Consistently very good American/bar food. Great staff. Good music. Great beer selection. Fun theme nights and bands. Good locals crowd. Love it.

Bleachers is one of the better bars in the Bristol area. It has a pretty good selection of beers on tap to choose from and always has a good choice of IPAs. Tuesdays are a blast and the pong tournaments that are held there are well run and a joy to play in. On most days it’s a nice place to meet up with friends, have a bite to eat(the food is delicious) and watch some sports. The concerts that I have attended there are a blast as well.

Bleachers is one of the many lower-end biker bars in Bristol, but they are actually fighting to change their reputation and become a nice beer hub in town. I’m not quite sure they can do it, but hey, they’re trying! A place that used to primarily serve Bud Light, Coors Light and not much else, they now proudly announce on their Facebook page when they get in craft beers from breweries such as Stone, Arrogant Bastard, and others. They now offer flights, which is sort of funny when you consider most of the crowd that goes there prefers Bud Light out of a plastic cup. Those plastic cups are sold by the thousands on Tuesday nights when they put on pong tournaments and have $ 2 specials on(typically) Coors Light. As much as a tradition those pong tournaments are, I feel like it attracts the kind of crowd that Bleachers is trying to get rid of by attempting to become more upscale. I do give Bleachers credit for trying to become a more trendy beer-centric place(they also recently re-did their back patio area with some cool beach-style love seats), but I feel like as long as they continue to bring in people who only want to spend $ 2 per mass-scale domestic beer, it’ll stay the place it always has been.

Great local bar. Service is always great. Bartenders are fantastic and easy on the eyes. Best wings in town. Pub menu-food is above average.

I wandered into this bar with my sister to meet up with someone who was already at the bar one evening. Writing this review was very hard. I’m not a bar connoisseur and don’t really know what elements make a great bar. One thing I can say is that I was not impressed with Bleachers. I prefer my bars with eccentric people and good food. The people who frequent this bar kept to themselves. The drinks were reasonably priced but besides that this bar was pretty depressing. I wouldn’t go out of my way to come here.

I stop by there after work to catch up with a coworker once in a while and it is a great place to do that. Its fairly quiet about 5 pm and the bartender is great.
