This famous neighborhood pizzeria has gone down hill… I grew up in the area and have been ordering take out very often. Lately their customer service is absolutely ridiculous ! Last year I called and they delivered my order 2 hours after I placed it… few months ago. my boyfriend and i called them and they kept flip flopping whether they wanted to deliver or not! and this happened twice with them. A few days ago we called to place an order for delivery (took a risk) … and they told us they cant deliver to us… we asked why and the responded «we just cant». I have completely lost all my patience with this place and on top of that they are so rude. If you’re going to charge me $ 3.75 for a single slice… I expect you to at least have the decency of having proper manners from your business. We just ended up ordering from Beverley Pizzeria & Café or Rockys Pizzeria. …Korner Pizza… your pizza may be amazing but your employees behavior will hurt your business !

This is my go to pizza place and I do love great pizza! The pizza can be pricey per slice so just buy a whole pie for 16 $ and eat it, youll be happy you made that choice :) perfect cheese to bread ratio

Great pizza. Great prices. Great layout and staff. Slice tastes great as well as the white slice. Prices are good. A great spot to go to when you want a bite to eat. Good to go to with friends and family.

Pretty expensive slice of pizza but it’s worth it. I wish they had delivery service all day. Waiting until 4 is annoying

STILL the best pizza around! I have been going there for many years, and it is my favorite pizza Unfortunately, their dinners are over priced.

Avoid. Very overpriced (and they always have been). They take to long to get to you. On another occasion they hung up on me when I was ordering pizza (called somewhere else). Go somewhere else.

Nothing like a big, fat, greasy slice of New York pizza just before you head home. This was one of the few «neighborhood» type joints I stumbled upon during my time in Brooklyn. Man, how times have changed…

It’s disappointing to hear that customer service has suffered here because in my opinion, Korner Pizza has some of the most delicious pizza in Brooklyn. Hands down, it’s one of the top three pizza places in all of Brooklyn — the only competition to be found in a few South Brooklyn joints. You like authentic Brooklyn? Check out the concrete benches outside and enjoy your pizza in the open Brooklyn air on a summer afternoon. The only downside about this place is that two pies with two toppings each set me back $ 50 so they’ve definitely inflated prices. They also don’t take credit cards so that’s annoying. I still say it’s worth it ON OCCASION though b/​c the pizza you get here is Real Brooklyn Pizza — heavy and loaded with cheese and a tomato sauce that can’t be beat.

Food is ok if it gets to you when they say it is. I was told 45min but it’s taking over an hour for the food to come. Delivery guy called me and then texted me and still didn’t get here in under an hour might not ever call this place again

So you’re hungry and give a neighborhood place a second chance. What a mistake! The «manager» Tony is arrogant and ignorant… bad combination! And a person I would not want representing my establishment.
Rather than trying to please a customer, he become combative and defensive over whether a dish is cooked enough. If a customer is telling you their food is undercooked, then it’s undercooked! What would be the purpose of a patron calling to say something is undercooked if it is not! duh??? And then the sarcastic twit had the nerve to say he’ll have another prepared but he wants the undercooked one and he doesn’t want it back ½ eaten! Who talks like that to patrons! This is a manager??? And how could anyone eat half of it, since it’s undercooked in the first place. What a total idiot!
Of course, he was a total dick and sent a new order totally overcooked… I assumed he would and had no intention of eating it any way. Because of the way he behaved on the phone and the manner in which he spoke to me, it was obvious he had no respect for the customers and I did not trust how the new order was prepared; or more to the point, what special additives might have been added.
Korner, your manager Tony is making you lose customers.

This is one of the best pizzerias in the entire city of New York! This is personally my favorite pizzeria in the entire city. The people there are cool and the prices are decent. Yeah, slices are $ 3 as of this review (January 2015) but it really isn’t that much more compared to the other places. I mean you COULD go buy a dollar pizza, but honestly 99% of all $ 1 pizza is below average in taste and quality. It’s only good if you really have no cash and nothing is open (and you’re drunk or something) I’d rather spend some extra money and get quality. I mean it’s 2015, not 1995 where a dollar means something. When it comes to great tasting pizza and food, the other pizzerias around the area are no match for this place. Long live Korner Pizza!

When I moved to Brooklyn 16 years ago, this place was by far the best. Cheap slices/​pies and they were really delicious! Now, they charge $ 3 for a slice, which is high even by Manhattan prices ($ 1 slice anyone?) and the food standards have gone way downhill. No more is the customer service friendly and attentive. They’ll roll out your pizza (without gloves) and then take your money and handle the register.

Just moved the neighborhood and was very nervous about finding a new go to pizza shop. Well, Gurl! I struck gold! I found a great Brooklyn New York Slice of Heaven that took me back to my childhood.
I grab a slice almost every other day on my walk home.
If your craving pizza and are in the neighborhood you won’t regret your visit.

The pizza is good and the sauce they use is better than other pizzerias.
Korner Pizza quality is good and service is low. In wanting to place an order prior 3:30pm, I was informed to call back after delivery start. But wasn’t told it would take 45 minutes. It would have been great if they informed me of the 45 minute time and still take the order and place it on a pending list so when the delivery guy came in, it would be ready to go.
With the high prices, loyal customers, it would be pleasant if they respect the neighborhood customers and provide better service.

$ 3 for a regular slice of pizza. Manhattan prices for average Brooklyn taste. Not very delicious.
And they charge additional for little things, like 25 cents if you want your to-​go items carried in a box. A bit rude on customer service. I’ll pass.
