management was quick to compensate by taking care of the bill, however, who wants to wait 30 – 45 minutes to sit down then wait another 30 for a second attempt on a hot meal. Very weak kitchen skills… extremely weak wait staff — no surprise I guess. Why should we expect to have good service with decent food? Most just accept the fact that they’re busy tonight… give ‘em a break. More reason to stay at home I suppose — so disappointing.

Ages 60+ crowd: This is Not. Fine. Dining. Changed owners and general managers a few times. When it was new, this placed earned glowing reviews. Its primary audience has since been drawn elsewhere, with a wings place and Chic-Fil-A sharing the same parking lot. Current ownership seems to run it on cruise control, ignoring customer trends. The on-table virtual ordering system reduces the wait staff’s role to seating and food delivery, which changes the entire dynamics of what Wait Staff traditionally can do to make any dining experience memorable. This nixes Morale and makes staff turnover high. Local youth cite this as a first-job, and make the rounds of every fast food joint in the area. The Dining area is in need of seating adjustments. Cramming people into a small space like the airlines do doesn’t work here. Obese diners will be seated right next to a table of kids and complain about the cramped space and the noise… like going to see a baseball game and complaining about the sports fans and the noise they make when their team does well.(Do. You. Know. Where. You. Are?) The fact is I don’t want to share my conversations with the people around me, nor do I want to hear theirs… The menu is hit and miss. Low expectations will be your ally. For example, if you want the highest quality of BBQ, go to a place that specializes in it. On its worst day or night, it’s still superior to the Applebee’s at 4th Ave and Bromley. Parking: moderate during off-peak dining times. For Kids: comparable to any WalMart or Dollar store. Restrooms: believe it or not, a highlight. Clean, changing tables up to code and relatively well-maintained…at least they Were. Ambiance: Seating is such that if you go into a restroom, about 20 people will be staring at you as you emerge from using it due to the lack of TV monitors and where the few mounted ones are stationed. Line of vision with respect to the portal doorway where the wait stuff retrieves the food en route tables — as wait staff carries food toward the tables, anyone exiting the restrooms crosses their paths.(Movie studio theme parks refer to this as a flaw in traffic flow.) Ideally, you don’t want someone’s pending meal to crash into a person who might have skipped washing their hands after(bleep)… When you do get your food, given the lack of any other oppty to earn a tip or positive review, the wait staff will tag team in between chewing, «How is everything tasting?» Once I almost stopped chewing, ala Rodney Dangerfield in «Back To School» and replied, «Great!» My wife talked me out of that.(…look it up on Youtube, people…) Of course, when you Need a drink refill, one couldn’t find a wait staff with a skip trace or a flare gun. TVs: The bar is stranded with DirectTV… unless they’ve since switched. Non-Broncos fans will dislike the fan experience of trying to watch a game here. WIFI is extra… unless they changed that. *Ask. Bar: I don’t drink. My wife always said their alcoholic drinks were weak… technically this reduces the chances of customers being legally drunk when they drive home…

I’ve always liked Chilli’s but it can be a bit a hit and miss. Today it was a hit. I had the tacos. One steak, one shrimp and one fish. They were all excellent and I was really impressed. The service was very good as well.

I go here quite often due to the fact that there are not many choices in Brighton. Almost every single time I’ve been to this restaurant, I order a water and the glass is absolutely disgusting. I’ve had food floating in my water, along with it tasting like a mixture of pops and not water. The workers are not very friendly, and definitely not on their A game. This place is always dirty, and always packed. They are not very organized. The food isn’t to great either.

Me and my fiancée went here for a meal on Friday night, needless to say it was packed. The wait wasn’t as long as expected from the number of people though and within 20 minutes we were seated. The service was great except for a forgotten request for water, and the food was better than expected from reading the other recent reviews. I’ve eaten at many chili’s locations and overall I was very pleased with this one. The food was out in a timely manner, the steaks were cooked perfectly, and everything was delicious. I will definitely be going back.

Good service with better than expected food. The bogo margs were excellent. Great service. LOVE the automated check out in the bar.

I used to love to love eating here but my last experience was very bland and flavor of the fajitas was just off. Seems like the portions are getting smaller but the price is getting higher, my husband had the shrimp tacos just bland, . Our service was good but what has happened to the food. I don’t think I will eat at any Chili’s any more.

Six years ago this was a decent place to eat; not anymore. The past few years with an exploding population they have just gotten too busy and are too small. Regardless of day or time you’re likely to wait at least 20 mins. for seating. Staff are usually friendly enough but are overworked meaning they don’t/can’t take very good care of you. It could all be forgiven if the food was decent. It is not. Cold and rubbery and just bad. The kitchen has gone down hill over the past few years. I ate some decent meals there back in ’09 and ’10. Now I will not be returning. Unfortunately if you live out this way choices for decent dining are limited for now. Hopefully that will improve as more and more move here but until then you’re better off trying Thornton, Westminster, Denver etc.

Bad service, horrible food. Ordered the fajitas and they were disgusting. Ordered a grilled cheese for kids and it’s possibly the worst grilled cheese ever. Waitress brought the check without asking if we needed anything else. I ordered a dessert and a coffee thru those tablets at the table, dessert took SOOOLOOONG! that we were about to leave when it showed up. She never brought us the coffee and we had to pay for it because it couldn’t be deleted from the check. After all, I could have given a better raiting if the food wasn’t so disgusting.

