Long long long long long wait. Not at all fast food. Workers are just slow not even trying to satisfy you a bit.

This mcds has gone to shit especially with the manager he’s such a cocky idiot the tall African American one I think his name is Thomas he touches on the lady workers so watch out for your daughters ppl and he had a worker mop the floor with a drenched mop that left hair all over in the kids area and 2 kids fell and one of them hit there head so hard and we went to complain and he became very defensive and shrugged his shoulders when I asked him if he even cared about the child and he was raising his voice my dad told him to be respectful and to stop being so cocky with his responses and he than got in my dads face grabbed a 3 whole puncher kept repeating that he would bash my dads face and than myself and one of his workers got in the middle and he ended up hitting the worker in her face with the medal whole puncher and he kept saying call who u wanna call he was just being very ghetto as if he was in the streets and a manager like this should be fired he’s a pervert and he doesn’t care about the kids safety!

2 words. SHAMROCK SHAKE. Yes its here again. Mint and milk together in a sweet refreshing unison. It just works and Im lovin it.

I can’t really believe I’m reviewing McDonald’s. All I can say is it’s suppose to be fast food, but this particular makes you wait a long time depending on the hours. While you wait, the workers are just standing there speaking Spanish. But the food is the same as every other Micky D’s, a hit or miss.

Really? You guys review Micky D’s? The reason I am is to counter-​act the silly 1-​stars. I only used Unilocal to find the nearest MD’s to get some breakfast, and the 2 1-​star reviews did throw me. But here’s what I found: Store was clean, well-​lit and, well, identical to many other MD’s. Drive through was fine. Order-​taker/​filler/​cashier was courteous and efficient. The coffee was fine, but the Egg McMuffin’s cheese was a few millimeters off-​kilter. A travesty! Really, they basically invented standardized food and service. How could one MD get 4 – 5 stars and 1 get one star??? Lighten up! I gave it 3 cause I really don’t like their «burgers» at all, only breakfasts.

Nothing much has changed since my last visit, except for staff… thumbs down. I felt that this was a new girl, very, very, VERY SLOW. Not even that, i wanted 2 kids meals, one w/​cheese burger and the other w/​nuggets, both with apple juice, how hard was that? I had to repeat myself 4 times… another was i wanted a double cheese burger, just the burger, she called manager over and asked her, «this lady wants a dbl cheese burger, just the burger?» Uh derf? Value menu? Manager even said shes been working here for 6 months now, whats the problem? The lady wants dbl cheeseburger! I dont wanna pick on new ppl, but some few staffs are slow as well… only good thing is they have a drive thru and a parking lot.

This place plain sucks. Only car through drive thru and received a coca-​cola that was fizz-​less and tasted like sugar.
The fries were not hot or crunchy.
Server doesn’t give a damn.

Slow service and wrong orders are the catch of the day at this McDonald’s. My order was simple: I wanted 2/​$ 3 sausage egg and cheese muffins, one hash brown and a coffee… just a coffee. Well, I never even got to order. I left after waiting 15 minutes. I’m that time, they served a grand total of 3 patrons, and had 4 others return their screwed up orders. Epic fail. I’ve been here before and it’s always slow, and they’ve given me completely wrong orders, but this is a new low. Add to that, the fact that there is no queue and line cutting is rampant; accidental or not, it’s still infuriating. Unfortunately, this is a McDonald’s so it will NEVER close. Tell me again why we should raise the minimum wage?!?

The drive up window on Fort Hamilton Parkway (across the street from the cemetery) is the worst drive up in the area, probably in all of Brooklyn.
Over the past five years, we have driven up and almost always we have come away with the wrong order. There is always something missing or something added” to the order (i.e. meat, when we ask for no meat on the sandwich).
One day we drove up and had confidence that the manager –who happened to be at the window –could fulfill our small order and did not check the order before driving away. No such luck. We drove away without checking and found there was no straw or no utensils. Once you drive away, due to the cemetery, you have to drive for blocks around in order to get back to the drive up window.
Once we asked for a sandwich with no meat, and they gave it with meat. We handed it back, and they gave us a replacement, then there was something missing from the replacement (i.e. the egg), Three times this sandwich was changed.
We have given up trying to get a correct order at this drive up. We have gone to the one on 86^th Street many times in 5 years and they always get the order correct.
(We noticed that the McDonalds, that are closest to the highways usually are not the best ones to go to).
How do you rate this drive up window?
Inside service was good, (we only went inside once or twice) but drive up is out of the question.
For good drive up service, go to the 86^st street one or go to Nathans on Seventh Ave in Brooklyn, or go to Burger King.
