Glad that it is now in our area but man… they need help on making things fresh, making decent drinks, and customer service. They aren’t going a long way to make themselves a neighborhood favorite.
UPDATE I had hoped that this place would have gotten better with time but no! One day it was 9:00 and a crap selection of donuts with no baking in sight. Only two people working and a huge line. Today my husband says a dozen good variety of glazed and frosted. When he gets home and opens the box it’s all glazed. Very amateur and still so many mistakes! Unfortunately they will still be in business even though it’s bad because of the closeness and ease

Although this place doesn’t always have the freshest donuts when I go in, the customer service is decent. You aren’t always greeted with a smile, but the service is quick, and the staff is polite.

Ther staff was friendly when we finally got to the front of the line, but they were SO slow taking orders. They have two registers, but only had one open taking orders and one person making coffee drinks. Was 3rd in line and eventually the line went all the way to the door, but we still hadn’t moved forward even one customer. I realize if you get one high maintenance customer it can bring the line to a halt, but they should be trained to deal with this. The coffee person was just standing there waiting. If she had taken just the next order things could have gotten back on track. We finally got served, and by the time we left there was no line. I know some people left without getting served.

First of all I would like to say all the workers here are A1, please try ignore all the spoiled/​ignorant people who comment other wise. The store just opened up and they are still getting the hang of the process of being quick and making sure everything has good quality. I go there every weekend morning and Friday morning to get coffee and sometimes a sandwich. I will give you my word their sandwiches are so Freaking good, brings pleasure to my mouth. Also total props to the workers there, they just opened up and they are super fast.

This is the worst DD that I have been to. The middle eastern women who work there where very rude and the donuts were stale. Stay away from this DD. Not worth it!

Previously I gave the DD location a good review. Seems like the owner has become complacent. I have found them to be completely understaffed and the service of the female staff to be bordering on a don’t care attitude. They need to also keep stocked up on the most popular donuts. My recommendation is to find another DD franchise closer to where you work.

This is the worst DD I’ve ever been to. I have tried 6 times and now I’m done. The staff is unorganized, untrained on making specialty drinks and the coffee is just awful. I love DD just not this location. First trip I ordered a grilled cheese and they microwaved it until the bread was hard. Donuts are not fresh. I have wasted so much money throwing out food and drinks. This morning I threw out a Pumpkin Macchiato because it was bitter and did not even have pumpkin in it.

This is our third visit to this Dunkin because of it’s great location in proximity to the Braemar area. Unfortunately, this franchise has a lot of work to do on training their staff. There is slight disorganization and a tendency to get the product out as fast as possible versus a balance of quality and time management.

Second time here and the quality is awful. Donuts stale and the sausage was like rubber.