We went to this location last week for a lunch/dinner. The food was very good I had a turkey club sandwich and a side salad. We received our food quickly which always makes me happy. I was with a party of 3 and we did take our time we were chatting and the waitress seems slightly annoyed that we were there for a while. The waitress was nice other than that. I would go back in the near future.

Chili’s is like my favorite Cousin: He was great to hangout with. We had good times and enjoyed each others company. We have history. Then we didn’t talk for awhile. Then awhile was a long time and now he’s just gone. Is he gone for good? I really don’t know but I hope he comes back someday. Since they opened this location my wife and I have spent many hours at the bar and have enjoyed several family reunions there with relatives that have flown in to DIA. However, the last 3 times we’ve been there the food has gone from bad to worse and now it’s just flavorless. This includes our favorite Triple Dipper appetizer with Southwest Eggrolls, Chicken Crispers and Wings. It doesn’t taste anything like it used to and even the dipping sauces are watery and weak. What happened? Is everything frozen now and reused? To put the final nail in the coffin they got rid of the Mushroom/Swiss burger. So when I requested they take some Swiss Cheese(like they use on the California Turkey Club) and Sauteed Mushrooms(that they put on the steaks to «up» them) and put them on my hamburger. The reply was, «We can’t do that.» I don’t understand why it would be so inconvenient for them to make a customer happy? They weren’t busy and I was more than happy to pay the price for what I wanted. So why not make the food? Anyway, I’m off my soapbox now because I’m not planning to return. See you cousin. You’ll be missed.

Not too many choices in Brighton. Had a party of 11 at 4:00 pm on a Saturday. We are used to an hour wait, but got right in– I’m assuming because not too many people under 65 eat during the early bird special dinner time. We had one waitress & she did pretty good given the chaos that comes with our group of 5 adults &6 kids. She got our order right and didn’t have to wait long for a refill. The food though… is just ok. I don think I’m surprising anyone with the comment since it’s a chain most people are familiar with.

Service was decent. Waitress didn’t very enthused about working. Wasn’t necessarily friendly or rude just inbetween. The food was pretty good. Cajun chicken pasta tasted fresh had a perfect spice kick to it as well. my wife had the short ribs with loaded potatoes and absolutely loved it. I give 4 stars because I wanted to see a friendly smile. I wanted you to provide that kind of service. Especially if I’m paying good money for it. Overall the experience was good. Great environment, I could actually hear myself talk(usually when it’s busy you know you can have a hard time doing so). Keep it up.

OK, I’m gonna split with tradition here, and give the Brighton Chili’s FOURFREAKIN’ STARS! Before you ask, «Where is Raoul, and what have you done with his body?», let me explain: My last few reviews had more than the usual quotient of bile for all things Brighton. We ate here a couple of times recently, and it was good. Good even for Brighton. And just about every time in recent memory, IT’S BEENGOOD. Shocking, I know. Let’s start with the bartender. His name is Kevin, and he’s worked here since they opened the place, SEVEN years. We usually get him because we like to sit at the bar on a Saturday afternoon for lunch, and he’s always here. ANDHE’S ALWAYSGREAT. Low-key, friendly, cool and competent. Never has a problem getting me whatever it was I forgot to ask for, or didn’t make sufficiently clear when ordering, just TAKESCAREOFIT. We always tip at least 20−25%. I’m not gonna get into all the why’s and wherefore’s about the food, let’s just say, if you don’t know what to order at a Chili’s by now, you were probably just released from captivity by the Taliban. Get a burger or some ribs, maybe the Mexican, and it’ll be just fine. I’m not necessarily a fan of the chain per se, but I have no problem eating at this particular Chili’s.

Probably one of the better restaurants in Brighton. The only problem we have is that two out of five times they burn the Texas cheese fries. They aren’t that great crispy. Everything else we order there comes out great! Update: Hate to say… But their take out service is horrible. Worst customer service ever. Changing to one star. In January we order quite a large meal for take out. Everything was cold. Called to tell them and no one returned our call after being told the manager would call us. In February we decided to give them a second chance(everyone has off nights) they forgot half of our order. Manager still never called back. I hate to change the review but two times in a row. I guess we won’t be dining her for takeout again.

I normally dislike chain restaurants and only eat at them if it is necessary(aka dinner with the parents or other relatives). As we were traveling, dad and I needed to replenish our blood sugar levels with we were going to coexist peacefully and swung in here for supper. We did the 2 meals for $ 20 deal. Fantastic idea!!! The corn guacamole app had delicious flavors and a little bit of heat to a sometimes bland condiment. The mango-salsa tilapia was probably one of the best meals I ate all week! It was seriously a diamond in the rough. I will go back to Chili’s in a heart beat just to eat that meal again! Anyone who wants to take their taste buds for a ride should try that. Dad had the half ribs and loved it. The fries were good too. In other words, my theory about chain restaurants being the armpit of the foodie world may have just been proven wrong.

I would normally rate my chilis experience with a 1 or 2 star. I am never happy with my food and always feel sick when I leave. This visit I was surprised to see some healthy things on the menu. The bar has a great happy hour almost every day. I dont know why they call it happy hour if its all the time but Im game.
