This Arby’s never has a long wait and the food is always warm and semi-fresh. I like that they always have turnovers available, but whether or not they are fresh is hit-or-miss. The drive through is pretty quick and the accuracy of the orders keeps me going back. I ate Arby’s as a kid and this location and the flavor of the food brings back decent memories.

Very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food was delicious. As good as it gets for fast food.

It seems every time I come here the food is always cold. I used to like going to the Arby’s in Manassas but the Bristow one is not so great. I will say the staff is nice enough, however the cold food is not good.

Solid and consistent service. No issues here. What you’d expect from an Arby’s. Not many in the area. If you’ve got an Arby’s craving. It’s a fine place to go! I’ve only done the drive thru, I’ve not been inside.

This might be the cleanest fast food restaurant I’ve ever visited… and that’s a lot. Very comfortable inside. Good service. Friendly people. No complaints at all.

Always clean, and super fast service… Of all the Arby’s in the region this is the nicest one!

Used to like this location. Went today and the woman at register could barely figure out how to ring up order. We received a stale old chicken patty on one sandwich, and old and cold fries. Even though empty most of the tables needed to be wiped. Generally dissatisfied and will think twice before trying again.

My wife and I both like the roast beef sandwiches here, they’re still«fast food»(so to speak) but a nice change from the usual burger or chicken sandwich. We stopped by today, figuring they wouldn’t be excessively busy at 1:30pm on a Sunday afternoon — WRONG. There were quite a few cars parked in the lot, and about 10 cars in the drive-through lane. We went for the drive-through, but it actually took over 20 minutes to get out with our food. Major pet peeve — their menu is impossible to see until you are right at the speaker, and even then it’s poorly positioned so it’s tough to see all of it. Besides that, it’s incomplete — they don’t list their drinks! So their already slow-as-molasses service is slowed even more by people asking what drinks they have available. I don’t understand why putting a menu ahead of the ordering station is a difficult and groundbreaking concept.

Food is always just what you expect from Arby’s. I always love their curly fries. In fact sometimes the sole reason i go here is for the fries. Just a large order of fries. Knocked to four stars because 9 times out of 10 the drive thru service is sloooooow. Employees are always nice to us. Added plus.

It’s fast food, and a chain. What more can you give it than 2 stars. They got my order wrong, and they dont have their menu before the drive through window to figure out what you want, it made the drive through very slow.

This was the first time I’d been to an Arby’s in years. It was very clean and the staff was friendly. I ordered the chicken sandwich and curly fries(as did my daughter). Unfortunately, my chicken was undercooked. I took it back to the counter and the staff was very apologetic. There must have been a new cook on the line because the person at the counter gave him what-for. She offered me a replacement, and I asked to have the chicken tenders instead(I figured they’re thinner, so it’s easier to make sure they’re done). Shortly afterward, the counter person brought the chicken tenders to our table along with lots of sauce and two apple turnovers for our trouble. The chicken tenders were abundant and hot! The apple turnovers were delicious. I must say, although my sandwich was undercooked(which knocks off a star), this has to be the friendliest fast food staff I’ve encountered in a long time, and it made our experience worthwhile.(One final comment — I was surprised that their point of sale system, while it allows for credit cards, didn’t have the credit card transaction integrated — it was a separate machine.)

I stop by here a lot; as a Bristow local, I’d say it’s one of the two best fast food restaurants around(The other being Chick-Fil-A) I’ve always love the fact that Arby’s, being a fast food place, is nice and clean, has comfortable booths and seating, nice flowers, décor, etc. The workers speak clearly and are friendly, and the prices are the BEST! They have a value menu, where each items is $ 1, so for a drink, value-menu chicken sandwich(which is great), and value-menu waffle fries, my total is under 5 dollars, which a find a great deal for such good quality. The breakfast is always excellent for a fast food joint. Living only about a minute away, I stop by here when I need to — it’s convenient!

I go by here almost daily and its always a great place to stop in for a sweet tea or jamocha shake. The service is fast and the people friendly. Its fast food so my expectations aren’t that high. That being said they make the grade.

The only reason this place gets 2 stars is because the staff is friendly. Unfortunately, the food is ALWAYS greasy and unsatisfying… but that seems to be the case at every Arby’s. The cheesesticks sometimes explode while frying I guess and are drained of all cheese by the time they get to the consumer… the plain fries are always greasy and unsalted… the chicken, most of the time, is fatty and chewy.

I had dinner in here last Saturday evening. I cannot remember the last time I’ve been into an Arby’s — but in ancient years of yester-yore — Arby’s, along with Hardee’s and Roy Rogers — were some of my fave, go-to fast food places — as they were the only places that offered Horseradish sauce as a condiment for their roast beef sandwiches. Fast forward to the modern day. Arby’s is still around and still offers Horseradish sauce as a condiment — although I did not know that until after I placed my order. I went for their Roast Beef sandwich with Bacon and cheese, although I came close to ordering the Reuben sandwich. The cheese on the Roast Beef sandwich comes in the form of a cheese sauce — NOT slices of cheese. I got the combo — with fries and a cold drink. I got the regular fries, although you get the option of curly fries. Paired that with a Diet Pepsi, and a condiment I’ve not seen before — a spicy ketchup! I’ve had better roast beef sandwiches — but this was clearly a walk down memory lane! The place was clean and well laid out, the service was good. I am sure I will come back at some point and give them another try!
