I buy there at least once a week for me and my wife. Very good food delicious and neatly packed (when I take out). The guy behind the desk is very friendly.
They recently made major renovations ad the place us 2 times as big and way way more cleaner and professional, always enough place to set very short wait.
And the price is average. highly recommend

Really Weird!!! I get it I got there 20 min. Drive to get my lunch and as of they say on their website they should be open and without no extra notification the windows shades are close nobody picks up the phone

The food is awful, but not as bad as their service. Try ordering a burger just for fun and time how long it’ll take for them to make it. Also note how many times they will mess up your order. The restaurant is not clean, which makes sense because the food doesn’t taste so fresh. I wonder if they have a minimum requirement for mental competence to work here or not. I thought that they would improve their quality of service but I guess I’m a fool for assuming.
If you’re in the market for stomach problems and trying to miss work the next day, then this might be the restaurant for you!

I just went here for my 2^nd time. First time was a few months ago and not the most pleasant experience but I decided to give it another shot. I ordered a pastrami burger with fries and a drink. My friend ordered a spicy burger with fries and a drink. It took us about 20 min to get our burgers which was not a big deal. A few bites into my burger I realized there’s no pastrami so I asked the guy and he said he forgot. He opened the fridge and took out some uncooked pastrami and threw put it in my burger. Didn’t taste good at all. Both our burgers were super undercooked too but we were so hungry at this point that we decided to just eat. Still waiting on our fries my friend goes to ask on the status and The guy runs over to the TV fryer and says he forgot to take them out and they were all burnt. He asks us if we still want it super well done and we say no we want regular french fries. He puts in a fresh batch and 10 minutes later brings it to my friend. I then ask where mine is and he says he forgot that we both ordered. I had to wait another 10 minutes for mine. when we paid the owner charged us more and I told him that the fries were an ad on and he said no they weren’t until you check their menu. It’s like he didn’t even know what the menu side. He also gave us a lot of attitude.
Considering there are tons of middle eastern burger shwarma places in Borough Park, I would suggest you go to another one. Also take an anti acid before you go here. Not sure if it’s because my food was undercooked or because it just wasn’t fresh but I never usually have stomach problems with any type of food.

I actually really like this place. Flavorful dishes, middle eastern spices and they serve a legit hot sauce (which for a hot sauce lover like myself, is a necessity). Considering I spent most of my childhood avoiding anything that had liver in it… I LOVE their chicken liver. l (tomato based with sauteed onions. Great with some hummus and pitta or alone).
They also have lots of other of the typical traditional Jewish fare, I.e. knishes, potato kugel and the not so traditional… sesame chicken, cigar rolls…
Definately a go-​to place if you’re ever in Borough Park!
