Burger King

This burger king has changed alot in the last couple of years with 3 different renovations and they have changed the staff a couple of times. The décor is more modern and the staff is alot friendlier. I come here often for breakfeast and when they have coupons for lunch. Their wait time is quicker than before but you still have to wait around 5 – 10 mins to recieve your food.
They had a self-​serve soda machine but they took it out in the last month.

I ordered 2 bacon cheese burgers, fries and a drink with a coupon on their app. I asked them to add onion to both. They charged me 6o cents. No other Burger King ever charged for onion.

I’ve been going to this fast-​food joint since I was a kid, 15+ years. Seen employees l come and go. All pleasant. Just happy to help. Recently, a new female manager, seems so cold and mean. The other day my kid dropped his fries (value size) and we asked for a replacement and she denied it. On another occasion, I tried to use a coupon and she made me wait so long to that the app closed causing the coupon to expire. When I asked her to redeem it she gave me a hard time. I wasn’t going to haggle over a burger but really? Is a whopper jr. THAT big of a deal? So much food gets thrown in the trash (I know because I worked there when I was 15). If you come across any issues at this place, I hope this manager handles it professionally. I’m not crazy about going here dispite the new renovations.

I love Burger King but I always have a problem with this particular one, mainly the drive thru. I’m not one to be a pain since I can understand how the workers may feel however you have to be professional even if you fake it at least you’re trying! My order always seems to be missing something and whenever I go back I am met with an attitude which is unacceptable! There needs to be an adjustment with how the associates treat customers!

I understand drive-​thru AND helping people at the FOH (front of house) can be a little overwhelming. I don’t think I need to wait 45 minutes for someone to hand me a small fries. This BK is very unorganized and the décor change makes it look bland. At least I was happy seeing Harrison Ford stare at me while I wait hours for an order, but now it looks like a hospital.

Meh, it’s Burger King. Pretty standard fare. Got some Rodeo Burgers… I remember them being bigger back in the day. Food was warm, relatively fast, and cheap. The décor is some sort of Hollywood tribute thing (like a sadder Planet Hollywood).

This burger king hands down is the slowest fast food joint i have ever been to in my life. if i didnt love burger king so much and if it wasnt a block away from my apartment i would probably not go to this location ever! Not only are they slow but the staff can be very rude at times. Also at times its smoky and you come out smelling!

What do you expect from a fast food chain? Well for starters fast food perhaps? Not at this location. They take years making a whopper. If your ever in the neighborhood for a quick meal, avoid. I dont know why the hell it takes so long to process one order. They seem understaffed at times, but even when they seem to have a reasonable amount of workers they take forever. I would recommend the drive thru. They seem to get priority in my opinion, my experience there was alot quicker

Just ordered delivery for the first time from this location, and it was GREAT! We ordered online, and the food was delivered very quickly (in 20 minutes). The food was very hot and fresh… they had really cool packaging, too… they packaged it so the bun was not soggy, and the fries were crispy… drinks were cold… very good will definitely order again!

I have visited this Burger King twice. Last winter when I waited 15 minutes for a cup of coffee and tonight when we had one of the nicest people to wait on us.
Although some of the tiles were coming off the wall under the windows, this BK is clean and has a very cool state of the art soda machine.
Using coupons we had received in the mail, we ordered two Whopper meals and split an ice cream for dessert. One of our Whoppers was supposed to have no onions but both had them. Also both were not warm. Our onion rings and sweet potato fries, however, were hot and pretty good. Also our ice cream was good.
When I mentioned all this to the young woman who served us, she said we should have returned them. The Coke Zero was not calibrated correctly but the diet Doctor Pepper and Green Tea were good.
Finally from the new offerings on the menu such as salads, frappes and frozen lemonades, it is obvious they are making an effort to upgrade the chain.

This burger king changed my goddamn life.

I will go on dates here. More of them because maybe I’ve already been on those dates. It’s the internet, you don’t know.
Someone read this and date me, we’ll go to that burger king and remember when we fucking did that shit.

Well they aren’t made your way or any other, they are made & you will like it or tough. Food is cold & fries which used to be so good made 2 people sick last night. Is it just this one location or have they gone down hill. I can’t remember how many years it has been, but isn’t going to real soon again!

Things can take a little long here. That being said, once the food arrives, it seems to be of the good BK quality one could expect. I will return here and not complain because I’m just thankful that I don’t have to work here. You can also see regular oldsters here animatedly playing cards and dice or having their fish sandwiches and daily coffee in peaceful solitude.
